I only received part of my shipment and 2 months later waiting for rest of items. I told them I wanted a refund and they stated they will only give me half back from the items I have NOT even received! I tried to exchange 2 items from the one order I received and the return method--website is ALWAYS down!

Placed an order over two weeks ago, paid for expedited shipping and it still has not shipped. Now my items are showing either sold out or they are backordered. I am very happy with my item and the great service from YOINS. It took a bit long to arrive but it was within the expected delivery time-frame. Near the end of the waiting period, I got a bit concerned so I emailed YOINS as the tracking site seemed to not have updated where my item was. The person from YOINS ensured me that my item will arrive within the time frame and if not, that I will get a refund. I contacted the local Post Office and they seemed to have had my item on their system but could not find it at the premises. They phoned me two days later saying my parcel was there so I went to fetch it and I am very happy with the quality of the item and appreciate the service from YOINS. I will definitely be buying from YOINS again!

I bought 2 sets and one was the correct size but material wasn't what I expected, the other one was beautiful but they sent me a large instead of 5x which is quite a big difference, they tried to give me $17 and me to keep my items but why would I want only $17 when I spent over $70, Don't buy their products

I loved the product alot though i had to wait for it a bit. It really has a good quality fabric and a nice snow like white colour. It fits me as i expected it to. The customer care service is really cooperative and fast. I didnt have to wait alot for the replies.

Deliverytime wasn't what was promised because all the products I wanted weren't available at the moment. In the spirit of a good customer service, however, I was given the opportunity to substitute replacement products. That is good customer service I think!
To be honest if there was a 0 option it would be a 0!
I waited over a month for these clothes and spent £70! The clothes came and to top it off the material of every single item was $#*!! It probably cost 10p each to make if that. The lining on one item wasn't even finished.
The swimming costume was not even swimming costume material and the LARGE was in fact a U. K. SIZE 4!

I had read the reviews for YOINS before ordering my items. I had decided it was 50/50 that I'd receive my package. When I placed my order it stated 7-21 working days before I'd receive my package. 10 days later the status of my package was still at processing. I contacted YOINS using web chat. They responded really quickly and explained an item I had ordered was out of stock so I could wait until it was back in stock (which was estimated at 7 days) or order something else for the same price and they'd ship that day. I decided to wait (in all honesty I had expected this from reading the reviews). Sure enough 3 days later my item was in stock and I received my package 3 days later. The items are lovely! I was concerned about quality due to the price being so cheap, but they are better than expected! In my opinion it's worth the risk, you just need to be prepared to wait (which I don't think is unreasonable considering the prices!).
I gave a 4/5 stars only because I would've liked YOINS to contact me first. I'm definitely ordering again!
