This is my second purchase with Zaful. While the first one was better than expected and I wrote a fairly good review before this, my second order is HORRIBLE. I haven't even received it due to some shipping issue and now that are only offering to issue me a 50% REFUND OF WHAT I PAID, WHEN I HAVE NO ITEMS DELIVERED TO ME. I made the purchase on 5/17 and received a shipment confirmation with a tracking on 5/18. After a few days later, I emailed about the tracking not being updated. A Day later, I actually received ANOTHER shipment confirmation email with A DIFFERENT TRACKING. Weird right? I emailed that and long story short, they swore that my package will still delivered on 5/18 and told me SEVERAL TIMES via email that it will deliver within 8-15 business days. Today is the 15th business day (not including weekends obviously) and my tracking has not been updated since May 30th! I have even contacted DHL myself because I work with them for my job. My package is lost right now and it will definitely NOT be delivered to my door by the end of the day today. At this point, I asked for a refund and they can figure out how to return the package back to them because it's not getting to me anytime soon. THEY OFFER A 50% OFF REFUND. WHY ON EARTH WOULD I ACCEPT A HALF REFUND WHEN I'M NOT GETTING ANYTHING?
