I get MOST of my orders but my prom dress order was messed up and only the top came. The seller never replied to our attempts at contacting them and we ended up just ordering the top which took a month to get here. Other than that, my orders were fine every time before and after that incident.
My order went very smoothly overall. I was able to purchase what I wanted and other than some small issues during checkout, my experience was good. It's a website that has great prices and great quality. I would definitely recommend! :)
The stuff they sell is really cute, but customer service is $#*!. I had to wait for my order for like a month, and they're advertising wrong sizes on the website. On top of that, they didn't attach an invoice outside of the parcel so I was charged a fine. They're full of $#*!. 0/10 would not recommend!
I've been a YS customer for a few years. Some of their brands have great designs and quality products but not all of them. There was a shirt that just teared up when I put it on the first time, and a pants that blacken other clothes even I washed them with cool water. From my experience, you'll get what you paid for. Be careful with cheap clothes! And shipping taking too long. I bought a lot of stuffs from China, especially tea, but they didn't even taking that much time.
Quality is poor; clothes come smelling like a factory, has stains that don't wash off.
I contacted customer service regarding the products that were damaged (cardigan had a hole, shirt was stained, earring gem fell off, skirt ribbon not securely attached, and dress with a bunch of string knots); at first they were apologetic and asked me to send pictures. Once the pictures were sent, the rep said I wouldn't need to ship back all the items for a refund, then a few days later another rep sent me an email saying I would need to ship them back and could only get store credit or replacements. I explained that it would be a waste of time and money on my part to get store credit on items I received that were damaged. They never responded to any of my emails since.
Never again. Don't trust them.
I've noticed that replies take a while. I once emailed them to modify my order, but right after I got an email that it was shipped, they replied back saying that they couldn't change anything because it left the warehouse. Besides that, the prices are good and comparably lower than other places.
This is my first time purchasing anything on this website! But so far, so good :) I love how YesStyle has the most trendy, gorgeous, wild, and casual styles for all kinds of people and sizes. Love the unique products, and it's very affordable. I would really recommend this site to all of my friends :)
I love all of yesstyles clothing and have wanted to try them out for myself. I have not gotten the items yet but from looking at the sizing and fabric material I think they will fit and look well on me. There were many online coupons available also.
Based on my own research before buying, the products are pretty good. Prices are great and the quality is almost always proportional to the amount of sales. Shoes seem to be low quality though, more of a "you get what you pay for."
I like that Yesstyle only ships once everything you ordered is available; saves on packaging and shipping. This being the case, it does tend to take a month or so to receive packages.
My biggest discrepancy is that orders can not be canceled once placed, regardless of how long (or recent) it has been. So if you ordered some ear cuffs like I did, make sure to get 2 or read that it is a SET---or else you'll either have to wait for your package to come and return it, or go back and pay a second shipping cost for another box because orders from the same day do not combine.
After watching a lot James Welsh on YouTube, I became really interested in Korean skincare, and YesStyle is a great place to discover new products, especially as they offer many sample sizes and kits for great prices, so you can try before you buy. There are also many cruelty-free options. My skin has improved a lot since adopting many of their products into my routine.
I really don't understand how anyone could say YesStyle is horrible.
I ordered my purchase about a week ago. It arrived yesterday. Considering I ordered it with standard shipping and it's the Christmas season, I was really surprised it came in about 7 days.
I ordered a yellow blazer for about $13. It came looking EXACTLY how it showed in the picture. It also came in perfect condition - no rips, stains, missing buttons.
Overall, the price was great, the shipping was fast, and the quality was great too.
Maybe somebody else might not be satisfied, but as an ordinary online shopper, I can assure you this is a real site and is not a scam. I had 0 problems. Absolutely no complaints.
I ordered a skirt and a white shirt from this site. The skirt was pretty good quality but the shirt (which was one-size) looked like it was meant to be worn by a toddler. I recommend ordering the items that are the most reviewed because then you can see the actual item. Overall, I'll still buy from YesStyle, but I'll be sure to be more skeptical of what I purchase.
I used to purchase from yesstyle with my friends. There is a minimum order of $150 if you want the free shipping, and we wanted that free shipping haha. I don't think my items were ever out of stock, but my friends had out of stock items at least once in our orders. In each batch there was always at least one item I was unsatisfied with, but overall the items were okay, a little smaller than I anticipated even though I used the measurements. The shipping, however, is really long. Over a month for our stuff :/ Not sure if it's worth the wait and the price as cheaper clothes can be purchased off other websites too with shorter shipping.
Okay so the first time I ordered with Yesstyle I had a terrible experience. I literally waited a month for them to ship one item.(I did recieve it in 2 days once it was actually shipped) But lately I ordered from them again, and they apparently now offer non-express so I went with that. But my items were shipped out very quickly, almost a day later. Sure, the quality isn't the best but usually it's worth the price you pay for.
The products itself are real, but the shipping is terrible. I made an order with express shipping which is supposed to take 3-5 days to arrive, but its been over a week and my order is still "processing".
I haven't received my package it, but I have alreay ordered some clothing from them. You definitely get what you paid for (quality). The only reason I ordered sometimes on the website, is because they take PayPal and their sales and I can save the ones that I like in the future. It is good that the website lets you know if the product will be shipped within 24 hours or you have to wait a little longer due to the item is not available.
Overall I like online shopping and find something that I can use but not breaking my bank.

I like that a complete list of ingredients is easily accessible, since I have allergies.

I'm from Scandinavia. I recently ordered cosmetic products from Yesstyle for about 29.32 dollars (with a discount) and had to wait about three weeks before I was told that my package had been successfully shipped. I then received a letter from Post Denmark (The Danish mail service) telling me that there was a package waiting for me, but that it couldn't go through customs because the sender had put insufficient information on the label. I had to send an email to the mail service with the order details and confirmation. A couple of days after sending the email, I received yet another letter from Post Denmark, this time charging me 42.15 dollars just to get my package! This is more than I bought the products for! It's really absurd and I definitely recommend that you buy your things off another site. The shipping is slow and there's a risk of getting into a similar situation as me. Won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
It's my first time shopping with this site as I learnt about it thru some YouTubers I follow. On the site, the items appear promising, ie pictures look great. But the actual products look cheap. I mean, understandably the price is cheap for some items like rings and stuff but I was really disappointed at a T shirt I got where the stitching was really badly done. I am now waiting to get a refund. A word of caution to those attracted to the low prices on this site: pictures don't always guarantee you the real thing. It's luck i guess.
I've never seen a website with items that ship in 7-14 days. I shop online all the time and the most I've waited is 3 days for an item to ship from other websites. I stick to purchasing items that are ready and in stock. However that's also hit and miss. I've had shipments made a week or a week and a half after my order even when all items are listed as ready to ship. What's worse is that they'll send you a shipping notification but if you check the tracking number, they actually ship it out a few days AFTER they send the notification every time. I guess they only just make the shipping label but take their seeet time to drop it off at the post office. Must be either super inefficient or short staffed on this front.

Answer: I only use my credit card on Yesstyle and everything has always went smoothly for me! Have been a costumer for a few years now. When it comes to quality of products make sure to check clothing sizes, reviews, and pictures. You can usually tell by pictures and product information if the quality can be lacking or not.
