Best customer service I have great experience with website -hands-down. I can't say enough good things about the them. I NEVER worry about authenticity like I do from other sites. This is the place to get the real thing and I love them.
The quality of the products which I received. They fit quite true to size, although for denim I did go a size up and it was slightly big. But not to the point of needing a belt or anything. Overall I would recommend.
The customer services are so lovely and helpful, unfortunately the item I bought didn't fit me, so I returned it, thus emailing cs and they were nothing but nice. I will be shopping here in the future
In my order I've realized after having paid I ordered an item twice. I contacted customer service who responded to me in a few hours and proceeded to the cancellation of the duplicate item and repaid. I am quite satisfied!
Just got my clothes delivered just in time for my holiday. I was really worried about them coming as I thought they was going to be rubbish material and really small sizes. Ada from chat customer service is great! Helpful and competent! I never knew the items were out of stock when odering, and if I never reached out to Ada, I would've waited a long time for all of the items to arrive at once. Which obviously is misrepresented on the website with the fast delivery time frame. With Ada's help, the alternative is that my out of stock items will be shipped separately later, when they restock. I have not seen the quality or size of the garments yet, but will review again when the time comes!

I ordered 6 items & I paid for priority delivery I heard nothing back. Then after a dozen emails they said a jacket was not in stock. Ok so where's the rest of my order? I ordered a swimsuit and the fit was atrocious! It seems to not be made for a human being. I referenced the size chart, but when it arrived it was too small in the bust, too large in the waist, and too short in the torso, despite me already having a very short torso. When I contacted customer service they said they would be happy to exchange it for another size but not for another product due to hygiene reasons. So how are they able to exchange for another size? Do not shop here unless you enjoy throwing out your money.

Total scammers you can't return items. My order didn't fit but in order to receive a return form you have to submit images of the item so i sent a screen grab of my order obviously i'm not going to take a picture of me in an order that doesn't fit. They refused my request for a returns form! No explanation! $50 spend and no help from them! Total scam

The quality is AWFUL. So cheap. I tried returning my items that didn't fit and was told that their sizing information is clearly stated so I couldn't return my items. This website is a scam, there are so many better places to get clothes - don't bother shopping here.

This company is horrible with shipping and even a simple response, from what should be customer service. I never received an order i was making purchases for a vacation from, its been over two weeks and i dont even get a response on their live chat feature, i will NEVER shop here again, and be reluctant with other online stores

Very helpful agent, Ada, came on to live chat and helped me straight away, took me a couple of minutes to sort out my order. My order has now been split as they were waiting for an item that was out of stock. I cant blame then as it was out of stock when i ordered it. I was in no rush for the items so i didn't mind the wait. The delivery has always been quicker when all items have been in stock.
On past orders i have loved the clothing and it has all fitted very well. Unlike some stuff i ordered of wish that all came up to small.

Awful quality... horrendous cheap materials and nothing like photos. One dress completely different fabric to one shown. Arrived in a T shirt cotton material and was shown like a satin. Very bad. One dress was so creased when it arrived and is a cheap polyester. Worst internet shopping experience I've ever had.

I bought 4 dresses, one was sold out and I replaced with another one. When I received them, 3 out of 4 were okay, one was damaged but they promptly refunded me. Dresses are really nice, and the customer service is efficient. Will buy again!

There is nothing new in your reply, I still takes at least a week to get accept to return items after several hours of correspondence and it still costs at least $65 for the return in shipping for what Yoins will accept instead of returning to where the items were shipped from.
