Amazing

I liked it, it came in a week. The customer servicewas amazing the contacted as soon as i had any concerns, if anything my size was perfect, i exactly fit everything the bust*top* and the waist *the bottoms* ot was also true to color!

I had the same problem with zaful! I just ordered 3 items yesterday from them and now I'm trying to access my account to check my order but it says my email doesn't match an account when I literally used it to make my purchase! I didn't even get a confirmation email for my purchase but they already deducted from my bank account which isn't fair! I can't access any account to check my order number but then I tried creating a new account with my email and it worked but it shows up saying I have no previous orders but I literally used that email when I bought my items. Please fix this issue! I would like to know my order is confirmed and if that's not possible I want a refund!

Is this website even true? I ordered two bikinis and I can't even track them! Every time I try to login in my account it says "error," so I have no idea what's going on. I hope I get my bikinis soon, if not I'm canceling the order and getting a refund!

Great service

I have ordered from zaful a few times and I have never had a problem. All the items are really well made especially considering how inexpensive their items are. Whenever I have emailed them with questions they always respond within the same day and are super helpful. I will say that their items run small so it would probably be best to size up if you are in between sizes. Overall I'm really happy with zaful and u recommend them to all my friends. I will definitely continue to shop there!

I placed my order almost 2 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. It said my order dispatched 1 day after I ordered it... It has been days now and no package! I have sent messages complaining to zaful and asking if I could get an estimated time of arrival but I haven't been given any specific details about where my package is since the tracking number isn't working. At this point I'm unsure if I will even receive my package. Most likely will not order from zaful again! IT IS A SCAM. Every positive review must be $#*!ing sponsored! It must go to the tribunal.

Confused

I placed an order a few days ago, and have tried to track my order every day since then, but all it will tell me is that it has been "Shipped out" as of June 5th. It sent a notification to my email letting me know that my order was placed and shipped, and gave me a tracking number, but when I tried to track it on every link they provided for tracking, nothing came up and the tracking systems didn't recognize my order. I would like to know how to track it since the other options provided haven't been working, and I am hoping to have my order before an upcoming vacation.

WAITING FOREVER

Been waiting over two weeks and my order is still not here. They didn't even ship my order until a week after. My tracking number doesn't work and the link given for customer support won't even load. Have tried multiple times to get ahold of someone to see where my order is but it won't load and tracking numbers don't work and I am leaving for vacation on Saturday and have zero swimsuits to wear Bc I thought ordering 5 from here a month ahead would be enough time. Guess not! Not happy w this website.

Still waiting

I have had made two separate orders on the same day, which was a week ago. I've tried tracking both tracking numbers and cannot find either one of them. Either they haven't shipped or the company just sucks that much.
After reading a bunch of reviews, I'm so utterly disappointed I even ordered anything at all. If I my packages aren't here within the next week, I'm canceling and getting a refund.

First time i bought from Zaful, i got a swimsuit, which I ordered too small and i contacted customer support and they helped me with the process. They refunded me my money back and awarded me points. Then I bought a very cute swimsuit a few weeks ago and just came in the 2 days ago. It fits very well and I absolutely love it. I can't wait to show it off at the beach. If you are unsure of the size just contact customer service, they are very helpful and nice. If there are any problems customer service will also do their best to help. Zaful has cheap and within a good price range for clothes. I love to shop and browse on the website. I am definitely going to shop on there again.

Placed an order over three weeks ago. Still not here. They should let you know the stuff is coming from China and will take a long time.
Update - AFTER writing this review zaful apparently credited the full amount of the order back to my paypal account. The shipping tracker shows the package still en route, but the info there has not been updated in 2 weeks. Communication with customer service is not very effective. Big waste of time. Very disappointed teenage daughter.
UPDATE 2 - weeks later zaful decided to send me a free $20 credit to use on the site. We ordered two bathing suits and they came in about 10 days. I guess the original shipping problem was a fluke, and I give them credit for trying to make it right - they credited my original payment AND gave me $20. However, the quality of the two suits we did finally get was poor - you get what you pay for. Do not expect good customer service.

I've placed my order over 4 days ago and after reading the reviews I realized that I will need express shipping, I reached out the the Facebook group and they completley avoided my question and told me two of the peices I ordered were unavailable which I then sent them replacement ones they can use and they didn't answer until over 24 hours later(keep in mind my shipment still isn't shipped) and when I then received a email back saying even that one is not available in just getting frustrated because I don't think I will get the package on time I've been trying and asking to have it shippe express but no one has been able to help me yet. I just want a refund if they are not able to comply and help me.

I really don't understand why so many people are complaining about the customer service. Zaful were able to reply quicker than most companies I have ordered from. Also it CLEARLY states that shipping could take up to 25 days, so I don't understand why people are complaining about this when it clearly states this. I honestly did not mind the wait especially since the bikinis I ordered were so inexpensive but are of good quality. Zaful also has great discounts and coupons that I can use throughout the year and the point system that they have adopted is really easy to use. Using their point system has saved me a few dollars for sure! I will definitely be ordering again!
