May order was shipped twice, I was billed not once, not twice but three times. Each payment that came out was for a different amount as well and when I contacted a customer representative they were not helpful at all and instead told me they didnt charge me three times and to deal with it through my bank. I gave hem the proof from my banking transactions and sent them my order history and still they said it wasnt their fault. They also told me I couldnt return the items and to just keep them. Anyone who is thinking of ordering from here, please dont. I wouldnt want anyone to have to deal with such horrible customer service and not to mention the clothes are very very poor quality.
Well, I ordered for a party dress and matching jewellery for an upcoming party night. I received the order on time, but unfortunately the party dress dint fit me. I had to return it as soon as possible to get the right size on time. I spoke to their customer service executive and explained the urgency and the scenario. They were really friendly and made sure I received my another dress on time before the part night. Thanks alot for your warm co-operation. The dress quality was also really good and I loved myself in it!

I have placed two orders with Yoins. The first order came very quickly and I loved the item. The second order which was done a month later, never arrived. I contacted Yoins regarding my order and they replied very quickly and was willing to resend the item with no additional charges. I ordered 10 items and unfortunately my countries lockdown started due to the coronavirus. With no problems at all, they refunded my money. I placed my second order after our lockdown and after a week, I received my items. They are beautiful, exactly like the pictures on the website. Thank you Yoins. I also used their size chart and all my items fit, so I will not be returning anything.

I bought 6 of the same dresses from this company and the dresses were so short they were unwearable and I needed to return them. Ive tried and tried to contact. Sent several emails and even tried to call their bogus number on their website. Their live chat is bogus as well. Now Im stuck with 6 dresses that I paid for that I can do nothing with. Avoid this compant at all costs, the garments they uplly are all small to size and the material is of very poor quality, the companies returns policy is buried in their T&C. We've returned poor quality items about 6 weeks ago without any refund being received, we've lost over £ 50.00 dealing with this company.

I bought two items in April this year because I had a holiday booked for May. I was absolutely appalled when I didn't have the items for my holiday. I thought I was never going to get them. I recieved them a week ago, in July when they were ordered months ago! I find this abissmal. I was given no reason as to why the items arrived so late on fast delivery. Ordered a dress from this site and apparently according to the measurements on the page I am a UK size 0-2, when in fact I am a UK 8-10 so there's the first issue. Upon arrival before I even took the dress out of the plastic packaging I could tell it looked nothing like the online images, the material was shiny and silky and despite ordering a 0-2, I tried it on and it was at least a UK size 12. The sizing is absolutely ridiculous and the quality of the clothing is awful! The images online should be replaced with actual images of the clothing - see then how many people buy the product!

I brought a red prom dress and it arrived within the time, even though it was shipped across to England. The dress fitted well although the slit on the skirt if the dress was too high, but nothing a few stitches couldn't fix
If I could choose zero stars I would chose that. I ordered my item while it was in stock and it took over a week to process it but I received an email telling me it was out of stock when I purchased my item while it was in stock so hopefully I get my refund soon but never buying from that website again :/

Good value, good range and affordable shipping (although it does take a while). I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the goods received, but sizing can be a bit tricky. I'm usually an AU/UK 8-10 and being an asian-based company I selected sizing AU/UK 10-12 as generally asian sizing is smaller, however I found the items too big! Next time I will opt for AU/UK 6-8.

I don't know where the great customer service reviews are coming from. I bought a dress, that two days later was apparently out of stock. After I had already paid for it. So I had to replace the dress with another one, which as soon as I tried it on, was a complete disappointment. The skirt area fit fine, but the breast area barely covered my nipples. The side cutout in the picture was small in comparison to two massive holes that looked as if they ran out of fabric to finish the dress.
I contacted support to get a refund, sent them a pic, and they basically told me the dress looked on me as it did the model (NOT TRUE AT ALL) and now I have to cover return shipping fee.
Seriously ridiculous company. I'm so angry, and never really want to purchase anything from them ever again.
