This is the first time that I have used your shopping store. I am very pleased with the products and would certainly recommend you to everyone.
I ordered 4 sweaters from yoins.com and paid expedited shipping so I could receive them for my save the date pictures. I purchased them October 8th, as of October 31st, still no items received. The items had to be restocked but when I purchased them, there was nothing signaling they were out of stock. Oh and if only half of your order is out of stock, don't expect them to ship your stuff separately unless you request it. Even then they will keep your expedited shipping! I paid $26 for expedited shipping on 4 sweaters. I will only receive 2 of them because I cancelled the rest of the order due to frustration. They informed me I will not be refunded the expedited shipping because they shipped it expedited on October 26th! Expedited shipping is 5-8 business days! What's to keep them from claiming everything is out of stock just to keep your entire expedited shipping fee? They say it's based on the weight of the products, well I'm only receiving half of the order, the weight was decreased and still nothing! How convenient! I wish I could give them 0 stars! I will not order from here again.

To start off. Do not believe any review you read on the Yoins official website. They review and only post ones that make them look good. I posted a very honest review of how terrible it is and it was never posted and I got a notification saying it will be posted when it has been reviewed and approved.
Lets start with the date I placed my order: April 11th.
# of business days for delivery (as advertised): 7-20
Day my order said that it had shipped: April 15th.
# of days it has been: It will be 20 days today (May 15th)
Now this would all be fine if my order didn't say it was still in CHINA! The status of my delivery has not been updated on the tracking site since April 19th. It says it has arrived in Ghanzou, China and low and behold... has not moved in 4 weeks.
The only answer I can get from Yoins customer service is that my order is in transit and not to worry. Well I placed this order for a trip I am taking on May 18th and I still have no idea where or when it will arrive.
I will absolutely never be ordering from yoins again... and I advise you do not waste your money either.

I purchased an items from YOINS on April 19th then I received a bogus tracking number first and sent an email to customer service. Then they sent me another email attached with again bogus (cannot find) tracking number for the 2nd time. The third time they sent me an email they stated that I should be receiving my items BEFORE MAY 15TH. I waited patiently, apparently it's nearly a month now and I still haven't recieved my items. Then I received the last email prior to May 15th asking to be patiently wait again for ANOTHER 20-25 days! You kidding me? JUST PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I WANT A FULL REFUND SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS AND PAID IT FULL.
