I decided to buy a canvas beige backpack from this site. I ordered it on Aug. 3rd and it came on Aug 23rd. I was fully expecting it to take about a month, but it was NOT worth the wait or money.
The backpack came in damaged, with the strap completely broken off of the backpack. The material is also very cheap and easy to break.
On top of all of this, I asked for a refund on their support email, three separate times. They have not answered whatsoever. (which I find very ironic since on their site it says 30-DAY HASSLE FREE RETURNS)
Please do not put more money into this awful brand, and shop somewhere else.
Tip for consumers:
Don't shop on places similar to this, SHIEN, or yesstyle. Be wary when shipping takes as long as a whole month.
The material is very cheap and not worth the price. The real kicker is that I bought a shirt and pants, but the pants haven't even come in and I haven't gotten an email back. I don't know where it is now. Greatly disappointed with no refund possibly either.

Just don’t order from here, or anything that’s like Yesstyle or SHIEN. You’ll know when you see the site.
