My friend and I ordered 7 dresses memorial day weekend... we waited and heard nothing from the company after a week. We checked the order and it showed still processing for another week. That's when we tried to contact the company, couldn't find a phone number, so we chatted, emailed and even went the social media route. Finally, we here via email that ALL our dresses were out of stock... and our choices. Seriously?!? Why we were not told when purchasing they were out of stock? We were not emailed to let us know. We have wasted so much time just trying to figure things out. The marketing on shipping was it would go out with in a day or ship within a day... and that is NOT TRUE! This company has been awful to deal with... and even worse no one will help, its just the generic response for any situation. This company is just a scam from the beginning with the promise to ship quickly to now, when we can't even get our order or even anyone to help! I want to talk to someone with an US phone number!

Be aware! Terrible service. I been waiting for 3 Weeks and the status of my order was the same "Processing" so I been waiting also to start a chat for so long, after a 20 minutes wait I asked what was going out with my order and they said that my items were out of stock. (I never received an email about it) I asked what ones because I had ordered 7 and then they list a completely different items that the ones that I ordered. After asking again and giving again the number of my order I been told that also mines were out of stock that is so weird or fishy to me to believe it and if I wanted to wait for it to come back into stock (but they didn't know for sure when they will be available) or have a refund. I asked for a refund. I was told I had to wait 2-3 weeks for a refund which is ridiculous! Sadly I never read the reviews before which say they use the cheapest material and were awful quality and even the items have a holes, etc... I hope no one else has to deal with this company as I cannot believe they would behave in such way and hold funds which are not theirs! Will NEVER Be using this company again! I also talking with a Lawyer because is not possible to be full in this way.

I had ordered a dress which didn't fit me well and they offered to send me the same dress with a different size for free! Very grateful didn't expect this. Also they reply immediately to emails.
I ordered three separate orders. Quality was poor, I could not communicate with a live person, I could not return and items were not natural to the size. I will never order from them again.

Many people has complained about their leadtime but my delivery was ok. It took more or less 10 days to receive my goods. The overall quality is low. The fabric is not the problem but the finishing. I feel all the pieces I have received has some kind of defect and there is no customer service. There is no information about how to return the goods only an email address. I have purchased 4 pieces of clothes and two I asked to return/exchange. One - a long sleeve shirt - has a defect on the sleeve. The 'long' sleeve is shorter than expected. The other piece is a blazer that came with stain. The problem is not to be dirt but it not be removed after the wash and I thing those stains will not be. There are lots of grease marks and other that seems rust stain. I sent an email and instead of give the instruction to return it, they asked me to send pictures. I have the pictures but I will not send to them, instead I will share it on site reviews and alert people about this company. This is not how I do business and nobody should accept this treatment. I've read the reviews and everybody is saying they do everything to make you give up to return things. I don't have time for this. Yoins, you lost at least a customer. Period. No need to contact me.

Stay away. They are scam artist in China. The clothes I ordered never made it to me. They claim that customs denied the items. GTFOH, They are an international company why would customs deny sending ME my paid for items. BS, I demanded a refund immediately. Also, had I not checked up on "where's my delivery" these bastards would have never told me that the package was denied in customs. Liars, they tried to keep my money without delivering the clothes I ordered. I waited over a month to just track the freaking order. Smh, go with Amazon. Beware of overseas merchants!
