Pleasant enough buying experience, but one of the items arrived damaged (beyond repair)... insurance was purchased against such an occurrence, but the after-sale service just aren't interested in dealing with this. Very disappointing.

I ordered a rare water cooling system for over $500, Yoybuy shipped it to me twice but failed...
Since the pandemic, they dont have many of their shipping options anymore. Not really their fault...
