After several phone calls and emails and not receiving a response, I found this site and complained. I immediately received a response from Zaful and DID receive a full refund and they did not require me sending the items back. It's too bad I had to write a bad review in order to get their attention and resolve my complaint. I am grateful I received a full refund. If I ever have a similar problem, I will use Site Jabber.

I have used the website to get some summer clothings for my upcoming holidays. They were shipped on time and once i tried on a piece of bikini i bought, the size were not suitable for me. I then left a review on their page about it and they had since got back to me and offered to send me a new piece. The new one came and was lovely. Thank you for your service!
After reading some of these views I'm really worried. I ordered some bathing suits for my trip and I leave June 12 and paid the express shipping, do you guys think it will come on time?

I placed an order on May 23,2016 for $46.30 and then that same day I was charged another $1.39. I'm not sure why? It has been two weeks and I have not received a order confirmation from the website. However, I knew that I was taking a risk because I read the reviews online, but I was hoping that I would get lucky. I tried logging in online, but there is not luck there either because the site doesn't recognize my login info. Just AVOID the site!

Ok, so i understand it takes a while to get them. It took three weeks for mine to come. They were super cute but did not fit at all. I've reached out to the company multiple times to find out how to ship back/get a refund back to my credit card. Nobody has answered me and I still have these bathing suits with no refund. I'm beginning to think this site is a scam. I've had multiple friends reach out to me on how they find cute suits on this site but luckily with my bad experience I've been able to make sure they haven't purchased anything from these people. All I want is my money back and to ship back these bathing suits. Why is that so hard for this company?

The Zaful website advertises women clothing products. The items delivered, if they are delivered, are nothing like what is advertised. I have made over six separate attempts to contact the company concerning an order. The phone number offered on the website has never been answered and may not be in service. I have left several voice messages but no one has returned those messages. I have used the live chat option multiple times in order to contact a supervisor. In the live chat sessions the representatives provide the same fraudulent phone number or offer to have a supervisor email me. After 40 days of back and forth with Zaful a supervisor has never contacted me. I recently requested that Zaful provide me with a mailing address. They denied my request. The behavior of this company is willfully deceitful and targets college students.

Wish I could give this company a 0 star review. They are so unprofessional. I never received my items and they claim it's not their fault because they shipped it but they never were able to give the tracking number to prove it. "Not their fault" it's not mine either! An absolute nightmare to do business with I'll be disputing the charge and will definitely never ever shop with them again.

They are really bad. I ordered an item and it came up too small in size, I have asked for a full refund but they haven't decided to give that to me yet... I'll wait. If I don't get my full refund back, the public, every blogger and every fashion and beauty magazine will know just how bad they are.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Absolutely THE WORST customer service ever. I am convinced that this "store" is run from someone's spare room and poorly run at that. After requesting their return address so that I may return a parcel under circumstances which are within their return policy, they have told me "THINK TWICE" and are refusing to provide me with their return address. The parcel was not received within their shipping times despite having paid extra for EXPEDITED shipping! Unreal.
Directly from their website: "At Zaful returns are simple, we strive to provide amazing product and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction." This is misleading, a misrepresentation of their actual procedure AND false advertising. Not to mention poor English. Should have know. Buyer beware.

Prior to ordering from this site, I read the reviews and knew that shipping would take long. Also, you need to understand that you get what you pay for.
My shipping time took a little more than three weeks, but all the orders came in one package and I was pleased. I did also face the concern of my tracking number not being valid, but then I did express my concern with the company and they replied to me and somehow I got another tracking number that did actually work.
The quality of certain items are debatable, while some are great.
I ordered 3 bikinis and only 3 of the 6 pieces worked out for me, but honestly the price was unbeatable. Seems like this company is hit or miss. Glad it worked out for me though, I got 3 bikinis for a little more than $30. Can't complain.
I ordered a few bathing suits from the website but after reading a few of the reviews I'm a little concerned. I'm leaving on the 6th of June, I hope they will get here in time. Is there any reason why a person should feel uneasy about purchasing products from this company?

Used this website to buy clothes for my vacation. I ordered a bathing suit, a romper, and a cropped shirt. They all looked amazing, but my only warning is to make sure you get the correct size. Everything had somewhat fit except for the romper. Shipping may take time.
I placed an order and I was so happy with everything I got. Shipping time wasn't bad at all and all my items arrived and looked just like they did on the website. I will be ordering from them in the future. I hope to have the same great experience when ordered just as I did the first.

Zaful, where i ordered 2 pairs of bikini said they would refund me the sum of money back, and it appears on pay pal as a refund but there is nothing on my credit card. I do not Understand. Pay pal told me that smth strange was happening to my account since they Made the refund(which i still do not have) and they had to close my account, which i reopened but still no money on my card.

I've been waiting over three weeks for a swim suit I ordered. Was given a tracking number but when I enter the code it says package cannot be found. Tried calling the customer service line and no one ever answers and there is no room to leave a msg.

At first, I was pretty skeptical of the whole site. Yet, as I watched other girls on YouTube successfully get their garments I decided to give it a shot. I bought a bikini and was a little worried that there was only one photo of it, but for $13 why not! I followed the size guide as it said and placed my order for a total of $17 (not bad compared to $50 at roxy or o'niell). It took roughly 2 weeks to arrive, so don't expect speed. When it did I was very impressed! The bikini looked just like the photo posted and it fit perfectly. It's comfortable and saved me SO much money! Without Zaful I would've been either wearing an old bikini or be spending 3 times as much as I did on a equally cute bathing suit. I definitely recommend using their site!
I ordered 3 bikinis from Zaful two weeks ago and i have not received anything. They say 8-15 business days but i have yet to even see an update on my shipment. They make it sound so simple, go to your orders and track it! Right? No. I have not received anything at all. I've tried almost everyday to see if my shipments have an update and I have nothing. My parcel is still showing as with the sender 8 days after i got the shipping confirmation email, i have asked the tracking and delivery company about the location of my parcel and they said that they have only received paperwork about my items not the actual parcel, i hope it gets here soon or at least is sent off by the sender.
