I purchased 15items and received couple days ago. Before ordering, I measured myself 3 times compare to Yoins' size guide and hesitate for 4days and nights and end up buying them. It cost me almost $400. Shipping was okay but all 15 items are too big! As well as $#*!ty $#*! $#*! quality! 11 dresses all see-thru, there is no layer inside. It is literally see - thru. But the biggest problem is the size. I sent a compalint email and got a reply and I quote, 'sometimes Size may be 2cm/1 inch inaccuracy due to hand measure.'
Just go have a look at the size chart on their website. An inch bigeer size is actually the next size up. And it is not sometimes. All 15 items inc a clutch bag is bigger than it says on the chart.
I took a risk and learnt my lessons. They are hopeless. This is a serious warning. Do not even think about Yoins. Just delete the name from your brain and warn everyone that you know. I will do the same. All my friends and family will hear about my experience and will put posting on my sns every single day to prevent from making more 'victims'.

2 of the 3 items I ordered and received were supposedly US-4 but were more like US-0. To return an item, you have to extract the "proper" return address, which I tried to do through an online chat, as I couldn't find it on the site. The representative stalled for quite a while on providing the address, wanting to know why I needed it (which should be fairly obvious). Then he/she suggested that I sell the items that were too small and order a new size from Yoins. (I'm not in the resale business.) When I finally got him/her to provide the address, I was told that, once the items arrived, I would get a "resend." I didn't know what that meant. I said I thought I would get a refund to my credit card. After a lot of hedging from the representative, I asked if I could get a refund to my credit card of the purchase price. I was repeatedly told that a "solution" would be reached. When I pressed about the refund, I was told that it wouldn't be of the purchase price but some amount determined by a salesman. I'm tempted to try the process just to see the result (which could be anything) but don't want to be out the return shipping cost and all the things you have to do to return something (take a photo of the shipping label, send an email once you've mailed it, etc.), just to have to try to follow up with someone about the return and run into the communication issues again. So, you might get lucky with one of your purchases (I did) but will likely get stuck with any others that just don't work.

I liked everything I got, just make sure you order a size up, they use Asian sizes, so it may be too small. Like it otherwise though.
