I ordered 2 swimsuits for a vacation a month ago. Its a few days before my vacation, but i havent received it yet. They sent me a shipping confirmation with tracking and when i clicked, it didsnt show anything - 0 items. And this was just a few days back. I think i have been scammed so i emailed them. They just said we have logged a ticket and will contact you soon. SCAMMING COMPANY... beware!

I ordered 4 swim suits and all of them fit well! In addition, they came pretty fast for a great price! I would deformed reccomend this site for everyone! Also the reviews on each product help so much!
I ordered a bathing suit in January. Near the end of January I hadn't received the item so I used the chat feature to check on it. THe associate said that it was back ordered and asked if Id like to wait for it to ship out Feb 20th, or order another item. I decided to wait, as I wasn't in a huge rush for the suit. All of February and half of March passes, with me periodically checking with the staff via chat where my item was, as the tracking number does not work. It has showed the same thing the entire time with no progress at all. I was told on 2 occasions to wait 15-25 business days, and after that there will be a solution. I waited until March 20-- 25 days and created a support ticket. All they did was say that it was on the way and to continue to wait. I responded that i had waited the 25 days and required a solution, as waiting wasn't one. Again, they replied that shipping may be slow due to "extreme weather, festivals and holidays, or back logs in the package shipping/processing". I protested again as id ordered a few items from AliExpress, where most of the items come out of China. I received all of those items in 2 weeks or less! I recommend that website over Zaful--who is a scam.
So they responded that they will give me a refund of $5 if I continue to wait-- I say ok. Then I get an email saying that I now have to wait until April 20 for a solution! Do i think the bathing suit is coming? No. Do I think they scammed me and stole my money? Yes.
I will continue to complain thru their support ticket platform, then I will involve my bank. Ladies, there are a million different REPUTABLE sites where the items are shipped as they should be and the shipping time is reasonable. I understand that shipping from overseas takes some time. However, it does not take 3 months...
Don't but anything on that site. Its a complete gamble if you'll receive the items or not, and the staff doesn't care at all and does nothing to offer solutions to their terrible service. 0 stars---- buyer beware!

Starting out this review, I am one of those people who do not usually go out of my way to review websites, but my experience with Zaful was too good not to share! I have heard buzz from my friends about his website, decided my wardrobe could use some spicing up, and I wasn't disappointed. Went on there, I fell INLOVE! Lots of cute accessories, bathing suits, shirts, are on there at reasonable pricing. Everything I've received have been very trendy and just great quality. Everything is just like the picture, I really couldn't ask for anymore. Great prices, trendy pieces, sign me up! Plus, almost always get a coupon to save even more money! Plus, there customer service always is very timely (within 24 hours) and very eager to help.
Horrible experience! I purchased a few items in January including a swimsuit I was going to bring on vacation with me in March. Half my items shipped out (horrible quality BTW) and the Suit never shipped. Now it's April 6 and I have still NOT received the rest of my order. Says it shipped on 3/17 but of course the tracking number does not work. Sticking with Amazon from now on, at least they don't remove their negative reviews and ship when they say they are

I ordered 3 bathing suits in january. They only shipped out two of the three and partially refunded me for the third because it was "out of stock". I waited over two months for my bathing suits to arrive. The tracking number they gave me never worked. So I continued to message them asking the status of my order and they just kept telling me they're almost here. The bathing suits never even came, and I was only refunded for the cost of the bathing suits, not the shipping feeds. So I paid for bathing suits I never even saw. Would not recommend this company!

The quality and prices looked good on the website so I gave it a try. Based on reading customer reviews and their recommended sizing, I ordered what would be the best fit for me, a medium (I'm 5' 8", 34 C, 155 lb and athletic build).
The website advertised quick shipping with my products (two bikinis and a baseball style hat). It took TWO WEEKS for my products to arrive at my doorstep. The quality/material of the bikinis were not impressive. I tried on the first one- bottoms fit like an XS and the top had such small coverage it would have been appropriate for an A cup. On top of that, the top did not reach to the bottom of my boobs, and would not stay down. HORRIBLE! I tried the second bikini on - bottoms of the second one fit decently, and the top had minimal to no coverage (again, appropriate for an A cup). The hat was so stiff I was not able to bend it/adjust it to fit my head! The sizing of however they made the hat was so off! Absolutely horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time or money.

Have bought two small items 4 months ago. 1 item eventually showed up after 2 months and the other never arrived.
No comments, no news from Zaful regarding the missing item, just as it never happened. After 4 months decided to chase them and got an email from a 3rd party saying that my order was back ordered and that the amount was refund to Zaful. The reply in the helpline seems like a BS to me.

I was a bit skeptical about ordering from zaful only because I am not of fan of ordering swimsuits online because of sizing problems but it honestly was the greatest thing i have done! Zaful has AMAZING swimsuits i can not be happier with my purchase it all fit so perfect and the material was so nice and felt and looked expensive. I haven't gotten so many compliments on my swimwear and have gotten all of my friends hooked on the site now! It is so affordable and unique i can't believe I never knew about it before! Will definitely be shopping there so much more!
I read reviews on all the bathing suits I purchased ($75 worth) and once I paid they emailed me and said it would be 3-5 days to process my order then they would email me a shipping confirmation. 9 days later I HAD TO CONTACT THEM, and they said they needed a confirmation shipping address. After I replied and sent back that, their response, now 15 days after initial order, was that every single thing I ordered was on back order and they had no idea when the bathing suits would arrive. I asked for a customer service number to complain multiple times but no response. Still waiting to get my money back like I asked. Worst website ever, do not trust.

Zaful is a great business. I wish it was domestic for the US so we could get our orders sooner, so it's smart to plan out when you need your order and when you order.
I ordered lots of bikinis from Zaful, the shipping took some time however when I got them I was extremely impressed with the quality of the bikinis, they are truly amazing! I recommend ordering a size up and reading the reviews for each item before you buy. Their customer service is also great!
NEVER EVER purchase anything from their website, quality is the worst, customer service is a total disaster, they will never answer on your emails, calls, reviews! They send you really crapy items, that they apparently photoshop for their website and it doesn't match with what you get!

I have emailed them a number of times demanding something to be done but they are no help whatsoever. NEVER ordering from them again!
