Despite the awful reviews, I decided to give this website a go because I found a bathing suit that I thought was really nice. I've been looking for something similar for quite a while. Anyway, now I'm skeptical as to whether I'll receive my items or not because I received an email from Zaful shortly after purchasing my bathing suit (April 30th), starting that my order has been scheduled for shipment. The email also included a tracking number, which has yet to work. At first I thought maybe I'll give it a little while, but now it's been 11 days and I'm concerned because the tracking number still does not work. I am completely aggravated with this unprofessional website, wondering why my order that I was able to pay for immediately is unable to be tracked. Also, the status of my item is "shipped." I want answers. I need a refund or for the tracking number to work now! I'm starting to feel like this was a scam... Two stars for hope. Please take the bad reviews seriously, and reconsider before shopping with Zaful.
Ordered in April. Never received! Can't get anyone to respond. They say status is "shipped". They are a fraudulent site.

I ordered a bathing suit 3 weeks ago I can't even track my item I can't call the number they never answer. I sent an email no answer. I really needed the bathing suit for a vacation trip i had to go buy another and they pretty much stole my $20. Never again

I was very disappointed with the bikini SKU *******. At the time of ordering, it showed a completely different bikini in the picture. I wish I had taken a screenshot of it because now the page doesn't exist. I received this bikini instead (http://www.zaful.com/tiny-flower-print-spaghetti-straps-bikini-set-p_*******.html) which looks NOTHING like the bikini I thought I was ordering, and I definitely wouldn't have ordered this one if it was showing the proper picture.
The other bikini I ordered did look like the one in the photo at the time, but it has loose strings and is of very cheap quality.
It took weeks for the 2 bikinis to arrive (still waiting on the third, and their tracking number site didn't load for me) and I got the completely wrong rip off of what I ordered. Should have expected it with such ridiculously cheap prices. Do not shop here because you probably will be unsatisfied with the quality or you'll receive a completely different unflattering item!

I order the dress and it came as I expected, same as the picture, maybe even better. The dress came after almost three weeks, but I knew that earlier. I am very satisfied and I will keep buying from Zaful. Prices are very reasonable and products are excellent value for the price.
All my stuff got to me but I really wish it didn't cause I was so excited when I opened it (months after ordering) it was all like if I bought a cloth from a dollar store it was bad and not a quality I litterly have it in my garbage I don't even want to return it cause there is no way I'll get my money back and I just have to take a loss

I ordered a dress that looked nice on the site but when it arrived, weeks later, it was misshapen. It would have fit only an extremely wide woman with tiny narrow shoulders. It was very difficult to get the information I needed to return the dress. I was very persistent and finally got the OK to return it, but no address! More emails, and I finally got the address, some of it written in Chinese characters. Cost $22 to send it back. Never again! They have no business selling in the US. They do not know what they are doing.

It took over a month for my order to come. It luckily arrived before my trip. Two suits are too small on the top (not a medium) and the third suit stated it was striped, black/white. It's striped black and shear! I wanted to return/ inquire a return, you have to submit a ticket and I can't select ANYTHING with the drop down to submit it. I should have checked these reviews before ordering!

I ordered a bathing suit that took over a month to ship to me. About 2-3 weeks in I check on my order and the bathing suit picture has changed. My bathing suit choice mysteriously changed all by itself, and of course I was sent the wrong suit. Never again.

This site is not real. And if it is my purchases have been over a month missing. They use cheap prices to lure buyers in and then never send you what you order. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU TRACKING INFO EITHER. When you try to contact them they do not respond and the google server sends you an email stating that the site and contact info is fraudulent.

I love Zaful and order pretty often from them, honestly it's one of the best online stores I have used. I recommend it on a daily basis because people actually ask me about my clothes pretty often.
I ordered three items without looking at the bad reviews about shipping and quality of clothing. I was so worried about whether I would receive what I had ordered or if it wouldn't fit at all!
I ended up trying everything on and everything fit! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised! I ordered everything on April 11th and received the shipment April 30th!
My advice would be to order only a few things and see what your experience is with Zaful. It seems like some customers have the worst experience or a really great one! Mine was somewhere in between because I wish the shipping was faster and the communication about when the shipment would arrive was available. Also, think about the items you are ordering and really take into consideration your body type and the size conversion chart.
I ordered a really cute baithing suit from zaful but after reading horrible comments I just assumed my order wouldn't come and forgot about the whole thing but surprisingly a week later, my order came in and the material was great it looks exactly like it looked in the picture. I wish I could provide a picture for you guys but overall the shipping was fast and I'm in love with what I got (:

Yes, I have not received my order in three weeks. No way to contact them, chat does not work you think you are waiting for 2 mins for an on line chat and then they hike up the waiting time to 3 then 6minsa and so on. I am waiting now for 20 mins, email is not replied to, phone gives you a message and hangs up. The ticket tracking number is not valid. What is going on?

This site has great prices and very cute things, but it has been over a month and I still haven't recieved anything! I ordered a red wine bathing suit on March 19th and it still hasn't arrived. I would love to get my package asap or at least get my money back. Pretty disappointed.
