I have ordered many products from Zaful and have been happy with all. I recently ordered swimwear and all of them fit true to size and were true to their images. I am incredibly satisfied. The shipping took a little while, but I have a slow postal service too. Overall, I am content with this company and their products.

The worst ever!

I seriously regret letting myself be tempted by the cheap prices of their swimsuits. I ordered four and I followed the recommended sizing on their size charts which meant ordering one size larger than my usual size. Well, they need to rewrite their size charts completely because the swim suits I got were at least 2 sizes too small! Like they would only fit a very thin teenage girl! One of them (a one piece) couldn't even be pulled up over my chest! It was so short it came to below my breasts. This, after it taking a month to get to me. When I pursued returning them for a refund they completely refused because their policy is no returns on swimsuits. Even if you've never put them all the way on because they are essentially child sized. Lol. Don't order from them!

AFTER PURCHASING SWIMSUITS FOR MY DAUGHTERS SENIOR TRIP WHICH IS TOMORROW APRIL 27,2016 I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ITEMS NOR CAN I REACH ANYONE! IVE CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED SEVERAL TIMES BUT STILL NO ANSWER! THEY ALSO HAVE A CHAT OPTION BUT IT DOESNT WORK EITHER! Awful

I ordered 3 bathing suits and a dress well over a month ago! The intention was to bring it on my vacation (they said 15-18 business days for shipping). I've already been to the beach and back now without my Zaful order. Quite frankly, I don't even think it's coming at this point. You can take my $$$ but I will guarantee you not one person in my very large circle will ever use Zaful as I am going to share this on all of my social media outlets.

NOT GOOD

I didn't listen to the other customers on here when they said to not buy and I regret it. Very disappointed with all the items I bought! They came either smelling HORRENDOUS or not as pictured on their site. I wrote them saying that product was different and if I could get my money back - I sent pictures just like they requested. Every time they respond, they say they didn't get my photos and when I try to write back it says "this question has been deleted". This is a horrible site, do not waste your money!

Cheap quality

I went to the Web site originally because I watched a YouTube do a haul and she said they had good stuff. I couldn't believe the prices on the site and it all was so affordable. I placed multiple orders and everything came in about a month or so. Online they show good quality stuff but I received broken jewelry and ripped clothes. Not everything was broken or ripped but the stuff that wasnt, was still very poor quality. The items I received are of lesser quality than what the website shows. It's awful and I will never order again from such a cheap site.

I ordered 1 dress, but there was some error/problem in their systems and it processed an order for two dresses and charged me for two dresses. I immediately contacted them to notify them about the error and request they cancel the order. They claimed the order had already been shipped and they could do nothing till I received the items, but promised to resolve the issue then. So when I received the items I contacted them again. They refused to admit the error in the system and continued to claim that I had intentionally ordered 2 items despite my proof via screen print that the order summary screen only showed 1 item. They have refused to allow me to return and get a refund for the second dress which I never ordered and was NOT reflected in the order summary screen.

I checked out several review sites before ordering and saw that there are many problems with people not getting orders or not getting the right item, but I ordered despite my better judgement because the company often replied to reviews saying they would resolve the issue. I suspect they do this for show, because they said the same to me several times and now are refusing to resolve the problem. They also have an F from the Better Business Bureau for similar issues and almost all the cases filed with BBB are unresolved. Fortunately I paid with Pay Pal and have filed a dispute. Hopefully I can get resolution through Pay Pal.

The crazy thing is I LOVE the dress! It's as pictured, fits well and looks great on me. If not for this headache, I probably would have continued to buy from them. But I will NEVER purchase from them again.

***UPDATE***
They did eventually fix my problem. In fact, they refunded the full amount for the second dress and allowed me to keep the dress. I'm not sure what to do with the dress because it's the wrong size, but at least their solution was an over correction. I was expecting to have to pay return shipping. I'm very satisfied with the solution, but it sure was a pain in the butt to get to a solution. So I'm increasing my rating to 2 stars.

I have not gotten an update on my package since the 13th of april and I DO NOT think it is coming. I'm pretty sure they just stole 38 dollars from my account as the status of my package shipment has not changed in a week and a half. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!

Horrible!

Finally received my order today and the shirts were not the same as the picture, also the white top had stains. No information to return the itemsthe phone number is *******, really? I rather let the dog chew on them instead of giving them to anyone else. Ridiculous!

