Ordered 2 bathingsuits and a already concerned they will not be here in time for my vacation in 3 weeks from looking at other reviews. Also concerning that I cannot track my order although they told me it has shipped... not sure ill be ordering from Zaful again.
Above was my original review, but after waiting about 10 business days, both of my bathingsuits arrived! I have to say, Zaful was very helpful and kind in offering me a $10 gift for the delay in shipping (it does come from China so you do have to be patient). I thought the delivery time was reasonable, and I was able to track my bathingsuits online. It does depend on the bathingsuit, so I would definitely give this website a try.
Received an email stating my package was shipped since May 23rd. Still haven't received my package and it's now June 13th. Never ordering from Zaful again!

I ordered 6 items from zaful over 3 months ago, i have received 4 and have been waiting months and months for the other two. Out of the four i ordered only two are wearable and even the quality of those aren't good. The other two i received are so poorly made, the sizing is awful (i am 100 pounds and ordered a medium just in case and they are too small, a 13 year old couldn't fit in them). They are completely see-through as well. I have asked multiple times now for them to do something about this and no one has helped me in any way. I highly suggest not ordering from this website, you will only receive half your order and i doubt you'll even be able to wear them. Words cant describe how angry i am that i wasted so much money.

I ordered a swimsuit from this site. It didn't fit very well, but customer service took are of me very well and handled the return quickly and professionally.
The pictures are way different than the actual bikinis. The bikinis are such bad quality, it is ridiculous. I should have read all of the reviews before purchasing. Returning doesn't even seem like a good option at this point either because of the ridiculous shipping fee. Never again will I shop here. I have better luck on Aliexpress.

Very affordable and my order was as expected. The romper I got looked super cute matched with a belt. I loved the earrings and customer service is outstanding. I usually never waste the time to write reviews but I received so many compliments on my outfit.
Ordered a Medium 2 piece swimsuit (top measures up to 20in and bottom 22inches!) I've always been a medium and I'm 24 inches and 29 inches. I've looked up the sizes on a chart and what they sent me was an Xs with a M tag! After 2 weeks of waiting, I don't have a swimsuit for my birthday pool party! I definitely want a refund

After over a dozen emails, Zaful finally allowed me to ship back the returns at my expense. It took quite a few months, but I did finally get credit. I had a horrible experience with them. Ordered a bunch of things. The quality was horrible. The sizing was all over the map. To return though, they were asking me to measure THIER own product! In other words, with a measuring tape, I had to PROVE the length and width of their merchandise that they sent to me. I had to probe that what they sent did not match sizing! There were dozens of emails sent. If I had not been persistent, I never would have gotten money back. But, please note that writing, measuring and mailing back took HOURS out of my day.
I spent a fortune to send back everything and it took over 6 months to get credit on my card!

Although, the shipping took a while (which they tell you) the quality of the two bathing suits I ordered were great!
I have ordered so many times from Zaful and I like the bikini's and clothes very much. The bikini's material is very nice for such a low price, I have so many bikini's by now, but I can't stop buying! I live in The Netherlands and shipping is very fast. I order from Zaful over 1 year now and only 1 bikini came in wrong. They immediately gave a refund of my money with extra points! If i have questions they respond very quickly, within 1 day. Good company, good prices and very nice material of the clothes!
I am so glad I found zaful because of their amazing styles and prices! Their customer service, shipping, and more was all wonderful. The only down side is that most of the clothing isn't true to size. I am always a size medium and find that most of the clothes run small. From here on out, all I have to do is order a larger size.
I paid for three items a week ago and it says ''Partial order shipped'' since that there isn't any update information online. The sunglasses i bought aren't even shipped out yet and the bikini and top i got are ''shipped'' but the tracking status says: Item is ready for transport - so whats going on? Is it out yet? When will i receive my package/packages?
Also the tracking information says 'by Belgium Post'' but is leading me to PostChina?
The Information, the contact, the tracking service... veeery superficial.
I want clear statements and a correct tracking service!

It took about 3 weeks to receive bathing suits i ordered and when I got them they were way too small. I tried to return them but their policy says you cannot return clearance items so i only got 20% of my money back. Make sure you use the size charts!

I ordered a bikini a week ago, paid an extra $9.99 for express shipping (3-7 days) and the extra $1.50 or however much it was for shipping insurance, AND IT STILL ISNT HERE.
