I don't know where to start. As I said before, my initial order was splitted now in 8 orders, 3 of them I cancelled them. Why? Well, the same problem, when I ordered the items, they were in stock and apparently some of the items weren't. They splitted my order without consulting at first and when finally they did, they told me in 1 of the orders previously splitted, that they didn't have 1 item, so I said OK, cancel that item, they did and they didn't send the order cuz another item wasn't in stock as well. So in an order of 3 items, 2 weren't in stock?!? A nightmare? YES, I cancelled that splitted order.
So, in the end, 1 of the orders doesn't show up in my list of orders. They sent me the tracking number in an email however there is no update in my country. 4 of the orders do appear in the list. The first one was sent on July 21st by air and there is no update so far. The other orders keep saying "Already handed over to airlines for transportation" with no more update. In my country I have checked the tracking numbers and these orders haven't arrived yet.

Order 51550072 Initially had 14 items that I already paid and now it seems there are just 11 items?. What happened to the rest of my items? I cancelled 2 items which still appear. I've contacted previously 3 times already Customer services and they say they made a mistake with some items, they offer me discounts for the next order and then more items get out of stock. Today I contacted one more time to one member of the customer services and I have a screenshot saying that out of 10 items pending, YOINS had 9 items ready for delivery and 1 item I had to wait for restock. Now when I check my order, 3 items disappeared and 6 items are out of stock and they just sent me 3 more in 2 separate orders! I want someone tells me what is happening to my order? I don't receive answers about it. I ordered everything 2 weeks ago and suddenly my order was split in 3, and then there are items out of stock? When I ordered, all of my items were in stock... Why do I order something is not in stock... It doesn't make sense at all. Everyday YOINS spend in answering, more items get out of stock cuz they are not conscious of separating the already paid items! What is this?

So I ordered a few packages at yoins, and everything went good. But then suddenly the day after, i get a mail that my order didn't go threw, and that i had to try to pay again or use paypal. So I tried to just pay normally again, and the day after I got a new mail which said EXACTLY the same. So then at last I tried to use paypal, and it finally went threw, but of course there was more problems. One of my orders had been shipped, two of them was "back order" (in a few days, one of them is actually still), and one of the product in one of the packages that i ordered was out of stock, so I had to fix that. Then I thought everything was okay, and suddenly I checked my bank account, and it stood that I had less money than I normally would, and then I new it had something to do with Yoins. So I checked my orders, and it stands that I have bought two packages that is EXACTLY the same? I am actually incredibly mad, and I want my money back for that one package. I have also sent Yoins a mail because of this, but they dont answer me. I have to say one more thing: one of my packages is still "back order" which I think is VERY unprofessional of you, because the shipping itself takes a long while, and I ordered my clothes so that I can wear them when I'm traveling this month, so I'm going to get even more mad if I dont get my packages in time. You need to work with the whole "back order" thing. EXTREAMLY bad service.
