I was very happy with the customer service Vivian and Wenny helped me straight away with any questions I had. I contacted customer service as the clothes did not fit at first, but they were more than happy to get this sorted straight away with no hassle. They even let me keep the items that did not fit me so that it would not cost me €24,50 to sent the items back (I have made some of my friends really happy), and are going to sent me the new items. Very happy with the service! The quality of the clothes are great! Just a tip for other customers the clothes are a bit bigger than you are used to so I would recommend getting a size smaller.

Scam

I ordered some clothes for my daughter. They took payment from my card making bit £10ish short. They keep saying that have not received my payment despite me copying it into my email from my credit card company. They seem to have no intention of refunding this or even looking into it.
I would not buy from these!

Hi,
I have finally received my order after 3 weeks of waiting. I no longer need these items as they were for my holiday which I went on without these clothes. I now want a refund as they are no longer required but there is no way to get a refund on your website, why? I have emailed multiple times on your website (apparently you reply in 24 hours - you don't) I want an EASY answer to how I can return my order. You ended up sending my order in two parts - here are my order numbers, tell me how I can return these please! ******* and *******. I have read your terms and conditions and I am aware I have to return within 14 days of my clothes arriving. They arrived on the 27th June, if you don't reply to me within sufficient time this is not me breaking the terms and conditions it's you. Thanks

I ordered $125 worth of clothing a few weeks ago and have sent numerous emails looking for a shipping confirmation/tracking number or even order confirmation. I am in the United States so maybe thats why its taking so long? I dont know but I cant get anyone to email me back or answer the phone. SO FRUSTRATING!

I ordered my stuff over a month ago. 2 weeks after ordering it said I habe received my order. 6 weeks later still nothing. I contacted them and all they said was my local post office has it, which they do not.

Better than I thought

I ordered 4 outfits. They came in split order which was told about right away. They asked if I wanted a refund or reship. Didnt have any problems with first order. Emails were constantly updated and on line track was presice. I will definetley be ordering again.

Everything by Yoins is terrible, the clothes have a bad cut, you order size M for example and you got 5 differentes sizes, you don't receive the clothes at the same time, and to return them, you got to pay two return sending ( In my Case). Not to mention the customer service, terrible without professionalism and don't understand anything. They send you mails & mails to apologize but to get your refund is a Hell, so good gesture they give you a 10% on next purchase, do you know where you can put your 10%?. Nice news, they refund me a sending from 13,00 euros, but they don t pay the Paypal Fee, so i get only 11,95 euros. I Will never buy something again from this terrible compagny.

DO NOT BUY

Please save yourself the money, even though everything is very cheap and looks nice in the pictures DO NOT BUY! I ordered two rompers and a black rose tank top from this company on May 2nd and got priority mail because I spent $60, yes $60... the only way I can describe the material my rompers were made out of is very cheap see through bathing suit material, my romper is completely see through and my other one is supposed to be a nice yellow color but it's orange, pure orange. The problem with my tank top is that I got it in a size small and the top is all the way below my bra around my waist, I wish I was lying. I can not post pictures for you to see of these on myself as two are see through and one goes past my bra but I just hope this review will help someone that is on the edge of buying. Please don't watch YouTube reviews, they get paid and that's why they speak how they do. I will hopefully get a full refund on all of my items because I do not find this acceptable.

Not good for the price
January 19, 2021

I purchased six shirts from Yoins to treat myself because they look so cute. It took well over 15 days to ship and the box came all stopped open and the label folded so I couldn't tell who it was from. The tracking never updated so I had no idea when it would arrive. I opened the box to a horrible musty and mothball smell that permeated the clothing and box. I had to quickly throw away the box and get the clothing into the wash. After two washes with baking soda and vinegar, the smell is still very much present and it has made the rest of the clothing in the load smell. Not impressed! The clothing is cute and true to size but I don't like smelling like a musty basement all day. Hopefully it will come out but I'm using a lot of resources to try. I spent a lot of money and the service was not good so I won't order from them again.

Nice Boutique

I ordered from Yoins several times and i've never been disappointed! The clothes are all soo cute, and they don't look cheaply made. Since Yoins is in China the delivery takes longer than you may be used to. It takes about 4 weeks to get delivered to me. I don't mind the wait because I know buying things from China it has to go through customs & etc. All the items are placed in a plastic ziploc looking bag (I think it's a nice touch, your clothes are safe from the rain), plus the clothes don't have that "factory" smell (they smell clean), also their customer service is great. They reply back to my emails within 30min-1hour; they were really accommodating. If you're looking for a deal on cute clothes try Yoins^-^

Absolutely appalling, they have robbed me! I bought the dress based on the site measurements, it came completely off, I requested a refund and the website stated I could have 20% back! Because it was my fault
THEN I opened a case with Paypal, was told to send it back which I did, paypal closed the case and they still have my money. An Absolute JOKE! Thieves!

I love this site. It showed up was faster than expected and I loved the products more than I thought I would. The quality of clothes was great! Will buy again. The only thing is I did have to pay duty on it but still great prices and duty wasn't much!

Improperly made
May 30, 2018

I recently brought a shirt and two dresses from Yoins. First of all the dresses were extra small but they were large. The shirt was supposed to have a zipper in the middle but the zipper was stitched going in an angle toward to right. It was very noticeable. Wouldnt shop here again.

I made a very large order over a month ago. 2 weeks into thw order I had to supplement another large amount towards import tax (not mentioned on the site!)
It has been over a month and no clothes, and the customer service is slow to respond and won't look into the matter.

Not very happy

First of all, I have received the items after 2 weeks instead of 3-7 working days because one of the item I have ordered was out of stock, although on the website was saying it was.
Received my parcel and two items weren't the right size, one too large for me and one too tight. I have contacted the customer service, although she was trying to be helpful, I found that their polices for returning items are rubbish. So I would not recommend it.
When you do shopping online you would like to buy items knowing that in case it will not be right for you, you can return it without any problem/cost.
