Absolute crap. Poor quality, nothing like the picture at all. Sizing is out too! Now I need to return the 2 items, if it's not too pricey? Might be stuck with them? Would never use them again.
Received my item and it was defective. I contacted customer service and they worked with me to get a quick refund. Thank you for your service, will definitely buy again.

I ordered something from Yoins which failed to arrive before Christmas thought it was delayed in Xmas post but still not arrived in January I contacted them by email and was most impressed with how prompt they were with there reply they also gave me a refund I will definitely shop there in the future.
I recieved a item wich was not what I aspected of it and looked different then the photo. When I contacted the costumer service about it I got very good help. They first wanted to know a couple of thinks but they replied very quick so I got a solution in just a couple of days. I don't have to return the item and I get my money back. I'm sure ordering here again some time!
So my first order was one of their bikinis, it didn't take long coming to my front door, about a week it took and I live in the U. K. So VERY impressed!
Cuality of the bikini was far much better than expected as the prices are very low your expecting it to come nothing like what it looks like in the photo, I was so wrong. So thumbs up for that.
Customer service isn't bad they have managed to answer all my questions within the 24hr period they say they would.
BEST ADVICE I COULD GIVE,
They don't do refund, as I've brought the wrong size with one of my orders and I can't cancel it 2days after purchasing it. Also My last item I brought which was the bikini didn't come with any invoice inside the parcel.
SO when your ordering, be 110% sure you've got the right size before you press that buy button =D
Over all I do feel comfortable buying from them in the future!
