I ordered items at the start of January. Still haven't arrived. If I had read the reviews I wouldn't have ordered from them. My emails arnt being read or replied to. There quick enough to take your money but not send out the goods. Very disappointed. £80 defintatly not well spent. Angry dosnt even cut it.
I was very happy with the customer service they wer very helpful and kind and got back to me very quick, took about two weeks to get my dress and I live in Ireland so I found that very good, very good price range and dress fit perfectly with good material
I ordered a playsuit and two dresses from this site. The long dress was perfect, but the short dress was a little on the large side and the playsuit a bit too short for me (I'm 5ft8 and bought a 10 in all items) I was really happy with the quality of all items but the playsuit is white and I was worried it might be a bit see through, so I emailed yoins to ask about returning the two items and exchanging the dress for a smaller size and the playsuit for a darker colour and bigger size. Their response was quick and for being a new customer they've sent me the two new items at no extra cost and told me I do not have to worry about returning the old ones. Great, hassle-free customer service and good quality clothes especially for the price. Will definitely shop again!
When initially placing my order, I had great support from the Yoins team and this continued through the entire process till item was delivered.
I was very concerned at first as to whether my item would be delivered in time due to past reviews and complaints seen on some sites.
I chose expedited shipping to Cape Town, ZA as I needed this item for an event end January. My order was placed 11 January. Payment and order was processed the day after and got confirmation of shipping on the 18th of January. My item was due for delivery the 23rd and had arrived on the 23rd as expected.
The item was also as expected. Exactly as shown on the site and I might be lucky - but the size was perfect.
All-in-all, I am very pleased with Yoins and will be ordering from them again soon in all hopes that I will get the same service as before.

The clothes arrived in good time, and I like the styles available and the price point. However, upon receiving the items, I found the sizes to be extremely small. I usually wear a size XL, but ordered 2XL in all items to ensure they would fit. For 3 of the items I ordered, I would need at least 4XL for them to fit properly, and as a result I cannot wear these items. I don't mind what size I order, but I think the website should have better tools or services to assist with sizing before purchase. Or maybe there is a mistake, as the items are very, very small?

I spoke to a member of staff online through live chat who was very helpful and efficient in cancelling the part of my order that I didn't need, I've just received the refund a lot sooner than I expected as I was told it could take 2-3 weeks to show in my account, very happy, can't wait to receive my other items!
I placed an order for £50 worth of items in August as I was going on a winter holiday in October, I was assured this was plenty of time for the items to be delivered. Despite several attempts to contact them the order hadnt arrived by late September so I contact them, I was advised that they thought the items had been lost could I check with post office etc this was done and no order. I was then advised that I could have a refund or the items would be resent, as my holiday was approaching and I realised they wouldnt arrive I asked for a refund.
Upon returning from holiday the packages had been sent and held at the post office, I returned these to a cost of £15.
Its now December and I still havent had a refund and get an offer of £28.

I am so mad because I am waiting for my order to much long, on the webside it said that I will wait from 3-7 days and I still don't have a clue where are the things that I ordered. They just changed the date for shipping from 3th to 6th April. I have never waited for this long. I don't want the products now because this doesn't have sense. I ordered items on the 12th of Feb and some still haven't arrived now it's the 20th of May. I just keep getting told their re stocking and it will be shipped in two days. Two days turns into weeks. They split my order and the items that did arrive were wrong sizes or faulty. I was sent a swim suit two sizes bigger than the description and sown faulty at the front so the suit tangled and couldn't be worn properly. I was sent a dress 3 sizes bigger than the one I ordered and sown wrong at the front leaving you completely exposed. Lastly a 'jacket' payed £15 for, turned up with two holes down the seem where it just hadn't been sown together, the material was translucent and terrible quality.
I have had no communication from yoins about why my order was backed so many times, and have had to go to painful efforts to get them to communicate with me at all. I'm still waiting for half my order and they've stopped replying to my emails!

Everything i bout was too big for me even though i had ordered the smallest size and i am not that small myself. I am a uk size 8 and they all were too big. The quality of the items is disappointing and they all arrived with this wierd smell of chemicals to them which was very off putting. Defenitely not worth the price and will never purchase from them ever again. A total Waste of money and you have to pay for the shipping if you return them. They are smart they know their products, thats why they give you hassle for returning them back. Boo yonis

I made an order to the website back in April 2015 and had trouble with access to my mailbox. Needless to say I never received my order. Fast forward to August 2015, I realized that I never did get my order, so I called YOINS and explained; they were so customer oriented. They gave me the option of a refund or re-ship, I opted for a re-ship if my size was still available. They kept in contact with me via email to ensure I received my order and it I did. We ordered 5 items. Of the 5,3 were extremely small, 1 was made with material so thin that it could not be worn in public (bathing suit) and one was small but acceptable. I requested a return authorization for the items that were not usable and was promptly denied. This is a poor business practice for an online company to condone. Never again will I try to buy anything from this company! Way to make a huge inconvenience in my short schedule. I was suppose to receive everything before Oct 12th, but because of a back order I wouldnt get it till around 0ct 20th. Terrible customer service!
I received a defective product, without symmetry and wrong stitches. I had to pay my shipment to return the product, and when I asked for my refund they mentioned that I was going to be a partial payment. I ordered the product for my Birthday with a month on anticipation and the product didnt arrived on time. I have tried different online clothing store but Yoins was my worst buying experience.

I have ordered 5 dresses 3 of them were out of stock so I don't know why they took money from my account without having the clothes, they didn't even emailed to say it was out of stock until I emailed them asking for the dresses after one month! They have now refound the money, but instead of giving me the money for the dresses the didn't send they divided the final price for 5 ( because I bought 5 dresses) and multiplied the price by 3 ( because of the 3 dresses out of stock) at the end they gave me less them what they should! I don't know why they didn't just give my money back for the stuff they didn't have! It makes no sense! After a month and one week they finally sended the dresses they had in stock which they could of sended a long time ago if they had in stock! I don't know about the quality but is probably $#*! like their service!

Overall I am extremely pleased with my experience from YOINS. The delivery was very speedy as I didn't have to wait very long at all for my tshirt to arrive through the post. My tshirt cost me about 65% less than it would have at asos. I will definitely use YOINS as my first choice next time I shop online.
First time i ordered about about 40 they were wrong sise, well i gues it was my fault for not reading good the instructions. An secent time around 100 and everything came in good condition and good material as well. Exept one it was poorly made i just putt it on and it brock off. Now for the third time i ordered 200 after 2 weeks of ordering still waiting for the stuff to come the delivery time takes forever to come its too slow at least for Switzerland otherwise i am happy with this website ore app ore whatever you call it.
