I originally used taobao to purchase things but was very confused as to how and because it wouldn't allow me to add my identification & nobody would reply to my questions, it no longer allowed me to purchase anything. This was a great way for me to find things on taobao I wanted to buy and actually purchase while being able to choose the best shipping for me! I used this to purchase $200 worth of items and everything came safe in a box and inside plastic bags to make sure that nothing would get wet/dirty inside :) I'm really happy with this service and I definitely will purchase more using this again!

Very bad service, items come faulty one item came empty just the box! I worked with them for over 5 years. When they sent me item that is not as described and different from the one on the picture, i asked for a refund which they refused. I made complaint through PayPal now they blocked my account and I had money there! They are scammers. Also, they weight items differently, when I paid 70$for 2kg item including fees etc. After item arrived I weighted the parcel at home before opening and it was 1.2kg

In terms of time, I would say it is reasonable. We should be patient when buying products. In the case of fees, Yoybuy offers a variety of them dependinf on your necessity. I'm really satisfied with its service, I would thoroughly recommend it to everyone.

I have been using the YOYBUY services for five years now. I am satisfied with the quality of goods by 99%. In the service center they always assist me quickly and efficiently, clarifying my questions on particular products from the seller. Packages always come on time, packed neatly. In these five years only once a package arrived with damaged goods and only in one package there was a single product missing. The money for damaged and lost items was returned. Fresh Chinese tea is the most loved item in our family. I do recommend YOYBUY to all my friends.

I've used Yoybuy since 2013 and have been pretty much satisfied with their service. The interface is easy to use and quite straightforward. I do admit that once in while there are issues popping up but most of the time they are resolved in timely manner (the fact that I share the same timezone as Yoybuy helps).
The ordering process is easy and it usually takes a few days to a week for my items to arrive. Once they're at Yoybuy warehouse, I would have them shipped to me. I don't know whether because I use DHL but my packages are normally shipped out the next business day/next 2 business days.

For already years I buy a lot via Yoybuy, both for business and private. It is a very reliable company which processes run smoothly, quick replies/action and for a reasonable good price/fee. Also the steps to become a major customer with advantages works good.

Customer service is the best and the bigger is your shipment yo will get a lower cost in your courier.
