Their website is so beautiful it's easy to get lured into thinking this is a reputable company -however when I saw a dress I liked and ordered it, the product delivered didn't even look like the dress on the website! It's a cheap rip off chinese company delivering cheap ripoffs. At the end of the day - you get what you paid for! I won't be ordering online ever again - we should all be supporting local business - at least you know what you're getting.
I wish I had read reviews of Zaful before I placed my order. I was unaware it was one of those websites that manufacture and ship everything from China, and having knowing even just that I wouldn't have ordered. I ordered a shirt on December 9,2015 and still have not received it. My "tracking number" cannot be tracked and every time I email them about when my order will arrive, I get the same automated response about how my package cannot be tracked. The original confirmation number said it would take 10-20 days, and then they told me it would take up to 45 DAYS. It's ridiculous and now I know that what I ordered (if I ever actually receive it) will be nothing like what was pictured on the site.

The products you purchase do eventually turn up, but they are NOT the items you thought you were purchasing. They are instead some Chinese factory-worker's poor attempt at the item you thought you were buying.
I have zero sewing/dress-making skills, and I could genuinely throw together a better mock up of the dresses I thought I was buying. Stay away from this scam site!

Zaful is great. I received my item just as i expected. Looked like photo and fits well. Didn't take too long to ship and I love the set up of their website. Really well done.
I bought 6 items online and i received them all about a month later. Not a single one was made correctly or fit. I kept one out of 6 just because they needed a detailed report on every item being returned along with pictures. Complete bull$#*!. It doesn't fit just give me back my money. This was in September and I returned them on October 31 when I got the rest of the items. (Came in 2 packages) I spent $26 to return this bull$#*! and 3 months + later I still haven't receievd a dime.

I ordered two jackets from this company not realising they were being shipped from China. When I received the they were a disgrace! When I complained they offered me a refund of £15 when I had spent £55. After reading what other people wrote luckily I had paid with paypal so I went to them. They raised a dispute and I was told that to get a full refund I would have to send the items back to China. Was not impressed but thought ok I will find a courier with tracking. I got my parcel sent back for £17 but thought I will at least get £37 back instead of their offer of £15 and they would have to pay back the full amount. So they would not gain a penny from this as this is what they do, they expect you not to send the items back and it's a win win for them! Not likely! So the tracking went on and today it was attempted to be delivered to the address they had given to paypal for me to send to. Surprises surprise the company were not at this address and offices closed. Paypal were happy to refund the full amount as the attempt had been made and they could track my return. So although I lost out on £17 I got most of my money back and the theiving scammers got nothing not even their shoddy disgusting so called jackets back. It's worth it if you have the patience as I don't like being made a mug of!

I am not one to say negative things about companies, but Zaful is a scam. I ordered 3 bathing suits on November 22 and still have no received them. I have contacted the "employees" who work for this website and they only seem to be able to tell me that my package is still in japan. I have basically given up on expecting to receive my packages but i will not stop fighting them until the money is put back on my credit card.
DO NOT ORDER from them! I know the clothes seem nice and cheap but it is not worth it. Ive learnt my lesson. Never will i order from a company that cannot even provide a telephone number to contact them at... they only give you a "ticket" number and you have to wait weeks before they actually contact you, ONLY to say they dont know where your package is but it should be there soon...?

Maybe I just got lucky, but I made 2 orders of 6 items altogether and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the items and how good they look. I bought one swimsuit in my first order and I was so pleased with it that I ordered another 5 Items and they're all great. They do take a while to arrive, because remember they are coming from China and you're not paying for shipping... Everyone is complaining about the sizings, you just need to measure yourself and look at the size chart for each item and order the right size accordingly. Just because you may be a US size S doesn't mean Chinese size S will be the same so if you're just ordering the size you usually are without looking at the size chart then what do you expect really. Based on the 6 items I've received, I'm very happy with this company

WELL CRAP! The beautiful emerald dress I thought I bought turned out to be a real PIECE OF YOU KNOW WHAT. That's an overstatement but it sure isn't what I ordered. It didn't take too terribly long for my item to arrive, however when it did- Color: wrong. Size: wrong. Material: wrong. It's kind of disheartening that a company like this can stay afloat, and will most likely continue to thrive. Even if every single person that ordered from them is unhappy with the experience, there will always be another innocent fool to swindle. They make money on deceit alone. People will still be lured in by the promise of beautiful clothing for WAY CHEAP.
If I would have thought about it for even 5 more minutes before ordering I probably would've smelled the rat, but I had some serious stars in my eyes over the prospect of getting this dress for such a bargain. I'm just disappointed. I hate when places like these chip and chip and chip away at your openness and your trust of the world. And I'm really sorry for all the unwitting people online shopping at zaful.com right now. ALLL THOSE POOR PEOPLE. I hope they're aren't buying too much.
For me, I won't be attempting to return the dress. Sounds like they make it a lot more trouble than it's worth. And I'll just think of it as me paying just under $30.00 for a valuable lesson.

Went on today and no account found, so my email isn't working and they have no tracking of my order. I had a friend who told me about the website so I thought I give it a try myself, because of the outfit she received were beautiful. I order 3 dresses and they looked just like the pictures on the website. It didn't take that long to receive them after they sent me the tracking number so I was able to keep of my package. I am happy with my 3 dresses that I bought from Zaful.
Ordered a dress that never arrived. Was told to wait longer, which i did, but still my dress didn't show up. Eventually decided I had waited long enough and asked for a refund. My money was not refunded, instead they said they had 'refunded' it to a virtual wallet. That is not a refund, that is just keeping my money. I decided it was only a small amount of money so maybe i could find another cheap item i could use the money in this so called virtual wallet to pay for it - chose another dress i didn't really want, which was a couple of dollars more than the original one and when i went to pay they tried to charge me almost twice as much as it was advertised for on TOP of the money they were still holding on to. They claim they can't refund my money to paypal as their 'system' won't allow it. What a hassle. Don't bother with this online seller you will be disappointed. Have opened up a dispute via paypal because this seller obviously has no intention of honoring his side of the deal. AVOID ZAFUL LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I ordered a bikini off of here which said it would take 7-12 days to receive paid over £10 for this bikini didn't even receive an email confirming the purchase and I try to log into my account and it apparently does no even exsist so not only have they deleted my account and my order but they have also taken my money I've emailed them and tried to ring them but to my surprise no response, they can only get away with this for so long!

After reading many mixed reviews I decided to give Zaful a shot. I tend to purchase a lot online for the convenience and they seem to have many cute items on their website. Unfortunately my experience has not been a positive one. Of the four items I ordered, two took over a month to arrive. More unfortunately, what did arrive was between mediocre to horrendous quality. Defective, built improperly and just embarrassingly bad on. Two of the items would never be able to be worn without putting some significant work into them, (just to make them wearable) and they weren't dirt cheap items either.
Based on my displeasure with the items I had received, per their website's instructions, I took pictures of the faulty items, submitted a ticket and requested a return. They completely ignored the fact that their customer was not pleased and instead kept telling me that I should think about keeping it and then they would give me a 20% credit to use towards a future purchase. Since I don't generally make a habit of asking to return items I really want to keep, I told them no. They gave me a huge runaround and finally said that I could return the item but that I "need to know it is responsible for you to afford the fright and possilbe tariff" (literally copied from the email I received) and then they would provide a refund... IN ZAFUL MONEY. Are you kidding me? That's not a refund, that's an attempt to make me purchase more crappy quality items from them. Never again!
