My first experience with Zaful was very pleasant. I order three items and immediately received my order confirmation, the next day I received my shipment confirmation. Shipping was quick and i was pleased with my items and customer service was quick and friendly. Will be ordering from them again.
Finally received HALF my order after over a month. The quality of the product is a joke. One of my swimsuits has zero lining, zero stitching, and is made out of a fake satin... not even bathing suit material. I can't even resell my items because I don't know anyone who would buy them for $1. Do not make the mistake of purchasing from this website. I wish I could get a full refund.
EDIT 8/3: after writing this review I was reached out to by customer service. They refunded me that portion of my purchase and responded promptly. Although, the quality of the product was bad, the excellent customer service made up for it. Thank you. I have updated my rating from one star to four
Zaful has some extremely cute clothes. I ordered a romper and a swimsuit. The romper came within 25 days but was so small. My swimsuit was no where to be found. Every time I went to their website to find out where the rest of my order was, the website crashed. I called several times and they never answered their phone. Absolute scam and not worth the money
I have ordered from Zaful three times now (three bikinis). One order earlier this month which I received this past Monday and two more which I have placed just yesterday so I am still awaiting their arrival.
My overall experience has been good. I have only had one small issue and customer service quickly resolved it for me. The one bikini that I have gotten is great! Very cute, exactly as pictured, and ALMOST true to size (the medium bottom was a bit snug, but I AM bottom heavy #bigbuttproblems lol). And of course, you really can't beat the prices. I would recommend this site for affordable, cute clothes.
The only complaint I have is that I wish shipping was faster! BUT when the product is coming from half way around the world, that's to be expected. My first order came in 15 days.
You have got the money but I never got my package! It's been two and a half months...

I think zaful is a great website despite the bad reviews I see from others. I have ordered two bathing suits until now that were perfect and came exactly on time and I'm planning on buying more.
So i have purchased a bikini from them, they said it was shipped a few days after i ordered it, it's been a month now, never seen it, untrackable, no clue whatsoever on where it might be or if it'll ever be delivered.
I am really disappointed and i would say DO NOT BUY ANYTHING on this website if you need it or want it within 1 month time cause that is not going to happen. Never seen such a bad service on any other website i buy stuff from ( ebay, amazon, missguided, topshop, victoria secret, urban outfitters) I mean... I will definitely not buy again from them.

I ordered from Zaful for the first time a month ago! I was SUPER skeptical because i hear bad and good things from this place. I ordered 3 bikinis.
FIrst off: SHIPPING. I'm sure everyone is aware on the shipping complaints, but let's be real here for items at this pricing and sometimes coming from china what do you expect? Two bikinis in my order came within 15 days, the third bikini came in aboout 25 days! I ordered these bikinis for a vacation I have in a few days, so thank god i ordered a month in advance! So beware and dont expect your order to come within a week. (But i ordered with standard shipping).
Secondly: SERVICE! I love the Zaful costumer service, they reply very quickly compared to other companies! I always get a reply within 24 hours which i think is amazing, and they will help you with any problems.
Lastly: QUALITY! I'm not going to lie, these bathing suits are not bad quality. BUT, it really just depends on which one you buy, the quality varies. Personally, I think you get what you pay for. So these are VERY good quality for that price. At VS Pink you buy a top for $50... at Zaful you can get 3 maybe even 4 swimsuits for that price...
I definitely recommend this website to people! I find the sizing true to size, there's pretty much always a sale, great service, but shipping is big downside. Hopefully this immproves soon!
Omggggggg im so pissed! I wish I would have seen these reviews two weeks ago! I ordered three items from Zaful.com and the next day only TWO were "shipped" so I waited a few days and then i contacted the company. According to them the swimsuit I ordered was "out of stock" they gave me the options to exchange, credit it to the site or wait. I waited. And im still $#*!ing waiting! Oh and they gave me some super sketchy tracking number that worked for a day and now no longer tracks! The worst part is once I ordered from them I was so excited that I was recommending their site to all my friends!

I made the biggest mistake ever by ordering from this company without looking at these reviews first, now I'm stuck waiting on a shipment that I doubt will ever come! I called the customer service line but only got a voicemail and I sent over an email inquiry about my shipment and have received no reply. I was hoping to have my order in time for my vacation next week but at the looks of things that likely won't happen. I am very disappointed and would like to just cancel my order and receive a refund. I still have time to find something else locally. Please if you are a reputable company just refund me my money so I can find something some place else, nobody wants to have to go through this!

The prices are great! So affordable and you can buy so many bikinis in te price you would get for one at the mall. Promo codes are also great. One problem though is the shipping information. You cant track your shipment properly although it does get to you. It just takes a while I wish it was faster!
Okay so I ordered from this place twice and the first time was good but then the second was kinda bad. They told me that two of my itiems will be shipped later then they said they weren't in stock so I'll have to wait till the 5th of this month (i ordered on the 21th of July) for them to be shipped. Then today they told me that only one is in stock and it's now on the website and the other I can no inlet get because they don't have it. I am mad because I already paid for the entire thing including the two itiems! So I don't know why she told me that it is on the website now because I'm not paying for another dress when I already paid for it. So I will not be ordering from this place again and I am asking for a refund. Plus they take 10-15 days to ship. I ordered on the 21 and its suppose to be coming on the 2nd which is tomorrow. So hopefully they just give me my money back

This was my first order on Zaful, I was excited to try it for a long time and after I've done it I can only wait for more. Everything was great, from the organization of the website, the discount campaigns, the safety of the payment, the brevity of the shipping and at last the quality of the product that looks just like in the pictures and fits amazingly even in a not-S body. I was really happy with the experience and the whole tracking of it. I would definetly recomend it to a friend.
Ordered from this company in April and they sent my orders in three different shipments of which two arrived in the matter of 3 months which is outrageous. The last order this hasn't been delivered and the company refuses to refund the remainder of the money because they blame shipping for this issue. They are selfish and heartless. Never order from this company unless you wish to part with your money with ever receiving your product! Its taken 4 months! WTF!

This is top 2 of the worst sites I've ordered from and this was my first time and i was excited about the items they had on their website, but when i ordered it turned into a nightmare. I ordered a dress and a bathing suit about a month ago for a vacation which it said i would receive in 7 DAYS but 7 days came and left and i still didn't have my items for my trip, but i was still optimistic in thinking it might arrive a little after those 7 days but i was wrong. It was been a month now and i JUST received a package and i was finally relieved at the fact that i at least i still received my package, but no... to my disappointment when i opened the package i only saw the dress (which had a hole on it). Where is the bathing suit i paid for? I have no clue but i never received it... honestly this is just tiring and i just want what i paid for or my money back. Like i said i would never again order from this website and i don't recommend it at all. Save your money people.
