Purchased from this website and received a damaged heatpack. When messaged on website to see what could be done i received no response. After a few days i emailed instead and received response quickly only to have my messages ignored once i sent photo proof of damaged product. I tried again to email after a few days and still ignored. Product purchased is valued at $75 on their website, could not get a refund or a replacement.
When on website trying to request refund the "continue" link takes you back to the "shop" page.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from mediheatpack.com.au
Their service is so $#*!!
I ordered a cardigan in a light cream brown and they sent my a black tiny see through leotard.
I paid for express shipping and it came 2 weeks late. I paid for tracking and i told them what happened sent them a picture of what i got and they refused to help me saying that it was all checked and $#*! like that but it obviously wasnt.
Never buy from zaful. They wasted my time with all the back and forth messages just to be useless.
