My package cannot be tracked and nor has it ever gotten to me yet. They do not respond back to my emails or even answer the phone. The phone goes straight to the dead dial tone. I am so disappointed because I had bout 5 swim suits.
I ordered three swimsuit on July 13th and received emails on the 14th and 15th saying they had been shipped and I am still unable to track the shipments. Neither code works, I only get a not found message. I figured it might take a day or to to process but I still am unable to track the shipment. I submitted a ticket and have yet to be contacted. I also called their US customer service and received an answering machine. I do not suggest ordering from this website. Too good to be true. Very suspicious of the other good reviews.

So I ordered 3 bathing suits almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received them. 2/3 of the suits said they would only take 3 business days to deliver while 1/3 said it would take 5-10. I bought these for an upcoming vacation which is now in 2 days and now will most likely will not have them by then which is very disappointing. Just saying zaful don't put the amount of time the order will take if that's not the case. You shouldn't order from this site unless you are very patient.

I ordered 2 rompers and a pair of sunglasses and they were shipped from China to US in a reasonable time. The quality of the products were great, the materials are nice and the sunglasses are sturdy and great for Florida sun. I would purchase from this store again!

I ordered 2 rompers and 4 shirts from Zaful, and I can honestly say I had a great experience. I ordered my normal sizes that I would get in a regular store at the mall, and just to be safe I also checked the provided size charts using my measurements. Those were very helpful. Everything fits! I was amazed by the quality of the items, everything was exactly like the online picture. The prices were awesome too. My items took about 2-3 weeks to arrive on the US east coast, so be patient! It's totally worth it!

I have ordered from Zaful twice and was satisfied for the most part. They're always getting new items so there is always something for everyone. The prices are great and shipping isn't too bad. I would recommend this company.
So I orderd 2 pairs of jeans and 1 red crop top on June 29, the shipphing was really fast because I got my clohting on July 8! Thank you for that. But now I have one problem. The jeans don't fit me but do I have to pay money for a return? And what is the price of that? I think it is a really good material and cute clothing, only the sizing is a little bit weird...
Recently ordered a swim suit from Zaful, the suit came quickly and was adorable. Just didn't fit me well, just a little small on the bottoms and a little big on the top. I emailed Zaful to find out how to return it and got a prompt return. They refunded my money quickly. I would defiantly shop with them again!
