I have used Zaful in the past and had amazing correspondence with the staff, I have even applaud their service even great quality of stock. Though this time have run into miscommunication with staff and delays. I understand there is factors of reasons why items can be delayed with transit though, when I have tried to search and track my item I purchased back on the 22nd of March, 2017 I can not see that it has left the warehouse. The tracking sites do not work and my tracking number is invalid. I have logged into my account and seen if there was an update or tacking message and nothing. Staff have not helped resolve the issue with supplying me with a correct tracking site or number either but I have been told it will take 10 to 25 days to get to me, it has already been 16 days with no update on where in the world it is. May someone please help or let me know if this has happened to you? As a loyal customer I would love to have this resolved.

I enjoy shopping on zaful because of the various styles and trendiest outfits. Its honestly a fun place to get inspiration for the most upcoming trends and they have great customer service as well. I recently bought bikinis for the upcoming warmer seasons, and I was so happy about my purchase. My purchases came true to size and when I had a question about the status of my recent purchase, customer service responded so quickly. My order came within 3 weeks of my purchase, and right in time for spring break! Ive already recommended the website to a few friends and family members, and Ive gotten them hooked!

I ordered off of this site after all of my friends said they heard it was a scam. I ordered 2 swim suits to test the water first. I received them in a week and Zaful was able to answer all of my questions about shipping until i recieved my suits. Both of the suits arrived exactly how they looked on the site. Great material but be careful in sizing as always with online shopping. I just ordered a much larger 2nd order yesterday and i'm so excited to recieve them

On 3/15/17 I had ordered two items from Zaful. They were the Elastic Bra Bondage Harness Body Jewelry and Fake Pearl Sandbeach Body Chain. They arrived way faster than I was expecting and I love them! They were purchased for a romper that I intend on wearing in Mexico this May. Both of the items look amazing with the outfit. I would definitely buy from Zaful again.

I ordered two bikinis and a swimsuit a month ago and still haven't received anything. According to their tracking website, a part of my order has been dispatched to Stockholm Arlanda over 2 weeks ago and then there's no information. I have contacted customer service but they are not helping out at all. Stay away from this website, it's an absolute fraud!

At first I was a little skeptical ordering from Zaful. I wanted some new bikinis for spring break and everything on their site was so cute and so cheap, I had to give it a shot. I usually fall somewhere between a small and a medium, so I ordered a medium because I was worried the bottoms would be too small. Although the shipping took several weeks and the tracking info was not updated often, I did eventually receive all of my clothes. And they looked exactly as they did on the website! Not only that, but they were excellent quality and they fit really well! One thing that I didn't like was that my order was not shipped all at once. Two of my items had still not shipped after two weeks, and spring break was coming up so I was worried I would not get my order in time. I contacted customer service and they were able to exchange my items for two different items that were in stock, and got them shipped out within the week! The customer service was SO nice, SO professional, and SO fast. I was blown away by how helpful and kind they were. I'm already planning on ordering again! I absolutely LOVE this site!