After wasting my time talking to a customer service rep, he advised me to sent a ticket for a refund. I wrote out the ticket and when I clicked "submit" the page does not load or accept the ticket. I explained to this rep that it would not work and they refused to help because it was an issue with an order I had already received, and they only handled pre-sale questions. Do not waste your money or time on this website, even if the swim suit is only $10. It will not fit, it wont match the description on the website, and you will not be able to return it.

A friend of my told me about this ZAFUL website saying that they have awesome women's clothes, I just bought a blouse $15.49, I checked the review and notice bad comments but, I thought like the other people because was cheap and the blouse was beautiful on the picture that may be I would be lucky. When I received the Items I thought it was a Joke of my friend, the blouse was completed sloppy, horrible quality and not my size, in the picture the blouse appear with some pearls buttons and I received cotton pellets as button LMAO!... this is unbelievable, I did not expect to find trash in the packet.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE YOU CAN FIND BETTER CLOTHES IN A DUMPSTER!

This is an update to my earlier review below, in which I outlined my issues with Zaful. Since I posted this review, the company contacted me and offered me a refund for half of what I had paid, in addition to keeping the items. The refund was promptly made into my PayPal account. For this reason, I am upgrading my review to 2 stars, but I still don't think I would shop there again. Unfortunately, the items are still not what I expected, so I have a bagful of stuff I don't want and will not wear. Considering the situation, Zaful should have offered me a full refund and sent me a shipment label, so I could simply return the items to them.

Earlier Review:
"One item arrived ripped and stained, and another arrived in a different size from what I had ordered, and another had a completely different style from the image on their site. Also, everything in my order was much smaller than their sizing guides had indicated. I am a size S, but had ordered everything in M because of their sizing guides, and they were still wrong. Also, the items are extremely cheaply made, as I guess should be expected, and looked almost nothing like in their pictures.

I spent weeks going back and forth with their customer service team, sending proof pictures of the damaged item and the size difference in the others and, while they admitted that things were obviously not as they should be, they continued to refuse to refund or take back any of the items. In the end, they just started ignoring me, the way they obviously ignore their own return policy."

Bikini

I bought a couple bikinis from them. I had already read the reviews so I knew they were bad news but I thought I'd try and if I lose $10 at least it was $50, ya know!? So, the bikini tops fit perfectly but the bottoms are made for a freaking infant. The shipping was decent and everything is very cheap. But I was so confused as to why the bathing suit bottoms are so tiny. Anyways, now I know not to buy from there anymore. Atleast the tops work and I got 2 for $10 so it wasn't the BIGGEST waste of money. Just a waste. So i'll tell everyone not to buy because it's all very cheap, but if you want to try it out, some things might work for you like my tops did for me!

I ordered a dress in September 2015. I received a notice that it had shipped. I contacted customer service in October and was told to wait a couple more weeks. I contacted them again in January and was told to wait again and they would contact me. Never heard from them again.

This is the worst company I have ordered from. Although I enjoyed my initial purchases, all bathing suits, I wish I had not bought them simply because it is helping such an unprofessional, unhelpful company. I have talked with 3 customer service people already, none of them know where my package is "because it doesn't have a tracking number" since it is shipped differently. They still cannot answer how they ar a trustworthy company if they cannot inform me as to where my package is. They lied to me saying my package already arrived, giving me the wrong information, they told me a supervisor would email me (it as an automated message) and they continue to avoid answering my questions. They simply resend me my order information and the time it *may* take for me to receive my package.

For an update if anyone is curious: Zaful has given me a refund on my dress to make up for the frustration they caused. I am very thankful the problem is resolved. I added an extra star to service for their response to the issue.

It is now august and they offered me 20 dollars to delete this review or change it. Shows what kind of a company they are.

I ordered two bathing suits on March 15th and now it's april 19th and i still haven't received my merchandise. The tracking number i was given only updated until March 21st where it said it was leaving the singapore airport. They took my money right out of my account just days after the order was processed but i have yet to see my clothes. And before i get the automatic computer reply, i know about the shipping methods and my order is long overdue the estimated time i was given.

Still waiting...

Despite the many many awful reviews Zaful has received, I figured I'd try my luck at purchasing a couple of items. They charged me right away, but it's been nearly a month and my order still says it's processing. The website says ordered should be processed within 3-10 days. I thought giving myself two months to order clothes for a vacation would be plenty of time, but who knows if it will even arrive, there is no way to find out. So far, I'm not a very satisfied customer. Now I'm cringing just waiting to see the quality.
