Any reputable company allows the customer to return a product. Zaful only allows the customer to return product if they meet unrealistic criteria such as taking pictures of the dresses with a tape measure for shoulder, bust, and length measurements to prove the product is wrong size. That would be12 pictures I would need to provide as I bought 4 dresses.
I need to return 5 items and they want me to take pictures and upload them to their site to prove that the items don't fit. Unbelievable! TAKE HEED YOUNG SHOPPER... DON'T USE THIS SHOPPING SITE.

If I could I would rate you lower very disappointed in returning item it came ok but was to tight through the shoulders having trouble retuning it, very unhappy at this point I just want to return it and money refunded. I am updating my review on Zaful because though I did not receive my parcel as quick as possible and the images were different ( similar) but not the same. I was emailed a lot and was told I'd be given a full refund. It's been a month has not happened. Don't do it
I know clothes look cute but I find cheap small and not true to picture. Don't waste your time.
I was waiting for my dress I ordered to come in. No customer service. No tracking...
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm out funds I didn't even have in the first place and will not waste my time trying to get a refund. Lesson learned. Research before purchase. This company as far as I can tell is a front and false. I have opted the 24hr "chat" return to not be returned. No tracking in email. And somehow at anytime of the day the U.S. phone line goes to a voicemail?

Not at all what was pictured and they will not refund my money. What I received in the mail was supposed to be white and instead was yellow and looked like my grandmother's old table cloth. Dresses were clearly not even dresses and looked NOTHING at all like what was pictured. Want to give me a credit for more dresses, won't refund me at all. HORRIBLE! Also, if you look at the 5 star reviews, you can tell by the wording that most of them are written by the company or someone they are paying to do so.
I received an email asking for photos, which I sent and they have since removed my trouble ticket from my account so I can no longer correspond. I wouldn't have been so upset except for the fact that they clearly took my money and will not return it. If I could post pics of what they sent, I would.

I ordered about $120 worth of clothing from this website. Then i read the reviews on here and immedietly freaked out. I requested my order to be cancelled and for a refund of my money. Surprisingly they responded in a couple hours saying they could do this for me, however it could take 25 business days to refund me - my money was refunded in only 4 days! Props to customer service.
Wow ok this place is awful. No where on their website did it say "we are going on holiday and orders won't be shipped until after February 12th". I placed an order for a dress I needed for February 6th on January 21st. I paid for the quickest shipping option, expecting it to be here no later than January 28th. BUT NO. Without informing anyone, they decided to go on holiday. So now I have to go find another dress asap, and I doubt I'll get the refund I demanded based off others' reviews of this website. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I ordered 2 bikinis for my trip 2 months ahead of time because I knew they'd be coming from China... (there was my first problem, ordering from an online website in China)
I never got them. Came back from my trip. Still nothing. I wrote a complaint and instead of refunding me they gave me "store credit" as if I wanted to ever make another purchase with them.
I didn't want to leave my money just sitting there so I decided to buy a waist coat... get rid of the store credit and forget about this scam of a website. When I opened it I though it was a joke. The quality couldn't have been cheaper. It looks awful. Just terrible overall. I couldn't say anything nice even if I tried.
PLEASE do not order from here... spend the extra money on somewhere where you know the quality will be good. Its not worth it if you're never going to wear it. Don't even bother trying to return anything...
Oh and don't be fooled by the models/pictures. Most of them aren't even theirs and the ones that MIGHT be are beyond photoshopped...

I ordered a few times that looked interesting. The sizing is not consistent.
Dresses are way smaller than a USA sizing. The sweat shirt was normal to a bit larger.
NO WAY to return. Be sure you really want it. They are from China and when you ask for a return they ask you for a lot of things not just the item numbers. PICTURES of the items! Seriously.
Delivery is coming from China so expect it to take about two weeks.

Buyers PLEASE do NOT use Zaful.com they are horrible and my daughter's first winter formal in a new school, in a new state, in a new city has been ruined! Her date even matched his tie, suit, etc. and now she doesn't have a dress! She was looking forward to this event as she is new to this school. In addition, the customer service number is a magic jack number! It is not even a real number. You never speak to an actual person only emails that come a day after you've sent about three. For your trouble they offer a $10 coupon?!?! I don't want a coupon to this crap store, I want my merchandise I paid for in full and upfront. They do not give you a response in regards to any sort of refund or anything, you are just stuck and in my case I have a very upset daughter with no dress for a special event and their suggestion is to buy an alternative?! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bottom line we are left with no dress, we are out our money we spent, and have nothing but extreme frustration and a daughter that is upset. STAY AWAY!
