I brought 2 lace dresses off yoins i paid good money for them for my holidays and both frayed down the seam so if you only thinking of wearing it for more than one night don't buy from them i didnt take any pictures of them as i was so upset and angry that i just thrown them in the bin with anger i told voins but not interested so be very careful when buying from them
First of all they didnt have sufficient stock, they had to edit my order, they charged me twice for one product and all the products that have arrived are the cheapest quality products, would never ever recommend shopping from Yoins. Worst experience ever.

I ordered two sweaters with extra for faster shipping. Of course, they immediately took the money from my account, and when I was tracking my order I found it was canceled.
They NEVER sent me any notification. I have written a bunch of E-mails and have not gotten any answer yet.

I purchased £33 worth of clothes from yoins after nearly a month of waiting I called them for them to tell me my order hadn't gone through even though they had already taken the £33 out of my account when I rang them they refused to give me my money back. I will never purchase anything from them again and have warned many people not to buy from them!

I received an item that was damaged when received. I have been trying to return the item for roughly 30 days now. I have an approval for a return, however, it is impossible to get the final information, to actually return the item. I will not order from Yoins again due to there poor customer service.

I was expecting alot of the items to run small but they were pretty exact. I had to refund a fair few items for this reason and customer service was so helpful! Fast to reply and refunded my items with ease and without extra charges. :)
I ordered from this company and unfortunately some of the items were not suitable. They couldn't have been more helpful and gave me a full refund as soon as I returned the items.
I would definitely order from them again but possibly go up a size.

It's been 2 months today since I ordered from YOIN. My order still isn't here and I have heard nothing about my order. I paid the whole amount and still nothing. At time point I'm feeling as if I was scammed out of money. I emailed YOIN and message them on Facebook nothing. You can't call the number they have on site, I just want my money back. I will never order from here again. If I could give no stars I would definitely!
I had ordered a size 14-16 but after close examination of each product sizing i had ordered a to big a size. I spoke to Ada on chat and Ada was very helpful and able to change my order to 10-12. When ordering make sure you dont just check the overall sizing guide but each item as each item are different sizes depending on materials etc.

I ordered two dresses and one top one dress was ok but not made in the material as described but wearable the other dress not made in material as described in their description according to the tags they are made out of the same material but absolutely different this dress is unwearable because of the fabric this dress is the black floral irregular hem so don't buy it would love to send it back for a refund but it's not worth the postage so I will think twice about buying from this site again unless they fix this problem and they also need to fix how long it takes to receive your order

I ordered 4 items months ago and after being told they were all out of stock and they asked me whether I wanted a refund or whether I wanted to buy something else. I opted for the refund. I then got an email to tell me that they had split the order and that 3 of the items had been shipped which shocked me as I had opted for a refund. I received a parcel but it was not the 3 items they had told me they had shipped it was the one that was supposed to be out of stock and would be sent when it was in stock. I don't think these people know what they are doing and once I receive the rest of my items (which they have my money for) I will be deleting them from my email contacts and NEVER buying anything from them again.

I ordered the backless playsuit with bow back knot in a size M (4). Unfortunately, when I received it I found it was way too big. It was in perfect condition, great quality material; however, it was not my size.
This is where I was in awe. After contacting Yoins, not only were they kind enough to send me a smaller size, they also explained that I would not have to resend the original. What?!? Initially I was worried about shipping fees but now I have nothing to worry about. Can you believe it?! Wow!
