I saw that there are a lot of different opinions about this website. First of all since now I bought like 4 hoodies on a sale. They were really cheap in relation to other websites so I didn't really expect that they were like really high quality. But saying that they are on low quality wouldn't really satisfy. Being honest I was really pleased with my orderes even tho they weren't on that high quality I would say that the quality is all in all and in relation to the price really ok and also very depending on the apparel. The shipping was actually a bit long but I'm living in Germany so it is not that unnormal that a provider from the US or UK take a bit longer. I'm not quite sure but I think it took like 2 months or something. Zaful is not my fav clothing page and the reviews of the other users are making me a bit unsure but my experience were all in all very good and I would certainly buy again on Zaful.

Do not bother!

I ordered from this site for the first time at the beginning of September. Waiting over 2 months for the clothing to arrive was something I expected since it was free shipping and coming from China. What I was not expecting was only receiving one item out of 2. So at the end of October I contacted the customer service department. I have been emailing back and forth for over a month now and the issue still isn't resolved! They claimed that I should have bought the insurance and that now I can't even get a refund. They gave me 2 options: resend the option and pay an extra $5 (USD) to ship it, or receive a credit of only half the amount I spent on the item. Of course, I chose the first option which they then said that the item was no longer available. Now I am super frustrated - I mean they probably didn't even send the clothing item the first time, especially looking at these comments now they seem to scam people that way. I checked the site today and the exact item, exact colour, and exact size I ordered is still there. These guys seem like scam artists and try to force you into spending more money on their site. Customer service is extremely slow - it takes a few days for them to even respond. I advise any consumer to not spend a lot of money on this site and only buy a few items at a time - and expect not to receive your full shipment. The prices are good but that's because you don't receive the whole order. Personally, I will not be using this site again.

One order two parcels (LB*******BE and **************) from different warehouses both created and shipped on 27/4/20 And 28/4/20 respectively by FedEx courier service
LB*******BE supposed to be received mid-May was declared undelivered and finally returned to sender because of incomplete address details (missing street number). Nobody bothered to contact the submitted phone number to notify upon arrival.
Customer service informed us some days after by email that the parcel was destroyed by local customs (!) stating limited liability in such cases. So no refund can be provided (*). All this without any official document proving the action (which custom authority did it and for what reason)
(*) Of course small print may have passed unnoticed but I do not remember having given my consent to such obnoxious term; anyway I am very much afraid that the second parcel (**************) will also have the same fate very sad for my 14 y o daughter craving for them

Most probably it is a case to follow legally not just for the money but more for the principles and ethics this company lacks

I first heard about ZAFUL on ads when I was scrolling down on social media and I saw some cute products that really I wanted to try. The order came in 3 weeks even though I live in Romania and I did not have any problem with the order (besides the fact that the tracking website was not working). I am happy with the products that I received, the fabric has a very good quality for the prices that I paid so I would definitely place another order very soon.

Canceled Order!

I ordered a couple of very cute items for a vacation I am planning on taking. I did express shipping hoping that it would get in with enough time for my trip. The only customer service they have is asking a question on their site so I decided to ask if they thought my package would be in, in time. They wrote back saying that it might not be but I could still get a refund. I decided not as I did really like the clothes I ordered. The next week I got an email saying they CANCELLED MY ORDER! I wrote back immediately saying I did NOT want this order cancelled which is why I didn't cancel it myself. I still have heard no response and am now unsure if I even got a full refund. I STILL WANT THIS ORDER, AND WANT THEIR CANCELLING OF IT TO BE UNDONE! Don't order from this site! Although the clothes are cute and cheap I would recommend you look somewhere else!

This company is a scam. Order processing date was misrepresented, no response from online customer service, and the phone number on the website is not a working number.

Also, please notice every positive review has suspiciously perfect grammar which is NEVER the case. Anyone who has ever been on a review site knows this.

This is 100% a scam and NOBODY SHOULD USE THIS SITE!

I heard about ZAFUL from YouTube and I thought I'd give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised when I had recieved my first order from ZAFUL. The package arrived before its expected delivery date. Overall, the price was very reasonable for all the things that I bought. I have worn everything that I bought from the site, and I get compliments on the clothes. I bought I belt that I wear everyday. Jewelry from ZAFUL is cute and inexpensive and I wear some that I purchased very frequently.

Good buy, would buy again

I bought two bikinis from zaful in a medium size ( theU Neck Bralette Thong Bikini Set and the Bandeau Padded Bikini Top and Bottoms which is my best Zaful purchase). Both are true to size though I recommend sizing up because the top is tight but the bottoms fit perfect. They look high end but are really affordable. Idk about their clothes though just bikinis!

