This was my second time ordering from YesStyle. I placed an order for 3 items - a skirt, a shirt, and a pair of tights. When I received the confirmation email, it said the order would ship out the next day.
The next day, the status changed and said it would ship out in about a week. I was confused but didn't question it.
I waited until it said it would ship. However, instead of getting an email confirming it shipped, I got an email saying one of the items I had ordered (the shirt) was not in stock and they would not ship anything I ordered until they received it from their suppliers. They were not sure when it would arrive.
I waited a few days but then got worried and emailed them back. I asked if they could ship the items that they already had and ship the last item later when it arrived. They said they don't currently do split shipping.
I was happy they actually read my email and replied the next day. I knew that real people were sitting behind a desk offering help. I knew that I could get somewhere now that there was someone actually replying (some sites don't reply or have auto-bots that reply for them)
I emailed them again and asked if I could switch the item that hadn't come in for another item of equal or lesser value.
Once again, the next day I received an email. They had refunded the money I paid for the shirt. That wasn't what I wanted them to do, but it was a simpler solution and it worked out for me. I could still get something else if I wanted to without the extra hassle. In fact, I feel silly not having done that instead.
The next day I got an email saying the items were shipped. I felt reassured and happy with my service. A week later, the items came in the mail. Perfect condition, great quality, free shipping, and good prices (I know not all brands by YesStyle have good prices though but what I bought was a good deal).
So once again, I was pleased with my service. I give everything a 5 star. I know by experience that they will deliver good service each time you order and there's real people (not scammers and bots) behind this site.
(small detail: everything fit perfectly like it was supposed to. I wear a Medium so I ordered a Medium. Fit exactly how it should)
I don't think I'll ever need returns on this site.

Tip for consumers:
I feel that with clothes, you can order the size you would normally wear in your country without worrying about it being too small. I know Asian sizes can be risky because they're smaller but they fit like American clothing.

I really don't understand how anyone could say YesStyle is horrible.
I ordered my purchase about a week ago. It arrived yesterday. Considering I ordered it with standard shipping and it's the Christmas season, I was really surprised it came in about 7 days.
I ordered a yellow blazer for about $13. It came looking EXACTLY how it showed in the picture. It also came in perfect condition - no rips, stains, missing buttons.
Overall, the price was great, the shipping was fast, and the quality was great too.
Maybe somebody else might not be satisfied, but as an ordinary online shopper, I can assure you this is a real site and is not a scam. I had 0 problems. Absolutely no complaints.

Tip for consumers:
The only way you'll run into problems while shopping online is if you change your order AFTER you pay for the clothes, ask for a refund before or after the item arrives, or ask for things the store policy doesn't allow. When ordering online, pick exactly what you want and stick to it. Disappointed? Build a bridge and get over it. The item's coming from Asia. You should know better.

This is a legit company even though negative reviews may say it's not. It's not a scam and they don't steal your money. The only times you will have trouble is when you complicate your order by switching items, cancelling your order after it ships, or trying to do things the store policy doesn't allow. If you are smart and order exactly what you want and wait for it, it will arrive. It may come a week later, a week earlier, or on time. This is normal. If you know anything about ordering online, you'll know that shipping time varies based on the time of season. This is basic knowledge everyone should know. Now on to my review.
I ordered the EXO Growl album. I used a coupon and regular shipping. My item arrived a couple days later than it said it would (but I honestly didn't care). It came well package and in perfect condition. I was satisfied.
When you ask for refunds or you return things, that's when you run into trouble. It's complicated for the people working there. I did not complicate things so I had no trouble.
**If you have a problem with a product, learn from your experience and move on. It's your job to research a company before ordering online form them. It's your fault you didn't know if they're a scam. And always, ALWAYS read the store policy before you go demanding a refund or a replacement. Some stores don't do that. You can't force them to.**
YesAsia is a great company with lots of different choice. I got a better deal there than I did at other stores. I recommend shopping there for anyone that likes Asian or KPOP products. It's a safe site so you can trust them not to steal your money.

Like many people, I get excited at the possibility of earning money by doing practically nothing. Well, there's a reason people have jobs - because money doesn't come from nothing. tellwut.com is another one of the many Internet money-making scams. I put in over an hour of my time every day collecting points thinking I was getting something great. When it came time to cash in my points for a $10 Amazon gift card, they cancelled my order and suspended my account. Turns out, this isn't uncommon. Many other people have had the same happen to them. Unfortunately, I read the reviews too late and wasted many hours of my time. Don't make my mistake. The Internet isn't the place to make money.

