It's been 2 weeks and i can't track down my order and my package isn't delivered yet.
I just recently ordered 3 bathing suits from here a few days ago and it said it has been shipped today June 18th I am EXTREMELY worried after reading all these reviews that they will not arrive in time for my beach trip on June 25. Also one of my bathing suits has still not been shipped with the other two. I spent 40$ and am looking for some help as to when or even if i will get my bathing suits. It seems as though some customers 2 months in STILL have not received their products.

I ordered 2 bikinis the beginning of June. I even paid for express shipping since I needed them before I left for vacation in Florida. My bikinis were supposed to come to me the day before I left but according to tracking they are "undeliverable as addressed." Now I have had to leave without my bikinis which I got over but now my package is untraceable. I have only been able to get ahold of the post office and they have no clue where it is. I have contacted zaful twice now and it's been a couple business days and they still have not gotten back to me. I was really impressed with how fast it shipped but their customer service is horrible. I just want my bikinis I paid for and nobody is helping me.

I ordered a bikini from here about two weeks ago. They gave me a tracking number but the first few times I used it it wouldn't work, then it said it lost my order, and now it hasn't shown any movement on my package since June 6. I started reading bad reviews after I had already ordered and when I tried calling them to get my order a machine said they were never available and the voicemail box was full. I then tried emailing customer service and I got an email saying that address didn't even exist. I'm pissed off and know they are going to reply acting helpful but they're not and I probably won't get my money back because this is a scam. Just want to make sure no one else orders from here.

I ordered a bathing suit from this website almost a month ago, I even paid the extra $10 for the express shipping which said it would be here in 6-10 days. I emailed the company questioning where my package was and still has yet to receive a message back or even my money for the express shipping since it didn't make it here in a timely matter. It has been almost a month since I placed my order and still nothing. I contacted Zaful customer service multiple times and each time it has given me a less than helpful response. I payed extra for insurance on my order, but that is a scam, because Zaful does not know where my order is. The company says it cares about its customers, but nothing is being done by the team to solve the problem. Ultimately, customer service has left it up to me to try and track down my order after I've left three tickets. Beware the professional-looking site. I'm starting to believe I have been scammed. If a Zaful rep answers this review, please do not give me the response, "your order is shipped and in transit."

The website looks amazing, is so enticing. The clothes and the whole set up is really nice. But I never received what I paid for. It's been a month and still nothing to show for it. I also emailed them twice because there is no phone number, and still no one has gotten back to me or reached out. Don't waste your time on there. The most I would do is go on the site for trends and ideas for outfits, but please don't purchase anything from there.

I actually love zaful but you need to know some stuff before ordering.
1. It might take some time before you get your stuff. 5-10 days for them to get the package ready and then 5-15 for it to get to your door. This means 3 weeks after ordering is a likely timefor the package to arrive.
2. All the products are from china or other parts of asia. Some stuff will not look like the pictures. Choose wisely and look at the reviews on the website to know how the product worked out for some other peeps.
3. The sizeing is small. If you are a small in stores like h&m you will be a medium on this website. So get a size up and it should fit just fine!
In my first order i got some stuff that was way to small and I got a refund to my acountwallet. The service has been great.

As my first time ordering in Zaful I was afraid to get a poor quality product since their prices are really cheap, but as I got my product the quality of it was way better than I expected. I had an issue with the product design and even tough it had nothing to do with Zaful, they helped me out DIRECTLY and INMEDIATLY. They were really kind and I'm really happy with their costumer service. The shipping isn't that bad taking in account that most of the products come from China but for the price and quality is worth the waiting. I will keep ordering from them!
I am very disappointed, I have ordered from Zaful before and have received beautiful swimsuits but with very long shipping times. Knowing this, I ordered three swimsuits for a trip I have to leave for July 1st at the very beginning of June, knowing Id have a full month in case the shopping took longer as it did last time. A couple days afteri placed my order I went to check the tracking info and it said only two of the swimsuits I ordered were sent and there was no information for the other swimsuit. Next day I went on again and all the information about the two swimsuits that had first shipped had been erased and everything was blank. Almost two weeks after I go on today to check and the information is back on for the two swimsuits and the other still hasnt shipped, and the tracking information is the same as it was two weeks ago. I was expecting some shipping delays but it is very dissapointjing that it has been two weeks and I havent even received proper tracking information when I trusted them to provide me with the swimsuits for my trip on July 1st, and I need them to make content for my Instagram account which is my job (@sofia_delfino). If I wouldve known this I wouldve bought my swimsuits from a more reliable site for this is not only for pleasure but I really need them for my job.
I have ordered a bunch of items already from shorts to tops to two piece sets and everything has been GREAT. The price, the quality, the service and the shipment. I honestly can't say anything bad and I would recommend Zaful to just about anyone. I'll be ordering loads more in the future.
I saw their add on Facebook, and since there weren't any awful comments I thought it would be okay to order from them... although now I'm beginning to think they just delete all the comments. I ordered my bathing suits so long go, and even though it says "shipped out" I have yet to receive them. At this point, I just want my money back.
