On Yoybuy the customer service is really the best. The storage time is for 3 months free. And the bigger is your shipment a lower cost is in your courier. So its a very good option I already use for longer time.
This service is OK if everything goes smooth, if something wrong happens with your transaction (my package didnt arrive after 1 month, and there is no tracking update since 12/8/16) they do not take you side or try to resolve the problem with shipping company, they start to lie you and do not provide any real help. They do everything (trying to find any reason) in order not to give you compensation.The level of service in a problem situation is very low. There is no buyer protection that you get for example on eBay or Amazon.

I'm quite satisfied with YOYBUY. When I wanted some items on the Chinese webshop Tmall, I could just order it with a Chinese address. When Yoybuy got the item, they offered immediately to forward it to my home address. This for a reasonable price.
What impressed me is their shipping speed (always less than 24 hours) and speed of their customer service (you get a response within an hour during business hours).

I have buy a product for small amount 5$ but they offer me a very expensive shipping method (Fedex) 48$ plus fees of service. I have asked them many times to change to cheap shipping method like China air post... but they refused I become tired of writting them email, but no result. It is better to not use their service and stay away from them

This was my first time using any proxy service. I am from Pakistan. I did read many reviews before placing orders with them, I was not quite sure but my experience was great with them. I haver placed my second order with them already. I must mention that the shipping fees is high, but I don't think there are any cheap shipping fees when it comes to proxy sites. As I searched quite alot before using this one.
