The service was very responsive. The dress came with a strap that broke immediately. I wanted my money back. At first they asked me to send it back and pay shipping, but I sent them a picture of the broken strap and said I didn't want to pay shipping to China. They promptly returned my money and were very nice about it. The dress was okay for what we paid for it.
Nothing fit right, a lot of the items were a different material then it showed and I also got the wrong item and they want me to pay to ship the right one out to me and also pay to ship the other one back. Bad customer service, not shopping from here again returned everything I ordered but one thing.
Beautiful dresses for a great price. Unfortunately I bought a dress that didn't fit my body as I had hoped, which was completely a mistake on my part, not yoins. In the process of returning the dress, the customer service was great! The person helping me was named Vivian. She stayed on top of things and made sure I got my refund even after I retuned the dress 2 and a half weeks later than I told her I would. I have had so much trouble with returns from other companies, but I had absolutely no problems with Yoins. I wish every dress company was this great! I recommend buying from Yoins.
First time I have used this company don't think I will be using them again. Made an order on 5th July and money was taken from my account straight away. The confirmation email I received from them stated my order would be here on 17th July by the lastest as the shipping method I used takes 7-12 days. It is now the 13th day and my order is still being processed and hasn't even been sent for shipping yet. I have tried contacting them by email multiple times and also by the live chat on the website (which appears to be fake as it just takes you to another web page stating they are busy and not to a live chat). Not impressed at all. I am now out of pocket with no items to show for it and no one from this company is responding to me. I would advise to buy your items from somewhere else.

I recently did business with Yoins and was very impressed. Ordering was easy and shipping was very fast. I also was impressed that product was just as stated and fit great. Plus the boots I ordered though of a great price were made of high quality materials. I am all for affordable and high quality. Will definitely be a returning customer.
I bought merchandise from them and sent them all back because of the poor quality and mis sizing. Not only is it difficult to communicate with them because of the language barrier but they did not refund me my money they claimed they did. The account I purchased the items from got closed due to forward I told them this and requested them to send the money into another account and they said they could not do this they assured me that they set me the money. I explain to them that the money cannot be put into that account because it is closed. I even sent them a statement from the bank stating that that account has been closed so monies would never put it back into my account and they lied and said they did send it... save yourself a headache do not buy from them

Have ordered several items from Yoins. I have been pleased with their products. The only complaint that I have is items being out of stock and sometimes the color that is shown is not near the actual item color. However, I will continue to order from here and I have been very pleased with the customer service. They have always gotten back to my emails and kept me informed of my out of stock item.

I spent $93 on for 4 or 5 things. The items arrived and they are not sized correctly or consistently. I am always a M - L or 6-8 and the 8s were either very very small or very very large.
To return your items you must request the address which took 3 days by email, 2 email from me by the way, and they only give you 14 days to return from the day of purchase. The shipping to return is $60.95- how ridiculous! Overall, upset. Poor quality, poor service and a total waste!

I placed a large order with Yoins a couple of weeks ago. After checking back I could see that my status was "back order" so I contacted Customer Service.
Kira advised me that two of my items were out of stock and asked if I wanted to wait for them. Unfortunately I had ordered all of the items for my upcoming holiday so I asked her to cancel the order and process the refund.
Less than 72 hours later, my refund has been processed and the money is back in my account.
I found Kira to be really friendly and helpful, and extremely efficient and I would definitely order from Yoins again.

I ordered two pairs of clothes from yoins and I was very excited for it to be delivered! Yes, It did take a while to be delivered but I was hoping for the clothes to be exactly like in the pictures but I was wrong. I was very disappointed with the final result.
The size chart also says that it's 'US" but then they say it's Asian sizing. So what you ordered is not what you receive. Also the size chart is completely wrong and incorrect. I followed this chart and none of my clothes fit me since they are too big on me. I can't even wear it and its completely waste of my money and the time. The quality I received from one of the clothes is terrible. It looks so cheap and uncomfortable as well. Did not look anything like the picture. It was my first time ordering from this website and probably the last time since all my money went on waste for nothing :( I really wish the quality was better and the size.
I really hope to get a refund and get my money back! Or at least a better size!

Placed an order 2 weeks ago for some tops needed for my holidays. At the time of ordering it said they will ship next day and never mentioned items I ordered were out of stock and accepted my payment. Its been 2 weeks and stil the items are not posted. Got an email saying its chinese holidays and my items ordered were out of stock and there will be a delay to post them. The company conduct is deceptive and misleading and should they have mentioned there will be a delay to post them and some items I ordered were out of stock initially before they took my payment, I would have not ordered them at the first place.
Please dont waste your time and money here! Its just not worth it. Best to pay through pay pal so in case something happens you can get your funds back. Total scam!

This store does very nice clothes and extremely low prices, and even though some of the sizings are slightly off, the customer service team is readily available to help, and I got the help of Vivian who was amazingly helpful in sorting my problem. Would deffo recommend this site and would deffo shop here again! :)
