If something is very cheap, it is probably constructed cheaply. If you are only looking for trendy clothes, or shopping on a budget, this site is great. You can browse through a great variety of brands to compare prices and quality. The highlight of this site is the beauty section. The Korean skincare products are amazing. They're affordable, high quality, and use safe ingredients. The cosmetics are amazing and yesstyle carries a variety of popular brands to choose from. I mainly rate yesstyle so highly for the beauty section. As I said before, with the clothing you get what you pay for. I have been ordering from this website for a few years now, and it hasn't given me any terrible experiences yet. One key thing is that most of the time, you get what you paid for. A lot of things are cheap, but you might be getting the same for quality. I buy more skincare and makeup than clothing, and I would say that all of it is great! One tip I would give is to always look at the reviews for items, especially for clothing. It is better to shop from well-known asian brand because you have a better chance to receive a better quality. I haven't had any trouble ordering from this site throughout this COVID-19 situation either, besides maybe having to wait a while to receive my products. I would also recommend looking at when items are supposed to be stocked. For example some are received by them within 24 hours, 3 to 5 days, or in 21 days. Its better to group items that are readily available because if your order has a mix of, let's say, 24 hour and 21 days, your package isn't going to ship out until the 21 day item(s) is received by them. This is if you don't want to wait months to receive your package.

This is my 1st purchase with Yes Style so I can't yet speak to the product. You have a good selection of options. It is a little different navigating your pages. It would be nice to have a more traditional format. Sale prices are good but the "original" prices shown by some of these are ridiculously high for the item making it feel like a false sale. The information is very clear on the pages and it is an easy check out process.

I have been a YesStyle customer for almost 10 years now, and I've never been so disappointed with this company as I have been in just the past few months. I placed an order online in March and because of COVID, my apartment building did not accept the package (package room was closed) and sent the package back to the return address. YesStyle refused to offer me a refund, store credits, or a reshipment. So, I placed ANOTHER order with the same items at a higher price (the promotion had ended). I received the package, but I was shocked by what I received. The clothes were of unbelievably low quality and damaged. There was a weird white sticky-looking stain on the collar of a blazer and a pair of shorts that was coming apart in strings! Those clothes weren't even cheap. YesStyle used to offer free returns, but now CUSTOMERS are forced to pay for their own return shippings if the clothes' sizing or quality or color or design is not as advertised. This is ridiculous. Why are customers responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for clothes that were falsely advertised and of unwearable low quality? This site is just getting worse and worse. Customer service is consistently terrible. I've even had a case in the past where the shipping company they used never delivered my order and customer service just told me contact the shipping company and refused to take any responsibility.
