I almost didn't order from this company after reading the reviews but I had 3 pairs of shoes picked out that I really wanted and only totalled $100 so I figured I'd take the risk. First off the deals are amazing, I thought it was a scam at 1st. I figured the shipping time would be long based on other reviews but was in no rush so it didn't really matter. Well my order was shipped within a few days so I was pleasantly surprised! I received it a few days after it was shipped and everything was 100% accurate. Again I was pleasantly surprised and so happy I decided to order. I can't speak for others but my personal experience with ordering from yoox was great in every way! No complaints! And I got 3 pairs of hard to find vans for dirt cheap! LOVE IT!
I purchased a pair of boots. They didn't arrive. The company continued to write excuses, delay after delay. 2 months on & still no boots or refund.
I will be taking matters legally, they have the worst online reviews & believe they feel they can rip customers off. This retailer should be stopped.
I received used shoes And When I tried to reach customer support I hey said will send u someone to collect and then they asked for a lot of documents for no reason

I received damaged dress and they just ignored my emails where I was asking to offer the solution to the problem. The dress was bought on final sale, but it doesn't not mean that customers have to accept items that are not in wearable condition! I paid $99.00 for that garbage.
I received my goods but 149 trainers were missing never been able to get a answer from customers service since a month

Had the worst experience with Ziziana or Ziviana on 1/6/2023. I called to inform that there were issues with the site during checkout and was charged for shipping due to the issue. She was very lackluster and had the audacity to state there was no previous documentation of me calling about the issue during checkout. I explained again that I previously called, but the customer was unable to assist. Well, Ziziana double downed and basically accused me of lying then hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Firas. He apologized for Ziziana's terrible behavior and provided a favorable resolution.
Yoox, Ziziana is a horrible reflection of your business and should be terminated ASAP!

Placed an order for 2 prs of Fitflops on 28 December - received goods on Thursday 5 Jan - which was 5th working day. Received Fitflops as ordered and happy with delivery time.

I know what you are thinking - you found a good deal and you want your cheap item so much. Maybe your experience won't be the same as the others. Well, you're wrong. Yoox will deceive you. Your items will be the wrong size, DAMAGED and filthy. It's trift shop quality, despite how the images look like on their website. Stay away!
I called the customer care line for Armani Exchange and these jokes over at Yoox can't get anything right! I verified they had the correct address after calling again to make sure since the first person couldn't understand. Two weeks later I get yet another notice from UPS that the package is being returned to the sender. I called to ask why and they could not explain. I again told them the correct address and the rep hung up! I got through to another rep and received an update with the wrong address! They must not know how to punch in numbers on a keyboard. At this point I'm thinking they are either a scam or doing this on purpose!
Minor problems during my 7 years as a customer. Great choice, great opportunities, follow your favourite brand and you will be satisfied, easy return. I was in Italy December 2022 and bought nothing because it was all available on Yoox with discount.
They sent a used product and barely offered a refund when I contacted them! DO NOT order from their site.
Increase price and discount and after increase prices again what a mess! Bought a hat for $66 and had a defect gave me $3 as a compensation, now this hat $44. Too much hassle to return it plus return shipping fees.Never again!
I understand many items sold on the site are from all over the world. That being said I don't expect American speed shipping. Most importantly the clothing and prices are pretty good. Returns are easy. I don't shop on other sites as much anymore.
One time, I bought a luxury bag from YOOX, it took very long time to arrive and came even without a brand dust bag. The worst part is crystal on the bag was missing plus a 2.5 cm scratch on the leather. Guess what, they only agree to refund $5 for it. What an insult! I believe if I buy it from the official website, I will be treated as a VIP and will be replaced or repaired without a doubt.
Another time, the goods NEVER arrived and I paid $60 for the loss of exchange rate for nothing.
Lesson and learn. Definitely don't buy from them anymore.
I been a client for 14 years now...made countless purchases for myslef and my family. Quality of clothes is always super and top brands. Of course it all depend how you take care of the clothes they last long time. Occasionally, I received some items by error but not a big deal I returned them. I always leave exchanges are money yoox and buy something else I need. I never had any single issue with company. It seems like people do not get that it takes a while for clothes to arrive since they shipped from Europe. So 2-3 weeks is normal. They always come - very happy with the site and service.
My pkg have been lost in ups and I emailed YOOX about it. They don't follow up properly. They said it'll take 10 business day to have an answer, the 10 day has passed and no answer no refund, nothing. And they don't even reply my email. This is stealing.

My purchase (nike trainers) turned up as expected, a day early actually, in perfect condition etc.
I'm buying from the UK and I think the company is mostly based in Italy so delivery took a few days but I was happy.
I haven't needed to return anything or contact customer services since my order was correct.
1. Yoox doesn't refund sales tax that was applied to the original purchase which is not only against the law but also against their own return policy.
2. Express shipping (3-5 business days) took much longer to receive.
3. All return shipping labels provided by Yoox had misprinted bar code.
Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
Answer: I placed an order with YOOX on March 6,2025 (Order #0603Y8D9E25129) for €1252, delivered via UPS locker. The locker code did not work, so I couldn’t collect my package. UPS investigated and confirmed the parcel was lost on April 9, but YOOX repeatedly denied receiving the investigation result and refused to refund me. Despite multiple requests and UPS confirmations sent to YOOX, customer service ignores my refund requests. It’s now May 28, and I still have no money back. This is unacceptable poor service and lack of accountability. Beware if you order from YOOX — they may fail to refund lost parcels and give conflicting information.
