Excellent customer service, emails are answered within the hour, clothes are great and sizes are perfect. Couldn't fault a thing, delivery took exactly 7 days to the UK. Extremely happy.
I ordered a playsuit on the 2nd June, I was tracking my item and on the 7th June it was in the Netherlands and I was told it would be delivered within 10 days. We are now nearly into July and I have still not yet received my item, chances are I will never receive this item and after contacting customer service I have been refused a refund and told to continue to wait for my item. DO NOT use this site, they have taken my money without providing me with anything in return. This website is just a money making scam.

I tried to return an order of junky clothing. I put in the order number in my account to fill out the return application and it only says there is NO DATA. I emailed customer service and only get a response over and over that says AUTOBOT. I called the number on the website and it said the number was NOT IN SERVICE. I would give them zero stars if I could.
However, Yoins have accepted they made a mistake and are sending me the correct size as ordered. FREE... AND a discount for further orders of 5%.

The orderinformation is a bit confusing, but every time I had a question I just write to Them on Instagram and they respons comes within 24 hours.
The dresses I recieved were both beautiful and fit perfectly. Now im waiting for my shoes and lingeri and im very hopefull
