Size charts are incorrect, quality is garbage and you can forget about returns because the shipping to return back is twice the price you pay for the merchandise. Horrible company. Complete scam
For a start YOINS is NOT a scam site, so relax if you are convinced it is, but there are problems with delivery timescales which are intensely frustrating, to say the very least! My order of Oct 28th did not make it for Christmas as hoped for and the excuses from YOINS agents were wearing thin. Eventually they conceded it may have been lost and I opted for a re-order of the same item at no cost to myself, YOINS did offer a full refund but I really wanted the item more than the money. Typically the original order turned up at last, at the beginning of the New Year, and I was delighted with it, exactly all I imagined it to be, but the replacement order had been dispatched the same day. It is a credit to YOINS that I offered to return that second order back to them when it arrived but they said to keep it as compensation for the problems I had with the first one. You really must admire that kind of customer service, so just be patient folks!

I have paid for an expetided shipping service and my order arrived 25 days later. This unbelievable! The product was ok and good qualitied but i wanted it for a special occassion and your company was late! Properly you own me 13 euros for the expetited spipping service i have paid but i dont think it is easy to take a refund! You easily received the payment from my account (in only several minutes) but it took so long to answer to my emails and send finally my dress. Your website is good also your products but the service soooo bad!

I ordered from them a few weeks ago and (as im naturally impatient) i check my tracking daily. It has bee sitting in one spot for days and days and when i contacted them they blamed it on DHL not updating their system... well i went to DHL and they said they havent yet received anything and waiting for YOINS to give them my order. When i went to ask YOINS about it, they LIED and said it was already almost in canada.

I placed and paid for order on 26th sept. 2017, after then waiting and hearing nothing I was informed said item was out of stock and would be sent by 16th oct. I waited, and on 17th wrote asking if item had been sent, I was informed it would possibly be sent 26th... one month later! On 20th I asked for refund, 23rd I got a tracking number saying it had been sent on 22nd! So I am waiting to see what happens... and if this item arrives, or is simply a lie! Disgusting shoddy service!
Never buy from them. I bought few products and some of them was defected and I sent it back. They said they will make refund of my money. But I never sow my money again. THEY DIDN'T BACK MY MONEY + I had to pay delievery to send back defected products. They cheat me badly.

Good customer service didn't have my order in stock so was helpful enough to change it for another item can't wait to receive my delievery thank you for all your help.
I ordered a playsuit from their online site OVER A MONTH AGO. I have still not received my item.

I ordered £70 odd worth of clothing from this site for my holiday. I was due to go on the Thursday, and unfortunately the delivery arrived whilst I was away, which was okay. I got home from holiday, and the package had not been tampered with at all- I opened and there was NO delivery note, and the most 2 expensive items (both around £18 each) were missing and the white lace dress which was the 3rd most expensive (£11) was delivered to me broken- the zip was completely bust! The quality of the other items was extremely poor, something you would expect out of a crap market for £1. The sizes of the 2 items I got was extremely big, when they should have been XS- they were more like a size 12/14! I have requested my money back via Paypal for the 2 missing and 1 damaged items and when I spoke to the online agent- they said they cannot help me right now because there agent is on holiday! The staff are rude and don't really care for your concerns and cut you off. Please please please don't order from here- worst experience ever. Go to Boohoo or Misguided were you will actually get decent products.

My order No ******* was placed on 30 Jan 2018, my money was taken from my account very quick - less than 1 day. The status of my order was in processing for about 1 month, when I saw that one of the products ordered was not in stock anymore. It showed that it will be available in 5 days. A week later the days expecting stock increased to 9. In 1 week the days became even 11. I have sent an email to Yoin asking to replace with another product with same price that was in stock, just to get my "expedited shipment"! No answer. To date... Suddenly I logged in to check my order and saw the status was changed to "cancelled" with no notification received so far... Everybody says use chat, service is better via chat. Not emails. My country is on the other side of the earth, should I wake up in the middle of the night to get in touch with Yoins? Why there is email address if not useful at all? So in summary: Yoin kept my money for 2 months and 20 days for expedited order that has been cancelled with no explanation... My conclusion: No trust on Yoin AT ALL! And I will for sure not recommend my friends to use their discussing service... Sorry, this is not a way to win and keep clients or to make business, even if it is not expensive one!
