Boots that I have ordered were too big so I tried to make a return/exchange ever since than. It passed three months already and they keep saying exact same thing. "Please wait, department is working on your case". Nothing is happening, and nothing will happen. Not answering on emails, given phone numbers are incorrect etc.
I have never ever had problems with online shopping. At least till I met with Yoox. Disaster!
Items are misrepresented and advertised, incorrectly. Merchandise is sent in crushed and torn boxes, placed haphazardly in shipping crates without any padding and unsecured. I purchased final sale boots in which the sizing was not advertised correctly or accurately, sent in a crushed and cut up box, and placed, unsecured, in a large shipping crate which caused the boots to fall out of their box and arrive strewn about in the shipping crate. When I addressed this with customer service I was told it wasn't their problem and they were not taking responsibility, that according to their "investigation" the item was as pictured and described, which was absolutely false. Made no mention of the condition of the box or how the item was shipped, for which I provided pictures. What an awful company and shopping experience. Waste of money.
I ordered a pair of AGL boots that were $284 - last pair in size 6 - before they arrived I noted that they were reduced to $206. Customer service said to order another pair and send back the ones when I get them to get the reduced price. I said I bought the last size 6. They said there was nothing they can do about it. YOOX is a $533 million company and they can't honor a price reduction that would give me $78.00! What the …..

I recently ordered a pair of booties from a company called strategia. Beautiful suede boots waited over a month to receive them and instead. Got a box with dirty filthy sized 12 sneakers. That's someone exchange for my new boots. I called customer service various times to let them know what happened sent pictures. I have been shopping for Uber 6 years. Spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on products with youks, clothing and shoes. And what do I get from customers service? I get an email back stating that they are returning my dirty sneakers to me. These are not my sneakers. They were somebody who worked in the warehouse in New Jersey that took and stole my boots and replaced them with their filthy sized 12 sneakers. I have never been so shocked and disappointed. Then to add fuel to the fire. They decide to ship me back the disgusting sneakers and won't take responsibility for anything regardless of my history and my purchase history. And the integrity of my purchases. They refused to give me back my money. I filed with PayPal I will never, ever shop with them again. Think twice before you do and by the way there was no quality tag. Check in the shoe box. The shoe box which was actually a different spit brand of shoes. With filthy sneakers that somebody was wearing when they were packing up. My boots disgusting customer service with no results. At least a phone call. Nothing just an email stating that they decided. It was not their error or problem. And they are returning these filthy sneakers to make. That was their solution. I do not recommend shopping with them. Think twice before you do

I ordered 2 bags from this site which I received broken and they wouldn't refund it because it was a final sale. I also received shoes which said "soft leather" but I received very harsh shoes that I couldn't put on. There were false information on the site. Everyone who buys on this site, be careful because they lie and give you terrible products.
They don't honor birthday promo codes after 7 days and this doesn't say in their policy. Very rude and sneaky.
The website is total misrepresentation of what they have. I bought " lether" purses on sale. They are nothing but cheap nylon and some sort of rubber with only handles to be of leather. I did not know that I could not return the items or even get store credit. I paid $100 for them, but really they should be $25 or less. Exceptionally cheap and ugly. Dont fall for their sale prices. They are for reason. Very disappointing.

Its already 2 weeks no refund, customer service answered "Your request has been forwarded to the relevant department, who will contact you as soon as possible" and this as soon as possible never happened. Avoid this nightmare if you value your time and nerves.

