They lie... point blank. When I placed an order in early March, I expected to receive items. On April 30th customer service sent an email stating they would refund my money. Then on May 1st they cancelled my refund because THEY did a resend, which I did not authorize. I was then told by customer service that I would get a 50% discount if I received order. I did receive resend order but they are not honoring the 50% discount. On April 30th I placed a complaint against them and still receive generic emails. The one star rating is too much! I just want to warn others so they do not go through the hassle and BANTERING between customer service. Also, I wonder if there is any supervisors, cause I have yet to be able to talk with an actual manager. I have learned my lesson.

One dress fit very well. The other one was all wrong. I started a chat with customer service and they wanted to check the measurements of the dress with me which I thought was weird. Don't you check them before they leave the manufacture? And that's when she advised me that returns weren't free. (I agree, I should have checked that before purchasing.)
I'm not going to wear that dress it looks awful.
I guess one out of two ain't bad but for a first order it was dissapointing and I'm not likely to give them another chance.

I paid for my items and months later I haven't received anything. It took 2-3 weeks before it apparently even left the country.
Customer service are hopeless. Then barely understand English so there's no hope communicating. DO NOT BUY FROM YOINS.

I can only assume a member of staff realised the shorts I'd ordered (first photo) were infact out of stock and so went to his/her personal wardrobe to find the mankiest jeans they could find and proceeded to cut half the leg off said jeans and kindly send the left over monstrosity to me!

The worst company to buy from. The dress I received looked nothing like what I ordered except maybe the color. It was crappily sewn together. You could see the panals, My daughter is a size 6 medium so that I what I ordered. It was so small you could see her entire butt. This dress was for our family beach picture. We had to scramble whenever got there! Then they say you can return but you pay for return shipping. And they say they have to have it back in 14 days of receiving. The dress cost me $17.94 + $4.00 shipping. UPS said it would cost $104.00 to send back to China and post office was way more reasonable but still more than I paid for the dress. Now I'm stuck with an awful looking wrong size dress.

I have been contacting Yoins.com about my order last Dec. 2,2015 but up to know I have not received my items. It's been almost two months but i have not received the dresses. I ordered it to use it supposedly for christmas events that I will be attending but up to now no news yet. I expect that It will be delivered right at my door step, but now they tell me that I have to contact my local post office.

I ordered a sweater from them and they sent it in the wrong color. I sent two emails to customer service which never got answered and even tried chatting and they wouldn't help and told me to wait for email response! Never ever again will I order from this company and will advise others not to.

I'm always a little weary ordering online from new websites but yoins.com blew my expectations out of the park. They have great deals for free shipping and discounted items, as well as having low prices to begin with! Their clothes are cute and fahsionable with great prices. I emailed customer to service to find the best way to exchange it, and they told me they would send me a new one for free and I could keep the other one! Messaged customer service when there was an issue with the order. I received a prompt reply and the problem was rectified quickly and with no issue. This company displays the customer service that every company needs.
I ordered a dress on the 1st October as I was going away for my birthday. It never came so I contacted them at the end of October and they said it was on its way. I decided to try the dress on I'd ordered a size bigger than I am and i still couldn't get my arms in the dress. It was also way too short and nothing like the picture advertised. The fabric was also cheap. I had to email and asked for the address to send it back as they have no address on their website and they never sent me it. I then raised a paypal dispute and they emailed me the address and I sent the item back with proof of postage, only to find that they had also emailed me on paypal later asking for photos that can't be provided as I've sent it back as asked. So I am in a dispute for the £14.99 for the dress and the £9.75 postage. Hopefully I will be protected by paypal. Avoid this company at all cost they are crooks.

The delivery of the product was good.
The price was cheap however the clothing did not look as good as the pictures. I bought two dresses, one was really nice and fit ok, it was very cheap so I don't expect too much. The second dress was so pretty and very cheap as well but at the front it is too short - and too short means you can see my knickers! If I bought a larger one though it would be too big.
I won't be ordering again online.
