I ordered a couple of dresses from them. When I received the order I noticed one of the dress was much smaller.
Several sizes smaller is my guess. The tag showed the size I ordered but the dress looked so small I thought it looked like a child garment.
I sent messages to inquire about a return. I only received automated replies. No human being has reached out to me.
I can return the dress, at my own expense. Which I am not likely to do because, this is not my mistake. It's theirs. Otherwise, I could return it in stores. But the closest store is in Ontario and I live in Quebec. Therefore, I am stucked with a dress I can't possibly wear and a company that clearly doesn't care for it's customers. Yes, they have lovely stuff. But other stores do too and they have much better customer service and People, living and breathing, you can inform of what went wrong. The company would also do well to update their return policies, especially if they're going to do ebusiness with provinces where there are no stores.
Fairweather, I have loved your merch for a few years now but this has been a frustrating/disgusting experience, that I am unlikely to renew.

I was sent the wrong ring. I got a smokey quartz and I needed amethyst

I didn't want to have to pay to ship it back since I didn't do anything wrong. Ebay insisted I give the seller my paypal information so she can send me money to pay for shipping. Which I refused for security reasons. After that they wanted me to front the money to return the ring and the seller would reimburse me. I refused. Why should I have to front a perfect stranger 60$ when I already paid 88$ for the ring and this isn't my fault? Now the ring has been sent back, the seller has my money. And Ebay decided in favour of the seller. The sellers are paying ebay for listings. Buyers aren't charged anything unless they make a purchase. So guess who ebay sides with?
I'm out 88$ plus what I paid to return the ring. To top it off, all the seller had to do to prevent this whole mess is check to make sure she was sending the right item. She even told me she didn't even know the ring was manufactured using the smokey quartz, that's competence for you! Now I will challenge the charge with my credit card company.

Don't buy anything on ebay. They don't care about buyers or what's fair. In fact, I'm pretty sure they don't care about the consumer laws. Don't do it. You have no rights on Ebay.

Run like hell!

I ordered a knife online. The knife was discontinued. They offered to send different models instead. I noted that the models they offered were much more expensive, one was double the price I paid. I declined the models they offered and ask for a refund. Haven't heard from them since. I called and messaged them and all I got for my troule was a guy who laughed has he hung up on me. I'm in the process of fighting the charge with my credit card company. These guys are the worst. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!

One dress fit very well. The other one was all wrong. I started a chat with customer service and they wanted to check the measurements of the dress with me which I thought was weird. Don't you check them before they leave the manufacture? And that's when she advised me that returns weren't free. (I agree, I should have checked that before purchasing.)

I'm not going to wear that dress it looks awful.

I guess one out of two ain't bad but for a first order it was dissapointing and I'm not likely to give them another chance.