Bought a 300.00 pair of Hogan shoes, and noticed that the leather was peeling the first day! They will not do anything to make it right! No offer for a refund OR to replace with a NEW pair! There is no way I did anything to cause this as I work behind a desk all day!
Do yourself a favor and purchase from a reputable company-Yoox is not! I only wish I had read all of the reviews before my purchase!
I have bought a number of items from this store and have been very happy with my purchases. Shipping is very fast, quality of items are great! Nice designer clothing at great prices.
They send out incorrect products again and again and again, year after year after year!
I see they constantly reply that they have resolved issues whilst never addressing why the problems happen in the first place. Nor do they care to fix them.
I have returned an item (the sixth mistake by them in the past few years), they sent me shorts instead of trousers.
The item was returned to them last week (Oct 3rd) - it has tracking on it - but NO REFUND yet. They originally said three days for the refund, I rang after three days then they said four days. I rang and emailed again after four days, they then said a week. It's been a week then they said one or two days more. I rang and emailed them again after 9 days and they just keep fobbing you off with give us another few days. They're still doing NOTHING. You'll ring after a few days more and they'll say give us a few more days.
TOTAL JOKE of a company. AVIOD them. They do not care about customers. They have zero set up to check correct items are sent out or not. They have zero set up to have proper stock controls. They make it difficult to contact them, their online email system doesn't work. Their response on the phone is generic and untrustworthy. You just know when the phone goes down ZERO actually happens with their customer service.
They will reply to this saying with a generic fake answer saying it's being looked at whilst doing nothing.
I'm going to contact PayPal to get a refund from them via PayPal now.
I have ordered of Yoox for many years, so have a deep understanding and experience with them, spending thousands upon thousands in that time.
For the FIFTH time they have messed up an order with me. It's becoming so frequent it feels like a gamble every time I order with them now.
1) Years ago I ordered some Dirk Bikkembergs boots from Yoox. They arrived as severely used, the soles were worn down by hundreds of hours of use. It wasn't just a casual customer trying it on and returning it, they had about half a centimetre of wear on parts of the sole, the upper leather was deeply creased and dirty. It was shocking that such a deeply used pair of shoes would be sitting in their stock and then packaged and posted out.
2) Another item ordered was a pair of Alexander McQueen b&w trousers in mens size XL. I received the trousers but in woman's size XS. They were more than half the size expected. Really weird how they can't organise basic stock control.
3) Just over a year ago I ordered some Raf Simons red & black trousers. I received a white & black one instead. No basic checks are done in stock control, no checks are done when sending the packages out. Really shocking yet again.
4) About a year ago ordered a Raf Simons jumper with red shoulder details. Received one with bright blue shoulder details instead! The items come in clear plastic bags, they are very easy to see that the item is wrong if basic item control was in place when putting the items in the package to post.
5) Just ordered another pair of plain black Alexander McQueen trousers. Received Alexander McQueen shorts instead!
Time and time again they send the wrong items out, wrong colours, wrong sizes, wrong sex, used items, the list goes on, and year after year after year this continues.
Each time it takes about 5 days or so to arrive from Italy to me in the UK. I usually work at home the day I receive a package, So a wasted day. Then repackaging, going to the post office, waiting about 5 more days plus for them to get it back, and then from five days to several weeks before a refund is issued. Some times it takes just short of a month from beginning to end for me to get a refund.
For an online retailer with such a prominent website they have an alarming disregard for basic stock control, or basic checks to see correct items are sent out.
Their online Chat Page to contact them doesn't work either! It hasn't worked a few years ago, never worked last year, and doesn't work now. They have zero care for offering communication channels. Their email info@yoox.com is useless as well. They will just send generic replies every time, and at no point care or bother to answer specific questions.
Attempts to arrange for them to keep the same item back for me (if they still have more of the same item showing on their site) when I do a return is met with a firm No. They won't ever try to rectify situations that they caused or try to help out with any resolutions.
I've been told many times when posting back items because of wrong items being sent out that I shouldn't re-order the same item as it will likely take three weeks for them to check the stocks, so don't reorder it as I might get a mistaken item sent out again. My logic would be to take that item down from sale immediately if that's the case then to prevent other customers potentially getting the wrong item. Of course they never do and just don't care. Also why take three weeks to check as well!
For balance I have got orders correct from them as well, and when they get it right it is great as they do stock a wonderful range of out of season designer items often at great prices if you wait for their many sales.
I'd love for them to just put in the time and cost to sort out their stock controls, stock checks when posting, and communication access and response with customers. They have a DEEP DISREGARD for any of this and no concern for rectifying any of that as the issue have been there for many many years now. It's a huge shame to be honest.
It's a BIG gamble if you order from them. Be prepared to have your money tied up for a month or so if the order is wrong.
But shirts from them and one had a hole. CS wont give me a refund. No help at all. Dont waste your time on this store
Several times, after having chosen a few items and having paid for them at check out, YOOX would wait 7 or 10 days to inform me that the items were no longer available and so they had to cancel the order and refund me. Imagine holding hundreds of dollars from thousands of customer for over a week at a time without giving a product in return. Also, to prove that this company is objectively non transparent, search online for the multimillion Euro fine imposed by the Antitrust Authority to YOOX for misleading pricing and return policy.
Ordered shoes and the next day they where offered at a big discount, they advised me to return the shoes and then order them again for the discount they would offer me to discount without this hassle stay away from ordering at yoox
I Poor Customer Service or No service at all. They have no idea I status of orders no email replies from my inquiries
They have sent the wrong items, again. Their website doesn't allow emails - always says "Something went wrong." Then phone customer service sets up an email, and then you never, even years later, hear anything back. Nothing gets corrected, and you're items are "Final Sale," so you're s.o.l. As far as doing a return via the website. My money has been taken and they sent me the wrong stuff. Correct brand, wrong items... again.
Took money for 4-7 days delivery. A week later order still not left the warehouse. Called CS, they refused to cancel/ refund because the item is in 'shipping process'. Has it left with courier? No. When is it leaving? We don't know. Can literally be any time, 20 years from now. Awful awful company, don't use!
Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
Answer: I placed an order with YOOX on March 6,2025 (Order #0603Y8D9E25129) for €1252, delivered via UPS locker. The locker code did not work, so I couldn’t collect my package. UPS investigated and confirmed the parcel was lost on April 9, but YOOX repeatedly denied receiving the investigation result and refused to refund me. Despite multiple requests and UPS confirmations sent to YOOX, customer service ignores my refund requests. It’s now May 28, and I still have no money back. This is unacceptable poor service and lack of accountability. Beware if you order from YOOX — they may fail to refund lost parcels and give conflicting information.
