The quality is to be expected for the price. I had a shirt come in where half of the elastic in the end of the sleeve was exposed- so I had to dig out the needle and thread to sew the rest of the elastic back in. The shirt had a funny/chemical smell which went away after washing... they use unrealistic models for the clothing- but, I saved a bit of money...
I purchased 3 purses from Yoins and I got them in less than a week. The packaging looks so professional and the purses looked way better than expected. I fully recommend Yoins for high-quality products and fast shipping services.

I ordered earrings that arrived with some beads missing. I contacted customer service and asked to get a replacement. Got a prompt email from them and the earrings were sent to me. Customer service very responsive to my emails,
Normally when you buy online, you have that worry of "is it going to be the right size" "is it going to look the same as it is in the picture" etc. I was super happy when I received my purchase from yoins. It looked exactly to that of the picture, it was in very good quality and was not damaged at all. I do trust Yoins!
What you order is not what you get. The quality is absolutely horrific, the small print says allow up to 3cm differences in the material due to hand measurements (something that I only realised after ordering) but on reality there is a much greater contrast. I ordered 8 items and not one of them was actually a size 8. They are in Asian sizes not U. K. And I was aware of this but still they look like something produced during a GCSE textiles lesson. I'll also be very surprised if any of the good reviews are actually genuine customers. In addition to the horrific garments and 3 week delivery time they also charge you a fortune to return items. Save yourself the hassle and avoid.

My order arrived 2 weeks later than expected. I ordered 3 items - 2 dresses size Medium and a shirt size medium. They sent me one correct item and correct size - 1 dress. The other dress ordered in a size Med was sent Large. I ordered a Medium shirt and they sent me size XS and tried to tell me that was in Asian size and won't send me the correct size or let me return after 5 or 6 times going back and forth via email. Never again - AWFUL!

I have an event I need to attend this week, which is why I paid for the fast shipping.
My item is now on back order, but I was never notified when ordering that this item was close to being or out of stock.
My item has not even been shipped, and I need it in 5 days.
There was nowhere listed where it said this shipping may actually vary in days due to where I am located. Yet still was going to charge me anyways.
Basically it has already been charged out of my account and I have sent multiple emails to follow up and have not heard a reply. Yet I have seen all of these reviews have received responses in the last hour.

Return policy is a hassle you have to email them, then they try to give you money off. You have to return to China which cost as much as dress which had a mark on it anyway, and fit not good either.

I ordered a top, it arrived faulty with a stud missing which is very visible. I asked for a refund, they refused saying that a missing stud is not a reason to return it back and if I could explain how that affects my wearing.

I will never ever place a order with this company i placed a order on oct 17 2017 and still have not receive my items i emailed them about 5 times no contact number to call only by email after the 5th time of me emailing them i get a back order wtffffffff never again and still no update on the items that are available. I have been buying from Yoins for a couple of months now. So far I've not had any problems. Always read the reviews on what the sizes for the clothes come up. I can't believe how many bargains I have got. Again I always read what the clothes are made from and some of the review before I buy. You pay for what you get, some of the material isn't as nice, but as I said read all the information on it before you buy.

I ordered two items off YOINS and they came with in a few week. Both playsuit and dress were great quality and fit perfectly as well as being identical to the photos on the site. I was so happy with the price and overall experience!
Absolutely shocking! I sent an order back which I had to pay £7 delivery, after a month I heard nothing so I sent an email to ask where my money was and they said they'd refund me and that I had to wait 2 weeks! 2 weeks later the money was still not returned so I emailed again and they said they had returned it so I had to ring my bank... Which I did and my bank said that they haven't refunded me so I emailed again then they apologised and said their computer had something wrong with it so it didn't go through and that the money would go in in 72 hours and it still hasn't. No one order anything from this website, never had so much hassle over an order and very unhelpful staff. Absolutely disgusting! I want my money back!

When having a sizing difficulty and trying to sort out an alternative option, the customer service team were very efficient and got back to me quickly with options to suit me. Very helpful and sorted the problem quickly.
These products come from China. The sizing is incorrect. I ordered a dress from there and it was by far the worst quality in product I've ever received. The reviews on the site are wonderful and I was super excited to try what I thought to be a hidden gem. The picture for the dress looked amazing great seams and beautiful design. When it came in the mail (which was super delayed) it looks as though I could of stitched it together myself. Material was super thin. The seams in person aren't even the same as the dress in the picture. I ordered a 4US and was sent a "medium". What was the point of having number sizes when you send regular sizes. This dress was so big on me there were gaps everywhere like it was a large. Overall is a scam because I can't get my money back or return it. Will never order from here again.
