Zaful has an amazing customer service! Whether it's by email or on their official Instagram, I've always got my questions answered. The people whom answered me before were kind and truly helpful, and I didn't have to wait long for an answer the employees there surely love their job and have it at heart. You don't see that much nowadays. I absolutely recommend <3
On the app, you can enter these giveaways, in which they clearly state in the description "We will select 3 winners and send them their favorite outfit". I was actually a selected winner, but instead of sending me an outfit, they sent a 10$ gift card, which cannot be used AT ALL. When you go to check out, it will only allow you to select one payment method (AKA either the gift card or your credit card), not both. This behavior is really sketchy on their part. I will say that the clothes I received were of decent quality, however, there are better shops to buy from. Would not recommend it.
I've ordered from Zaful a few times now and absolutely love it! The quality is great for such low prices. The bathing suits, from my experience are true to size. You should definitely take your measurements before selecting a size to be safe! The delivery usually takes 3-4 weeks so if you're not in a hurry to receive your items I would 100% recommend this website!
I've ordered swimwear from Zaful a number of times now, the range of products is my favourite thing about the website. Sometimes the sizing isn't perfect but you'd have that with bikini's anywhere. Quick delivery, good customer service.
Don't waste your time and hard earned money. Will never purchase from this company again. They have now blocked me on their Instagram as I was commenting on their photos warning others. Don't do it! You don't need the stress and trouble that comes with these people! Nothing but a money stealing scam.

They are giving shopping online a bad name, ordered 3 items, got 1 it's very shabby probably won't even see the other 2. How can we fight this? They have about 5 companies with all the same stuff, they all need to go down, i'm sure it's sweat shops

I was initially a little bit hesitant about ordering from zaful, after reading some reviews on a few different places, but I went ahead and ordered anyway. My order only took 12 days to arrive in Easter Canada, which really shocked me! I was expecting much longer. And the quality of the swim wear is fantastic! Exactly the same as any other swim $#*! I've ever owned, seems like strong, durable material. I will definitely be ordering from zaful again in the future!

I had such an amazing experience with Zaful. I was very skeptical from some of the poor reviews online but I decided to take my chances and make my order to decide for myself. I ordered 3 bathing suits (which is what I think this site should mainly be used for) and I love all of them! All of them are super soft material and pretty well made for what they are. Sizing wise, I didn't have an issues other than the straps being too long on one top.
Shipping took a long time (almost 2 months for one suit that was back ordered) but I honestly do not care. For the price, you can't beat it. Plan ahead and order before summer and I think you'll be surprisingly pleased!
I always buy bikinis from Zaful and they have so many choices you're guaranteed to find something you like. Just read the comments because sizing can be different sometimes. I love how great the quality is for cheap prices and shipping only takes a few weeks but they also have an option for faster shipping. I'd definitely recommend this site for bathing suits and more
These guys steal their photos from reputable clothing websites. Hardly ever send their items (i waited over 3 months). And when they do, they look nothing like the image. The sizing is off, the fabric is cheap, nasty, and smells like petrol. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY! You will end up in fights with them trying to get a refund. Terrible customer service.

Very cheap good priced stuff! Sometimes the material is a hit or miss when talking about quality but that should not be a surprise considering how cheap some items are. Shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks for me. However, one time I ordered a bathing suit and it took 5 weeks for them to finally tell me that they could no longer send me the suit due to stocking issues. A week later the same exact bathing suit was still for sale but with a higher price so that was kind of annoying. I did get my money back and some coupons too so that's good at least. Customer service is great though!
Hands down the worst online retail site I've ever ordered from. Read the reviews on online review sites about this terrible company. Product is poorly made, misrepresented in style, shipping takes for ever, no customer service, no satisfactory refund policy. Caveat Emptor in this digital age. Why do I have to give one star?!

I ordered off zaful a few times (swimsuits) and the deals are terrific! You really can't beat their prices for clothes or bathing suits. The quality is pretty good considering the price and it came faster than I expected for being overseas. Also tons of coupon offers. Would order again! I would just like to mention that the sizes run small so size up 1 size for most items.

I ordered from this website over 2 months ago without ever receiving my items. I've attempted to contact them twice with an automated response robot over fb messenger. Haven't got a refund of inquiry to help find my lost package that is apparently "stuck in customs" for a over a month and a half. I'm really disappointed with this company. Poor reputation. Don't order from them... I'd trust in their customer service if they respond back to me.