Kpoptown.com is a wonderful site and I don't see why it has negative reviews. All my products have come on time and in perfect condition except for my G-Dragon poster. It had some sort of yellow stain of the back and a small tear. However, it was the only product that had faults. I camouflaged the tear and the stain doesn't matter because it's on the back. They really package everything really well before they ship it so that it doesn't get damaged. My EXO Overdose album was wrapped in bubble wrap then wrapped in thick orange paper that's already lined with bubble wrap. If that isn't secure I don't know what is. I had difficulty tearing the paper because it's of such good quality. The best part is, when you buy certain items, you earn these vouchers that are worth 20 cents. Some items even give you 2 vouchers. They can be used in your next order. After you buy a couple things, they really add up! Kpoptown.com's products are not the cheapest and neither is their shipping. It's a few dollars more than Kpopmart.com which I'll also review. But, Kpoptown.com has much more collectable products and fashion items than Kpopmart.com. They're really worth checking out. You won't be disappointed with your order! I've only had a one problem so far and I've ordered from them several times.

**PLEASE READ**
If you are a buyer, eBay.com is a wonderful, cheap site to do your shopping and is very reliable. It is filled with many distributors that sell their products much cheaper than what you would pay in a store. At least, depending who you're buying from. It's one of the few sites I'll purchase from online. And here's why:
I've purchased from eBay for years and all from different people and every time has been successful. The key to having a successful purchase is to read the ratings people have given the seller. This is shown beside the item's picture under the seller's name. If the seller is rated above 90% by many people (not just 1 or 2), you can assume it's safe to order from them.
I suggest you scroll down where there's a page full of detailed information about the product (usually in bold, colourful font). There you will see information regarding the size of the item, the materials it's made of, the average time it takes for the product to arrive in different countries, and how to contact them if there's an issue. A good seller will always encourage you to contact them if there's a problem and they will gladly fix it for you. But, you'll probably never need to contact them.
The item usually ships between 1-2 days business days after you pay for it. The seller will specify. It will take longer if you order an item that needs to be specially made. It took a little over a week for the seller to ship a costume she had designed for me. That's understandable. The item will usually arrive between the time frame the seller says. Note the "usually". It may take a few days more or a few days less. It is just an estimate. But it's usually pretty accurate. It has been for me anyways.
I hope this has been helpful for you. You can trust eBay if you buy from them.

**PLEASE READ**
I see a lot of negative reviews for dresslily.com so I thought I'd clear some things up about the site. They're not paying me to defend them or give them positive reviews - I'm just stating facts and my opinion.
dresslily.com is a wholesale store that sells clothing for a discounted price from what you would normally pay. You're getting a discounted clothing. Most of which are clothing that did not meet the standards to sell full-price. This explains the missing buttons and fraying material on some of the products. The apparel is also made very cheaply so it can be sold at a low price. You're not going to get a dress of amazing quality for $11.28 (an example of a price for a dress on the site).
Another problem I often see is the time for shipping. A lot of people are complaining that it takes about a month or even 2 months for their package to be delivered. If you get free shipping, you can't expect your order to be shipped first or the fastest. You're going to have to wait. The clothing is coming from China so if you live in the U.S. A or Canada, it's only natural to wait a month or more. If you live outside of North America - your order will take even longer. I order from China all the time with free shipping and this is not new to me.
I've also noticed that people are complaining that the item goes through "processing" for quite awhile or does not ship until sometimes over 10 days after your purchase. The items may not be in stock and that is what people have said was the case when they called Customer Service. Wholesale sites do not often get shipments of the same product in twice and if they do - it takes awhile for them to arrive. I understand that the site should post when items are out of stock to save people from waiting and waiting and that is something they should look into. However, their site does not have this feature so if your product turns out to be out of stock, this is not dresslily's fault and it doesn't mean the site is a scam.
There was also an issue with sizing. dresslily.com is an Asian company so the sizing is tailored based on sizing charts in Asia. A size large in Asia is quite a bit smaller than how it would be in North America. So you have to keep that in mind. Always order a size (or several sizes) larger when ordering from sites like these. I am a size Medium in Canada but in South Korea I am an XXL. Yes, the size charts on the site can be misleading but keep in mind that these products are cheap imitations of the product in the picture. The sizing will not be the same.
The last thing I will mention is the lousy Customer Service. I have not spoken to anyone who runs that department but my guess is that these are young people sitting in an office bored out of their minds. The last thing they need is angry customers shouting at them demanding where their order is. If you're kind and polite to them, they have no reason to be snappy with you. The last thing dresslily.com needs is rude employees because it would only affect their business negatively. I believe that if you talk reasonably, they will too.
So if you're willing to face slow shipping and cheaply made clothing, dresslily.com is a site you can go to and you will receive your order. But you have to understand how these sites work. I hope I explained things well. dresslily.com is not a scam because even if the reviews are negative, the customers still got their order. Items may be shipped a different times based on when they're in stock so that explains why some items do not turn up at the same time. Thanks for reading.
