I ordered twice and both my orders arrived in a timely manner and were exactly as advertised, size was good. I just placed my third order with them.
Wouldn't order from these again. Trying to find an address to return it but no joy, I have emailed them 4 times and had no response.

I've already received my first order and have a second one in place currently. I was super skeptical with my first order with it being over seas and I didn't get a tracking number for about a week. However, thru one single email to customer service I realized that one of my items size had been out of stock at the time of purchase. And they were holding my order until it was restocked ( I was too excited to get my order in so they let me exchange for a different color with my size in stock) and I still received my order in the 2 week time frame. Another mistake on my part was thinking since the clothes were coming from China that the measurements and sizes would not be very 'American sized' so I over compensated and ordered larger sizes than what I'd normally wear. Which was not the case when I did receive my order. The sizes are VERY true to their measurement charts. I would have exchanged, but it would have costed me more to returned the item than what I paid for them. So I gifted the ones to some friends that couldn't fit me. And called it a learning experience. With my second order I relied more in the size chart and I'm really looking forward to this order coming in! What did fit in my last order is very nice and as expected. It's a shame to see so many negative reviews on this site when if most people seen thru their own ignorance they could realize it was probably due to user error. Like it was for me in my first order. And yeah, you may see some items on other sites that are probably the original makers of that item... but you are paying for the replica on Yoins! How do you think you get such low prices? Come on people, wake up!
The customer service was courteous and accommodating to my emails and responded within 24 hrs.

Their return policy states that you can make a return within 14 day for any reason if you are not completely satisfied, good luck! Their products are shipped poorly packaged and with no invoice, no return forms, nothing. If you want to make a return you have to email their customer service, they took 8 days to get back to me, it has now been 10 days since they have been in touch and they simply DO NOT DO RETURNS! I have ordered so many items on line and I have never been interrogated they way they treat you. They want to exactly why the return, in my case it just looks cheap, loose and terrible on, so they want me to just exchange for another size, take pictures of it on me and send to them so they can judge whether or not it is the right size, are you kidding me?
Unfortunately I am now dealing with Paypal to get my money back, what a hassle,
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Oh, and if you are allowed to make a return you have to pay shipping to China, costs almost as much as the item, what a waste of time, energy and money, never again.

Firstly, when my order arrived the items were either quite different to the images provided on the website, and/or the sizings were off. For instance a size 10 playsuit being a 'large' on the label and being absolutely huge! Another size 10 ordered, this item a bikini and it being absolutely tiny!
All items are of poor quality, in material and make. I thought this website was too good to be true, and it really was!
Secondly then, on trying to contact Yoins customer service team to request a return address and a full refund for the items, I have not heard anythhjng back. I have emailed, used the online help form and tried to use the online chat (on which an advisor is either 'not available' or I get put on a wait for 25 minutes which never goes down - this service is advertised as '24 hour support'), I haven't had any luck.
In my experience so far I would strongly advise people to stay away from Yoins. The items aren't as advertised and they make it extremely hard to return items - if I was them I wouldn't want the items back either! But appalling customer service nethertheless. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
