I paid the $20 extra for rush fees 3-5 business days but it took 5 days just for the order to be placed which I didn't know! So it's actually 10 days before you will get your order! Maybe I'm still waiting. So I had to go buy a new dress at the store because I needed this by the 6th day. So I emailed them to cancel rush delivery and right after they sent an email that they just shipped it right then and couldn't change it! So don't pay rush delivery it will not get there in time!
Loyal Costumer for over a year and very happy with great service and product quality! They often have sales and special offers! Selling a large assortment of different things from cute clothing to household items! Always make sure to check measurements of clothing before purchasing! :]
I placed my order on 17th dec 2015 and today is 24th jan 2016 and still they are saying to wait. They must hire some good management people from India because Indian sites are just awesome they know how to give wow experience to their customer.

Nice summer dress
Nice summer dress, not shackles of motion, interesting style. Excellent quality.
Ordered this dress in black color. The material was dense, but at the same time breathable, which is very important, generally pleased, can be worn not only in summer but spring, fall, complete with blazers and cardigans. The size corresponds to the table.
My shopping experience was ok. I wish there there were more brands to choose from in the Sunscreen and skin care category. I also would have liked it if the ingredients were listed on all of their product and or in the description section, because they weren't on a couple of items that deterred me from buying them. I will likely return.
But, we'll see... just finished ordering. I'll reserve judgement until i receive my products. The website itself is fairly easy to navigate. No worse or better than others. The prices are seemingly competitive, but I have seen better prices on some products. I will say that there seems to be a wide selection of Korean beauty products, but i can't speak to quality yet. My order consisted mostly of K-beauty skincare that I have already used, so it shouldn't be difficult to assess quality. Like i said, we'll see.
The material is very cheap and not worth the price. The real kicker is that I bought a shirt and pants, but the pants haven't even come in and I haven't gotten an email back. I don't know where it is now. Greatly disappointed with no refund possibly either.
I am so happy that I found this website because most of the clothes are very affordable and in good quality. The clothes I have ordered are all in pretty good shape and quality so I am very pleased with it. I can't really criticise much about shipping because they need to gather all of the stuff the buyer has bought so I understand that it takes at least 1 week for this. I am from where YesStyle is based (Hong Kong) so I get my shipment in 1 day after it has been shipped out. I think the only problem with YesStyle would be that the models are quite misleading at times and some of the quality lacks a bit. Overall, I am pretty happy with the company.
Great site for Korean beauty products. Lots of variety of clothing, great for Asian fashion items that cannot be found in the US and Canada. I found that lots of the photos are misleading, but this is the fault of the sellers, not the site. However, if you do end wanting to return an item, the process is a pain. They do not pay for shipping, and it takes a long time to process. I have been waiting 2 weeks to hear about my returned items...
It really depends on the brand that you are buying from as the quality varies and often it differs from the stock image. With every purchase is also the issue of the courier service. Each purchase I have had has been delivered by a different courier and the delivery information is often unclear depending on the company.
However, it is an easy one stop place to get a variety of different styles and items for a low price. It is good place to try out new styles and products.
They denied my first payment two times, for no reason, I was forced to put my card that had got denied Through PayPal just to get denied again! Resulting to having to use a credit card I did not want to! I was very unhappy with my experience!
Scrolling through yesstyle.com surprised my eyes. Not only were the products affordable, but they were also cute the only part is the shipping is very slow and returning the products cost lots of shipping fees (USA). When shopping at yesstyle.com always check for reviews and ratings about each product before purchase!
Yesstyle is a great website for purchasing skincare and clothing. However, when purchasing off of this website i would say to always read the reviews and do your research prior to buying anything. There are tons of reviews and a variety of ways to save money using their coupons or codes.
I ordered for the first time from yesstyle by the end of April and it only came June 8! I tried messaging them and literally they blew me off. The products boxes all have dents, and one of them was open!
And I know that this is not a big deal but on the site it says free samples, I got one tiny bag and that's it.
In comparison I've ordered from a site named josle, took them 2 weeks and I got a BAG of sample for half the amount of what I ordered from yesstyle. If you want to order k-beauty just order from josle!
They often have really great discounts. All of my products have arrived in good conditions and I've been able to track them without problems. It is a really great way to get into Asian beauty products.
I had an event to go to and ordered something from the website that got shipped after 9 days (the item usually ships between 7-14 days) so it wasn't like they were late or anything... but...
When I opened my item, I was shocked to see that it was a completely WRONG and different item (even when the paper inside the package described my original item).
The customer service staff were barely apologetic and offered me Yes Style store credit (instead of refund) OR asked me to wait for another 14 days for the item to be shipped as it was not in stock...
I refused their offer and insisted on a full refund via credit card as this was their mistake! They did agree later.
I've had really good experiences with this website until recently. I ordered something with the free standard shipping to Canada last month. It still has not arrived AND they double charged me. I have emailed them so many times asking to refund the second charge where they told me that the bank is at fault as they refused to refund me. I called my bank and they literally said that yesstyle is wrong because my bank is not the one that takes money out of my account and helped me get my refund. Never ordering from here again after I get my package that is one month late.
I placed the order on 12/28 and took them about a 2 weeks to ship my order because one of the items that I ordered is no longer available. I got my order on 1/14 and realized there are two out of four clothes was in "not sale-able" condition so I decided to return. This is when the fun started. I mailed it back (with post office receipt, RMA# & address they provided) on 1/15, the return address is to LA so I figured I can get the refund about a week or so. However, it's not the case. They told me once they received the return items, they have to ship back to H. K. in order to get my refund (about few weeks or so.) By the way, did I mention they did NOT receive my return anyway? Good thing, It's only $40, but feel cheated.
This is a company that do "one-time only" business. No customer service, and I DO NOT trust them. In my opinion - you 'MAY' get your product (if they are not out) but good luck on the refund...
I rly like this site for asian make up; however, the item of clothing I received looked nothing like the photos. Many friends have said that the items they receive are either great or disappointing. I think it's a fun site, but the first time I ordered, there was a huge delay in one item that I ended up cancelling due to waiting too long for an out-of-stock item. However, I still order from here all the time because it's fun and the majority of the make up are good and cute deals.
The shipping can be a pain depending on how much you are willing to pay. As long as you are patient though everything is easy. Love the quality of the clothes and they always have something on sale that I want. Website is easy to use and I would recommend to any of my friends looking for some new clothes.

Answer: I only use my credit card on Yesstyle and everything has always went smoothly for me! Have been a costumer for a few years now. When it comes to quality of products make sure to check clothing sizes, reviews, and pictures. You can usually tell by pictures and product information if the quality can be lacking or not.
