Just as I thought things couldn't get any worse with this site, I confirmed yet another complaint many people are having. This website is fraudulent, I never received any of the items and now I noticed an unauthorized charge on my bank statement from this company. I've tried to contact them but obviously they keep beating around the bush and probably just hoping I'll stop. I will take care of this and report it to my bank as fraud. On top of that, zaful basically tried to bribe me to take my previous review off this website. I refused because everyone should be warned before they lose their money on this website. Like many women, I took a chance despite reading tons of bad reviews and I regret doing that. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY
I've ordered a swimsuit almost two weeks ago and it was "shipped" but it has never arrived or I can't track it at all. I'm concerned from the rest of these reviews that I'm not going to get what I ordered. Not to mention they took more money from what they were supposed to. SO unprofessional!

I know that a lot of people have waited longer, but it shouldn't even take 2 weeks. I ordered a dress on May 10th, and it's now May 22nd. I'm really hoping that it will come in the next two or three days because I can't wait another week (I'm traveling out of the country). And if I ask Zaful about it by sending a ticket, they respond with an automatic and not understandable (at least to me) message. I would like a refund please!

It took about 3 weeks for my item to arrive, which is fine with me. Once I got it, the fitting was awful, but the material was decent (especially for the price). It was loose on the top and the bottom. Mind you I ordered a size small. So I would be extra careful when ordering swimwear or don't bother at all from this site.

After making the payment to this company seven unauthorised payments followed. After a long phone call to the fraud team with my bank they have suggested they are linked with this 'Zaful'. After reading all these reviews, I am now wishing I had never bothered... a fraud investigation, clothes that aren't shipped and if ever do turn up are utter rubbish! I work hard for the money I bring in and it makes me so angry some people can't make genuine honest money, instead they steal other people's. VILE. I want a refund you can keep your scammy clothes.

I ordered my bathing suit in April! Order have been saying it's shipped out, still haven't received it. I go on vacation in three days so now I have to buy another bathing suit because this one still haven't arrived. Tracking does not work. Don't waist your money! I want a refund! I have never shopped somewhere so bad!
I ordered 2 bikinis and 2 pieces of jewellery, they have charged me, but I have no confirmation email! 2 weeks later I have received 1 bikini and the jewellery. With no delivery note. Or any information as to how to return the items.

Worst online shopping experience ever. It appears they have one person on Chat. I waited over 10 minutes for a response, but system does not allow you to send your question. It just presents a clock to show how long you've waited. I was supposed to receive 2 items in 7-10 business days. I received 3 emails stating one of the items shipped, but tracking information is not available. Never again!

I ordered on April 4th, I wrote a review below about how I still have not received anything. Zaful sent me an email offering to refund $40 of my total (over $100).
By the time i tried to respond to them "the ticket has expired".
It has now been almost two months and I havent gotten anything. Absolute joke.

I made an order at least 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting I payed 80 dollars of the money I worked hard on getting. Tracking device doesn't work at all and iv been calling the company no ones picking up the phone. If I would have known about this I would have never ordered! I ordered 2 orders from there. One came im still waiting for the other but overall the quality of the bathing suits was pretty good for the price. I really liked them and they were made well. Only set back is that they were way to small. Ordered a second time with 2 sizes up still waiting for it to come in. Over all good product for the price you pay. Shipping does take a while but only cause its from china, worth the wait id say.
The clothes they sent me are horrible! The fabrics are very cheap and they stink like toxic materials cause they're sent from China. It's a scam.the clothes don't look at all like the pictures. And I tried to contact them many times to get my money back and still no answer! It's a scam. Thieves! Don't buy nothing in this site. It's a rip off

This is my second purchase with Zaful. While the first one was better than expected and I wrote a fairly good review before this, my second order is HORRIBLE. I haven't even received it due to some shipping issue and now that are only offering to issue me a 50% REFUND OF WHAT I PAID, WHEN I HAVE NO ITEMS DELIVERED TO ME. I made the purchase on 5/17 and received a shipment confirmation with a tracking on 5/18. After a few days later, I emailed about the tracking not being updated. A Day later, I actually received ANOTHER shipment confirmation email with A DIFFERENT TRACKING. Weird right? I emailed that and long story short, they swore that my package will still delivered on 5/18 and told me SEVERAL TIMES via email that it will deliver within 8-15 business days. Today is the 15th business day (not including weekends obviously) and my tracking has not been updated since May 30th! I have even contacted DHL myself because I work with them for my job. My package is lost right now and it will definitely NOT be delivered to my door by the end of the day today. At this point, I asked for a refund and they can figure out how to return the package back to them because it's not getting to me anytime soon. THEY OFFER A 50% OFF REFUND. WHY ON EARTH WOULD I ACCEPT A HALF REFUND WHEN I'M NOT GETTING ANYTHING?

I placed two orders on zaful one order only had swim wear and the second had clothing both my orders came within 3 weeks of me placing the orders and looked great on me I was skeptical when I first placed the orders but I was extremely happy with them when I received them the bathing suits looked exactly like the photos shown and so did the clothing... the only reason I'm giving zaful 4 stars is because of the wait and the fact that the tracking numbers didn't work but overall I had a great experience shopping on the site and I plan on ordering from it again
