I ordered from the website, I received a tracking number, and my order. But it was much much later than I had expected. It took over 3 weeks. And now that I received my clothes, I wanted to review them but my account/email has mysteriously disappeared and is no longer in there system. One dress I got is perfectly sized, the other is really weird, its like its a maternity dress with a huge belly but tight thighs. The material is nice and the sowing is fine but I should be able to review them one the website.
I ordered a sweater dress and the site sucked to begin with. If you move your mouse the site glitches and all of the sudden your looking at a whole different set of outfits. I looked past the crappy site navigation and placed my order. I entered my address with the auto fill option and when i reviewed my info. Every thing looked great. Then i got online to check my order status and i found out that my name and address were entered twice on my delivery info. Still dont know when ill get my package because when i got on the live chat customer service the person helping me asked me to hold on and never returned to the chat. I sent an e-mail, currently waiting for a response. Save yourself from the hassle! Dont order here.

I wish I could give this company less than 1 Star. They are taking money from my bank for items I have not ordered. They are refusing you refund me. It is causing me SO much hassle. The 1 thing I did order is huge, cheap and not worth a third of what it cost (and that was not a lot!)

I ordered two dresses from this site and when they arrive one of them had been stitched together incorrectly. The arm of the dress had been sewn upside down so the shoulder part was attached to the underarm part. I sent an email requesting the address, as directed by the website. Since sending my first email I have sent another 5 including three with photos. The person responding to the email said that the dress was supposed to have loose sleeves. No - the dress has been stitched incorrectly and I am still yet to have an address to return the piece of clothing to. Additionally, I have to pay for the return (assuming they ever give me an address). Judging by all of the previous comments I'm concerned that I will even get my money back. Absolutely appalled by this company and would thoroughly advise advoiding it at all costs!
I never order online but when I do, I have never experienced the service I did with Yoins. I ordered two shirts and was notified one was out of stock which okay, fine... I still ordered another cute shirt! I messaged Yoins on Facebook and asked them to cancel the one out of stock and send me the one that isn't out of stock. Well, nope. They cancelled my entire order after assuring me they shipped my one item out, that was in stock. So after I emailed them with my concerns and comments, they ignored my email for a few days. Then finally said it will take one to two weeks for me to be refunded. Just a really bad experience and they messed up so many times. Worst service I've experienced through ordering online and I will not order from them ever again.

After not receiving my order, I reported this to the team at Yoins and without hesitance they refunded my payment. I think doing online shopping has a big risk of losing money, after this experience I can safely say that you will receive a refund if order is not received.

Before placing the order the estimated ship date was 3 weeks prior to the "revised" ship date that was provided 2 minutes after selecting place order. Its upsetting because the clothing is adorable and for my first order experience, I'd say I'm not willing to order again. Bummed.

I'm very happy purchasing in yoins, I don't wanna spend my money in other stores at my country but Yoins. I choose 4 because I'm in a return process of a couple of clothes and I want to check how the customer service will treat me.

Yoins just responded and said they dont cancel orders unceremoniously. I wish I could post media on this site. I would post a copy of the email they sent saying they canceled my order, then I post a copy of my credit card statement showing where they took the money from my account. They have blocked my access to Facebook and Instagram so I cant post reviews of their poor service. Then they respond back with statements like we dont do this, but yet I havent had a one on one communication with anyone from Yoins. My emails and inquiries to them go unanswered. The purpose Im posting this review is hopefully to prevent the next person that is thinking about ordering from them, from getting ripped off.

I would give them a 0 if I could, but there isnt that option. DO NOT order from this company. They will take your money and then cancel your order for some reason or other. I have still yet to get a refund and I am now going through my credit card company to fight them for my money back on product I never received.

I received my order this week and unfortunately all but 3 items are wearable... The quality of the clothing is really poor, I know you get what you pay for but it should not be advertised the way it is because it is ridiculously bad. I have kept 3 items that will do for slumming on the beach for my holiday but the rest needs to be refunded. The site expresses that you have to contact customer services for the returns address but I am yet to receive an email back and I am worried the return will not get back in time to have a refund.
Not very impressed and wont be ordering from here again, I do not recommend

Absolutely rubbish quality, products size totally different than our size, not done properly and return for money back has to be done on customer s money in China. Avoid buying staff from them and if you do make sure you don t send them back cos you need to pay return in China

I received a completely different item than I ordered. It is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I buy online because it is convenient not because I want to spend my time trying to navigate through customer service or making extra trips to the post office to return an item that was not my mistake.

Ordering from this site is nothing but a headache. Take my advice and do not order from Yoins. I've spent too much of my time talking to customer service, on hold, and everything in between. I am from Canada and I am SUPER impressed with Yoins. I ordered 3 dresses and two shirts. All of them are made very well. Sizing for the dresses was accurate and true to size, but the shirts I would say order a size smaller if you want them tight fitting. I am most impressed about the quality! All of the clothing is made very well. I tried to post pictures on here to show but for some reason it took forever and then wouldn't load the page so I gave up. Colours and patterns are true to the pictures posted/advertised. I got everything in about a week! It was FAST. I will be ordering from here again 100%. I am very happy. Feels good to find an online company that actually is legit. Customer service was always ready to help online chat wise. I wish the tracking information was more detailed but my items all got here and it was fast so I can't complain!

I ordered my dress 2 months ago and I still didn't get it. They lost my order and the tracking of it and they only want to give me back either 70% of my money back or make me pay another 30% to restock it! I spoke with Sunny to change a L size for an XL. She was very helpful and efficient. Unfortunately, 2 out of my 4 clothings were out of stock, so they offered to split my order for free.