I love Zaful because their site is easy to use. A Zaful support is friendly and very quick if you have any problem or question for them, they will hit you back before 24 hour.
I have orderd from them a bikinies and some clothes and all came perfect just like in the picuters. The material was great, i was realy impresed with the quality of their products. I love their bikinis because their bikinies are very trendy and they look very cute, i realy love them and cant wait fore order some more.
And i never had any problems with delivery or not coming in time so i must say if you want some afordable summer clothes or bikinies ZAFUL is a need for you.

ALL of the clothing I ordered is SEE through or completely the wrong size! I spent $128 on clothes from Zaful nothing fits the sizing is not correct on the site. I did my homework me before ordering and checked Zaful's sizing charts and then order an extra size up just incase the clothing is TERRIBLE QUALITY and the sizing is not correct! To top it all off I can't return ANY of it. SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL!

AWFUL, STAY AWAY

What a joke! I can't believe they think it's okay to post pictures of models wearing beautiful clothing and when it comes, the quality is complete crap. The sewing is clumsily put together, the quality of the material is cheap and awful, and the sizing is completely off! I ordered two cardigans from them, and both I am very unhappy with. One of them was torn the moment I took them out of the bag. The other one was so different from what was pictured on the website that there was no way I could keep it. It looked like a third grader made it and I would be embarrassed to go out in it (take a look at the pictures I uploaded). I have emailed them pictures like they have asked and they make it so difficult for you to return anything it's ridiculous.

**Also, they'll tell you to open a "ticket" on their website and refuse to talk to you via email. I have tried writing them messages on their website, but after I hit "submit", a pop-up comes up and tells me "The question has been deleted". The same pop up comes up every single time I write a message! I can't even send them a message on their site! It's a scam that they even try to tell you to talk to them via their website. I'm escalating this to claims on PayPal, I have had enough.

Sweater was torn the moment it was out of the bag. I will also add that it looked different than what was pictured on the model.

The length of the sweater worn by the model on the site goes down to her thighs. Pictured here, the sweater barely sits on my waist. You can compare this picture with the next picture of the model.
Extremely thin, wrinkled, and small compared to what is pictured on the model (previous picture).

I ordered a couple of items on discount for about 100$ total.

They all arrived (one of them was late, but still), but the quality is just TERRIBLE.
The items didn't have any labels, not even the ones that say what materials they are made of or how to wash them - which to me is the sign that they were copies of the originals shown in the pictures on the webpage.

One sweater was literally not holding together. One jacket had parts missing: one pocket has half of the "clip button" system, the other pockets is totally without.

In general they used the CHEAPEST materials, cheaper than any other fast fashion brand I have encountered before.

Also the customer service/return policy is some kind of joke (which I should have realised earlier) and it's not even worth a try, as I would probably have to spend money to try to solve anything.

I guess it's my fault in the end, but I had heard good things about Zaful and really wanted to give it a try.

Obviously I'm not going to order again or suggest it to anyone.

If I could give no stars I would. Poor quality and terrible UX on the site, so complicated and filled with bugs that I am unable to return anything as the site redirects every time I try. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND.

I placed an order on February 4th. Although I expected the items to be a little slow in coming due to previous reviews, I had absolutely no updates on my items until I decided to open a ticket.

Only after opening a ticket was I informed that my items were not in stock, and I needed to wait. My order was not shipped until 20 DAYS after I placed it. Even then, only part of the order was shipped, and I decided to cancel the remaining item so I wouldn't have to wait for it. Now, it has been four weeks since I placed my order and I STILL have not received my items, and could potentially still be waiting another 3-4 weeks.

Don't order from here. I wanted my items to come in for an occasion, and at this rate they won't be here in time, even though I ordered them MORE THAN A MONTH AGO. It's ridiculous and not worth the time.

I LOVE ZAFUL

I took various things from the Zaful site and I am fully satisfied with everything!
I first took two siren brush packs. The bristles are very soft, they look like feathers to the touch! I love the way in which the products are spread thanks to the brushes! As soon as I washed them they did not lose even a hair! This thing is very rare for the brushes and I'm happy that those of zaful have not lost a hair and their softness remains intact! For the clothes I got a sweater and a sweatshirt.
I always use the sweater, I wash it a lot and it has never been ruined, it has been enlarged or otherwise. Is my favorite sweater of the moment, I chose pink because it is the most popular color of the last time! The sweatshirt instead is gray with pink flowers in relief, very sweet and soft, the fabrics of their clothes are comparable to those of the brands of high brand. The prices are also very advantageous and affordable for everyone. Plus there are always discounts on their site! I invite you to take a look at it.
