My experience at ZAFUL has been great! The bikinis are always flattering. The tank tops I've purchased have become some of my favorite summer pieces. And the customer service is impeccable! My only complaint is that ZAFUL shorts and pants usually don't fit me because I'm so tall... but that really cants be helped LOL. Overall, ZAFUL provides high quality clothing at low prices. I definitely recommend!
I'd been eyeing some clothes for a while when a sale popped up (buy one, get one 99% off) I immediately bought what I'd wanted for a bargain. I was so pleasantly surprised. Faster shipping than I'd imagined and really great quality clothes! I love the design and fabric of both items. The clothes made me feel very cute on a date I went on too. The cut and fit of both were flattering. All round a great experience!
I am a huge fan of Zaful. I have ordered many bathing suits and they all fit so nice and are very flattering. Also different than what I can find in store and at a much better price!. Definitely recommend.
Don't order from here. The stuff is so cheap. They're paying people to leave positive reviews. The try to get me to leave a review. Well here it is. Bathing suits are so cheap the material sucks. Run while you can. Don't waste your time and money.

First of all, although I know COVID making delay in any parcels nowadays, I've got the items after 2months than when I placed an order. Not only that, but I've also got all the items way bigger than my size.(even though I measured my body size before I placed an order.) Moreover, I surprised by their EXCHANGE SYSTEM. They only allowed a refund, NO EXCHANGE AT ALL, and that refund was just $11USD for all 3 items!(about $90CAD value) I call this company the greatest FRAUD. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
After all, I HAVEN'T GOT MY REFUND YET, after a month.
I assume they spent too much money on these advertisements and gone out of money. Lol

Worst customer service ever. When you finally get ahold of an actual person they tell you to follow the online steps to refund items. Online takes you in circles. I have been emailing them for at least 2 weeks trying to get a return address so i can send my refund items back.
Bought 3 bikinis. They don't fit. Not great quality at all. Wanted to return. Can't get any service but besides through a computer robot.
Now i'm stuck with crappy merchandise ill never wear

I am glad I have found zaful from friends suggestions. It's the second year I have bought swimming suits from this site and I am happy with the quality, as well as the prices. It takes few weeks to arrive, but tracking number is always available in order to keep an eye on your order. Customer service is helpful as well and responds quite fast. Zaful offers quality clothes at a great price. I have been ordering from Zaful for a few years now and have never had a problem with an order. They offer a wide range of products and sizes and shipping times are fair. They are great at keeping up with the latest trends and you just cannot beat their prices. The quality of their products are also great.
I started ordering from Zaful since the COVID-19 pandemic began, due to not being able to go to physical clothing stores. Although people have mentioned delayed delivery, I was surprised when my orders arrived relatively early. The clothes are very affordable and really comfortable. Since customers review the clothes they get and include pictures on the website, it's easy to find nice outfits. They have a lot of different styles, so I am able to spend a lot of time scrolling through all the clothes. If you're like me and struggle with finding a good outfit that matches, Zaful offers two piece outfit sets that match very well and are really cute.
Zaful has been a holy grail website for me to find trendy and cost friendly clothing and accessories. When I first saw ads for this company, I thought, "this has to be a scam" since a lot of my findings were super cute and in my style range for such a fair price. I decided to give it a go, and one order turned into anther, and another. The first purchases I made were a teddy fur coat (which they had in many other styles and colors) and a lingerie piece (also in many MANY other styles) which are both clothing pieces that are able to show their quality at first glance/feel. Let me tell you, they were both amazing quality for the price, and looked exactly how presented on the ad. They also came in great packaging and I could not find any imperfections except for maybe a loose string which is easy to snip off with some scissors. The size chart also came in handy and worked for my body. I think it is important to recognize that everyone's body is different and it is hard to get everything to fit everyone perfectly, but Zaful did a great job at trying to keep the sizes consistent and true to the size chart. The other purchases after the first two included shirts, clothing sets, swimsuits, and jewelry. Nothing has let me down yet. The swimsuits are something to note because they're amazing quality, trendier and cheaper than the ones you'll find at Walmart or target. I am also in love with all the jewelry options, which are for the most part, under $5 which I think is a bargain. And, if you're scared of running out of options, that's not a problem. Zaful is constantly restocking on new pieces with a variety of different patterns and patterns. I will always have a place in my heart for Zaful.
Wish I could have given a 0 STAR... I have order over $100 in items since June 02 2020. And it's now July 27 2020 and I've sent several messages to ZAFUL and all they kept saying is to WAIT! How rude are they. No idea if I would ever get my items or my money back. And I can't seems to get anyone on the phone number they provided. This is a total rip off and they don't care about customer needs.

My first order was so fab and I wanted some more bikinis to suit this season. The service was fab again, and the bikinis arrived even faster this time round. This time I even got to avail of a student discount which is great to know Zaful is acknowledging their consumers! All the items were great quality.
I love Zaful! Being a broke college student like myself, Zaful is my go to as it has low prices but is still great quality. I have so many bathing suits from Zaful, some of which I've had for over a year and they still look brand new! Zaful is a great company to get clothes from. Their stuff is very cute and comfortable. Some of my now favorite wardrobe pieces are from ZAFUL, I find myself constantly wearing them. The material/quality may not be the best for some items but you get what you pay for. I recommend reading reviews and checking the size chart before ordering anything. The website is easy to navigate and they have plenty of styles and colors to choose from! I want to order from them again. Zaful is also great for basic pieces to layer with outfits! I had no problems with shipping and my order arrived on time. Try ZAFUL if you haven't yet!
This is the worst website, never will i order from them again. First off they offered expedite shipping if i order over $130 dollars or so, which i did take that offer so i can receive my package on time before a trip. The "expedite" shipping is bull$#*!, 3-5 turned into 12 days which is over the days of standard shipping 3-7. To add on top of that the quality sucks, and they have lack of customers service, plus they make you pay for your return even though it is their fault, and they wont even return your money to the card you paid with.! BULL$#*!
