Do not buy from this company. My clothing came in and was such cheap material. Some of the dresses are completely see thru. I contacted the company to return them and it's next to impossible to get any assistance. Wish I would have found this website before I placed an order.
I wish I had have come to this site prior to making my purchase.
Arrived quite promptly and was immediately disappointed! The material was extremely tacky and nothing like in the photographs.

I was a little worried about ordering from this site. But once i received my first order i was wrapped. The dresses that i ordered, fitted perfect, the quality was as expected from paying around $20AU each and the bag i ordered was above all expectations. I have since ordered twice more from them and had no problem with my orders.
Zaful was receptive and sent me the products in a small period of time.The produts looks like in the pictures on the site and it fit me perfectly.

I have bought serval items from this website, everything has look super cute and has been good quailty. Customer service has been great too. Had them take longer on filling my order because of the holiday and they credited me extra z points. (50 z points equals $1 off). Love them

Zaful is Awful! I do not recommend purchasing from this online store. I ordered 4 items, and only received 3. I contacted their support, and they were very quick to reply, good service for customer support, but they clearly have a problem with shipping items quickly and accurately. I live in the US, and it appears their shipments come from China. I ordered Dec. 26 2015 and received three items by Jan. 7th, but have yet to receive the 4th and it's Feb. 2016. Also to note, out of the three items I received, only one fit. I ordered up a size to Large, assuming asian clothes will run smaller, and two were like a US extra small. I will never order from them again.

Ordered a coat - in the phot0 it looked great - but they must of used a very tiny person as the model-it was completely off size and if that was not bad enough - one of the sleeves was sewn to the body of the coat! After 10 days of negation with them and PayPal they offered to let me pay to send it back to China and they would give me "some" of my money back. I refused and so we are still negoiating. What a mess - never again!

The prices are great, the customer service is great, and the quality of the products were great! I ordered four swimsuits and followed the size chart for each swimsuit and had no issues with the fit. Just one top fit too tight and that is because I downsized a little. It came fast and safe with a tracking number. Also, their reward program is wonderful!
I found Zaful through facebook and I was not disappointed. My first order was wonderful. My order arrived within 2 weeks, and the clothing looks just like the photos on their site. They have super adorable clothes for the right price. I would shop again. Highly recommend!
