I Use them for their forwarding parcels service.
1- I buy direct from Tmall and Taobao where each shop ships it Yoybuy.
2- You get email prompts listing the weight, parcel code and date logged.
3- I check the parcel codes and sometimes the weights to those listed on my Taobao/tmall delivery orders.
4- though rare, If a parcel has not been logged within 2 days of the Taobao Delivered Notification, I send Yoybuy an email. They are very quick in responding to emails and finding wayward parcels:)
5- the greater the weight the cheaper per kg it becomes. Quick delivery times. Mine normally come between 4-7 days of sending.
Important to remember: If you pay by PayPal, it adds funds to your Yoybuy account rather than directly paying it. You just go to the parcel and pay it with these funds, almost as quick as the direct card payment.
Any over payment of weight gets refunded to your Yoybuy account and then you use it off my next parcel :)

This was my first time using any proxy service. I am from Pakistan. Since PayPal service is not available in my country, I was relieved to see that I could use other payment options on this website, because many other proxy sites do not have such payment options. I had been in constant contact with the CSR and they helped me with every question that I asked. They also helped me with writing the waybill(as per my requirement) which led to a smooth custom clearance here. Everything reached me in perfect condition. Except for two small photocards boxes with dents. The parcel was quite heavy in weight so I am surprised & delighted how everything came in perfect condition. As I constantly asked them to pay attention to minimise damage. And I am very happy for that reason. I personally think it is an easy to use website for everyone. I did read many reviews before placing orders with them, I was not quite sure but my experience was great with them. I haver placed my second order with them already. I must mention that the shipping fees is high, but I don't think there are any cheap shipping fees when it comes to proxy sites. As I searched quite alot before using this one. Hopefully, yoybuy maintains their standard and good services in future.

The package was shipped in March and returned to their warehouse in China, it's October now and there is no news about the returned package. The insurance purchased along with the shipping fee has no use so you basically risk losing all your goods and the shipping fee.

This site can very well scam you, probably they fulfill low value orders so that they get the slightly higher ones where they grab the money and don't deliver.
Unfortunately I just ordered on their nice site goods from Taobao of ~$750 and they refused to fulfill the order, sent some scammer style emails that I should pay them again via western union for "security" reasons. I am now trying to make claims with Visa to recuperate my money, hope it would eventually work.
Awful experience. Do not do business with these crooks.

I first tried to order on this site. Everything is very convenient and clear. All my products arrived at the warehouse within a week and I waited about two weeks for delivery to Russia. Everything came in accordance with the photos, the whole thing! I was very surprised that the cost of my products came out much cheaper than other offers. And I was very pleased that all the goods (from different stores) come in one package-all together. I'll order more

I ordered some items through this service and was promised that the shipping cost would be a certain price which was competitive, but when it came time to pay for the items to be forwarded the price they were charging was 3 times as much as they said making it really unreasonable to pay. When I contacted support they were no help through e-mail, sending a couple copy and pasted sentences of irrelevant info. Chat support recommended that I wait until I order more to pay for it then. The costs were twice as much as you would pay on dhgate or alibaba.

I have been using Yoybuy for so many years now and they have been really good in customer service as well as grant my requests in ordering and in packing my parcel for shipping. For instances with missing or broken items, they make ways to compensate and refund. I honestly don't know why other people are having problems with them, but so far in our years of ordering from them, they have been the best Taobao agent I had! Thank you so much Yoybuy! :)
