The worst things I've ever purchased in my life. I order 3 dresses and 3 bathing suits. None of them look like like the pictures. One of the dresses was a different shade of blue and HUGE. The other dresses had horrible fit. And then the bathing suits run super small. But in addition to that they were poorly made. Biggest disappointment. Never shop from here.
*Update*
I'm also still waiting on another order that I ordered on the same day. Even though that will probably be a huge disappointment too. I'm currently working on returning the items and getting a refund I will update again with how the process goes.
*2nd Update*
The process to return items is horrible. They basically argue with you back and forth until you get tired of it. I sent pictures, and now they want me to show a picture with me holding a tape measure to show that it is the wrong size and doesn't match the description (also the dress looks nothing like the picure in addition to being large). The process has been dragging on.
I finally received the second package (I ordered both the same day). And one of the dress was completely wrong. Two of the dresses were okay, but too long and one of the dresses was not as described at all. It was supposed to be a maxidress and they sent a short tight dress that is above the knee. I am still trying to return but the process is not customer friendly. Customer service is the worst.
*3rd Update*
They finally agreed to issue me a refund on the faulty items and the wrong item. But I have not received the money yet--so I won't believe it until I see it. I'm going to keep fighting until I get my money. I'll let you know how it goes.
I have ordered a dress from zaful which took over 3 weeks to arrive. Then it was the wrong size and had other colors than what was pictured in the photo. I've been arguing about sending in photos (which won't upload to their website) with their 'customer service' for 3 days now, when all I want is a refund. I am beginning to be VERY suspicious. Why can't they just let me return the item and and refund my money via paypal, instead of some Z wallet? Very suspicious.
Update- 2 months later: After arguing with customer service and leaving this review here, I finally was allowed to just return the dress and receive a refund. Shipping to China is not cheap, I paid close to $23. I was told on 2/26 that I would receive my refund as soon as the dress arrived and was processed. After 5 weeks had passed I contacted customer service again and told them that I trusted the dress was there by now, and I expected my refund immediately, or I would file a complaint with paypal. Well, that worked like a charm, because I finally did receive it today. So, overall - you have to be very careful about sizing when ordering from these people, and be pretty sure you'll keep what you order, as you have to be very persistent in order to get a refund, and return shipping is very expensive. I'm just glad that I finally did get (most of) my money back.
I have already posted a review, this is a follow up. I finally received my order (March 4,2016 after ordering December 28,2015). It is about 4 sizes too small and made of the worst quality fabric I have ever seen. I am not even going to try to send it back due to postage costs and the complete lack of customer service (read their formula-like replies to everyone.) I am cutting my losses and taking this junk to Goodwill, where some little girl can wear it for dress up. Why is this place still in business?

On January 16,2016 I ordered 6 dresses for my daughter's winter semi formal. On January 18th I received an email that my order had been shipped however only 1/2 the order as in 3 dresses was shipped. I received the order on January 29th. I have attempted to contact the company to find out when the other 3 dresses will be shipped if ever. They have not responded to my requests. They also charged me for the full order however AGAIN... I have not received my full order... I can't even reach them to refund my money.

I had seen some negative reviews online for Zaful, but there were a few pieces that I fell in love with and felt that at such low prices (and being able to pay through PayPal so I could dispute any issues) I was willing to risk ordering. I purchased 4 items: a two piece swimsuit, a one piece swimsuit, a dress, and a pair of wooden sunglasses. The order process was easy, the shipping was fairly fast (one of the quickest shipments I have had in the times that I have ordered products directly from China), and my overall experience was very good. Chinese sizes run very small so the top of the two piece swimsuit didnt fit, but the bottom did so I decided to keep all of the pieces that I ordered. The reviews I had read prior to my order indicated that what you see is not what you are sent, but the items I received were identical to the product images on their website. I do intend to order from Zaful again in the future.
I made a purchase and I cancelled it. When I tried calling customer service to get a refund she told me 7-25 business days. She told she would sende an email showing the refund never got that. Please stay away

To "process" the shipment - and they'll give you every lame excuse under the sun about how long it takes to "process" the order - and then if you have not cancelled your payment to them, they will eventually ship the item - more than 6 weeks after the order was paid for. Then what you get is nothing like what appears in the picture - crap fabric, poorly constructed, size is not even remotely close to a US or EU size. Then just try to return the item. Yea, only way to get resolution is to get PayPal or Visa to escalate your dispute to a claim and get a refund by force. So, save yourself the headache and trust the more than 450 people who gave poor reviews and DON'T BUY FROM ZAFUL OR SAMMYDRESS!

Do not let the nice pictures fool you. This Chinese company still has long way to go to provide decent customer service. As other reviews state, it feels like they rip you off. I ordered an item which does not fit right. Try to return and it is a nightmare. They give you the round and round online with no access to phone customer service (phone is out of commission most of the time). I still have the dress with no return form or address and no refund. Go to businesses that will accept returns hassle free and honor refunds.

BEWARE! I ordered a dress and they sent me something that looked NOTHING like the picture! The dress they sent me was HIDEOUS! And they wanted ME to pay to ship it back? It was not what I ordered... why am I paying for it. What you order is not what you get!
**UPDATE** I increased my review from 1 star to 3 because the company did eventually give me a full refund... but that was only after arguing with them for a week about it and posting this 1 star review. I think they steal images of clothing from other companies and then try and do a cheap knock off of it. But it doesn't look like the picture.
Do not buy from this company! I have been waiting almost three months for my item and they just told me yesterday that they can't even ship it! They are refunding me but I don't understand how it took three months to realize this! Will not be ordering from them again. Order from a realiable company that is FAR from Zaful.

Gee I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered 1 item and got charged for two of them plus another item I had deleted out of my cart. I sent a complaint straight away and ask to cancel order and submitted claim straight away to Paypal - apparently they had already processed my order - (within 10 minutes!) Interesting to see if the products arrive.

This company is full of false advertisement and they steal you money! I ordered one dress but was charged for two, with no chance of refund. When the dress arrived I was horiffied! It is Halloween costume quality at best. They use stock photos to advertise what they wish they were selling. When I tried to put this experience behind me and leave the website/ unsubscribe I was forced to leave a five star rating!

Unfortunately like the majority of reviewers for zaful, I did not come across this site until after my purchase. I was hoping that with bathers I would be able to get away with some of the negatives people were pointing out but in all honesty it's just a total joke that whoever these people are, are still allowed to sell items of such poor sh*t quality. Not only were the bathers displayed in a misleading manner as they appear to be a one piece but were actually two piece, stated in the tiniest writing in the corner of the description box - very easily missed. But they also take over a month to arrive and when they did they came stuffed into a tiny little plastic bag. No attempt at folding them, no attempt at packaging them in a bag that was actually the right size not 5x too small. I was still hoping by the end of all this that a size L bathers (I got bigger hoping they would have room to move) would be a decent fit. No. I held them up and these "bathers" which should have stretch and give literally sounded like ripped stitching as I stretched them a little (imagine an old elastic, being stretched years after losing elasticity) not to mention they were probably the equivalent of a size 4. I'm seriously pissed off with the slow and less than satisfying quality that is coming from online right now and I think zaful has just tipped me over. My favourite part is that they have little to no details on location or contact anywhere on their website, and any response to reviews on here is a mere automated message that has been repeated on every comment. Big thumbs down, I hope this online "shop" gets closed so it can stop scamming people.
